The remodel is great - one tv that always seems to have sports on, and a tv on the other side with kids shows. The area where you order is a little odd, the menu is pretty jumbled, but if you already know what you want, it's no big deal. They also just kind of yell across the lobby "hey, your food is ready". Also not a big deal for us. I have to totally agree that the staff always looks confused and rushed. Every time we've gone in, there haven't been very many people in the lobby, but you'd think it was a full house. I think they need to relax a little bit. read more

Just decided to come on a whim because I was hungry and had just done some shopping at the local supermarket located in the same retail center. This Wendy's has just been remodeled and it looks very nice inside and out. The last time ate here was maybe 15 years ago and it was a totally different restaurant. I ordered a Chicken Grill Sandwich,1/4 single burger, and a regular hamburger. Is it me or are all their burgers smaller now? The Chicken Grill didn't really have any chicken taste to it, and the 1/4 single burger seemed a little dry. Remember those commercials about their burgers being so juicy you needed extra napkins? The hamburgers are good but the fries are way to salty. They need to be wiped off before eating. The staff, lady working drive up window at 2pm 5-21-18, was somewhat rude. This Wendy's usually cool, they be hooking it up with the goods unlike that busted cjs across the street. But when I pulled up on a Saturday night they sure were busy. And they took too damn long for each persons order. When I pulled up to the window it was obvious homegirl was a rookie, she tells us there's no more grilled chicken and we had to choose from spicy or home style, kinda disappointing. But then she tells us when she gives us the bag that they actually did have grilled chicken for the sandwich and we were like whew cuz we didn't want no home style. Went in today for lunch, actually went in for the "Chicken Sandwich" had it once before and pretty much liked it. When we went in today we saw an ad for the "Baconator" OMG those burgers were the absolutey WORSE, we have ever eaten. It was like they had been sitting in GREASE marrinating for a few days. Normally I go to this Wendy's but this last trip was horrible. Last time I went to drive thru i ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and the lady told me they had ran out of the buffalo sauce. Are you kidding me!!! I then had to get just ranch dressing on my sandwich. I also ordered chicken nuggets and i told the lady working at drive thru, If i can please get ketchup and she had the worst attitude ever!!! As I was exiting the drive thru I looked into my bag to make sure that she gave me ketchup and ranch dressing for the nuggets and I didn't get SHIT!!! Now I want to say normally love Wendy's but this one was awful. The dinning area was gross every table was dirty and had food all over them. And it's not as if it was busy. There were literally 2 other ppl in the place before we walked in an at least 8 ppl work and still it was dirty and gross. I really wanted some spicy chicken nuggets one day after work, so I go order a 10 piece spicy nugget meal. Stupid me didn't check the bag when I left and I noticed when I got home they gave me a chicken sandwich. As soon as I found that out I called and complained, I talked to a man named Amar and he said that he was very sorry and he took down my name so the next time I came in I could get a free nugget meal like I had originally ordered. So about a week later I went through the drive through and told them about this Amar and they said " oh we don't have your name down we have no way to give you your food." Seriously Wendy's? Yelp is really unfair because 0 stars should be actually an option. First of all when did Wendy's become a bar? The tv's were blasting with full volume I had to literally yell my order to the cashier twice, and when she said I can't hear you I said maybe if your turn the TV's down you would be able to, and she just laughed like an oblivious idiot. I really don't know why this place has so many bad reviews, maybe it changed management or something??? I've been there several times recently for their 4 for $4 meal (BLT chicken or burger, nuggets, fries & a drink--killer deal) and they are the most professional fast food employees I've ever encountered! They are are genuinely nice and they know what they're doing. They communicate well and cool the food fresh. I've had zero mistakes, even on large family orders. It's refreshing to see people taking pride in their job, even when it probably isn't their dream job. We need more people like that! read more

Went there today about 4:45. The drive up was plugged so I went across the lot to let it clear out and it just got worse. So I went inside, BIG mistake. There were 11 employees and other than the cashier, they all just meandered around talking, hoodies up and laughing while we all waited for our food. They ran out of Frosties at 5:00?? I had paid already and was unable to get a refund. I asked for the supervisor, this girl was in way over her head. The gal making fries (you could tell the job was beneath her) was laughing as was the one working the drive up.They thought it was funny, myself and several others didn't. One knows the owner and is going to call him. I got his number as well but guess what!! He don't answer and the mailbox is full. On top of that the kitchen area was a pigs sty! The bathrooms were a mess,Tables were unbussed, Garbage full, Parking lot littered. I am calling Wendy's corporate tomorrow as well as the health inspector, The city, to file a complaint on trying to get in to the drive up safely. Fire Marshal may need to make an inspection. I ordered lunch here the other day for myself and three coworkers. We ordered chill and chicken nuggets. We asked for dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets. They charged us extra for sauce and the charged me for CRANBERRIES..not sure why. Didn't realize it until I got back to work. I never ordered anything with cranberries. What a rip off.
