We had been waiting in this drive thru for 30 mins without moving. Initially we thought it was the guy ordering's fault but once we finally got up to the menu, we quickly realized that it's these workers. We were told to wait and then 20 mins went by not hearing anything. When we said hello twice, the worker finally responded and we began placing our order. Normally they verify what you say or ask things like "what drink? Combo or sandwich? Etc" but instead the worker went mute. So we said hello again like to wake them up or something. I try to place mobile orders when I can because it seems like it helps the drive-thru staff when they don't have to take every order. I ordered using the Wendy's app and got a notification that my credit card had been charged. When I pulled into the parking lot, I saw a line at the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside for my order, since there were only a few people inside. I told the clerk that I had placed a mobile order. She said, "We didn't get it" and walked away. I thought she might say something like, "We didn't receive your order, but I'd be glad to take your order now." She couldn't have been less interested. While there, I noticed how dirty the kitchen floor was. That made me sort of glad that she didn't offer to take my order. I ended up going to a different restaurant this evening. Fast food work is hard work if you do a good job. I just want these fine young people to do well in this so that they can be successful in any other work they may choose to do. read more

They are in the business of arguing with each customer. They approach each problem with a attitude. I spoke with a Caucasus manager and she was terrible. No customer service at all!!!She then proceeds to walk in the back and tell another manager what was going. The other manager an African American women comes to the front and says. We took it inside to see if they would make a fresh one and was told that's how the machine makes them. No refund offered. Waste of time and money as it just went into the trash. Stopped here for a Quick "fast food" meal on the way to the SC beaches. Huge mistake..... The service was extremely slow in that we had to wait over 15 minutes for a take out order that was nothing out of the ordinary. Since we ordered at the counter inside, it appeared that the staff put more emphasis on keeping the drive-thru window moving, rather than taking care of the inside customers. In my travels I always felt that Wendy's was consistent and their food/service was above average when comparing the major chains. This one really missed the mark IMO. read more

This location is gross, don't stop here unless you're desperate. The food was cold and not fresh. Neither of us got a correct order. Why is "no ketchup" so hard to understand? Looked at the receipt and Aushantay didn't even ring it up minus the ketchip. SMH! The dining room was a wreck, the bathroom beyond nasty! The carpeting in the dining room was fully wet in front of the drink machine and all carpeting was littered with food. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom, spilled toilet paper all over the floor. My husband said the men's room was worse, had a cup and part of a burger stuffed in the toilet clogging it up. Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Can't give zero stars just because there's no way to. The trash from the trash cans (both inside and out) were overflowing with trash. The bathrooms were disgusting, only one stall had toilet paper and the rest was all over the floor. None of the soda machines had any drinks in it. The apple pecan salad was old, it had almost no lettuce in it and the little bit that did was brown. You would think that during COVID-19 going on, they would take consideration into this and help keep things healthy but a lot of the employees weren't wearing masks and customers that had no masks weren't asked to put any on. Horrible service. Flies inside, cold food, manager was eating fries straight from the machine. Employees had sagging pants. We waited over 15 minutes for our order of 4 meals. When we got our tray, it had spider webs all over it, but they did replace the tray for us. The server Delayra was unfriendly and borderline rude. I can see why this behavior is tolerated as the on duty manager although not rude was unfriendly as well. I believe Delayra has no manners, and was never taught courtesy, customer service, and professional conduct. I attempt to speak clearly and do not appreciate someone speaking ghetto slang.
