She was super nice from the minute we got there and took great care of our very scared little dogs. One was a puppy so it was her first grooming appointment. They were done in about 3 hours and the dogs look fantastic! Prices were equivalent to all area pet groomers. Not only did they call to reschedule me *the day prior* but when I called to confirm my new reschedule, I was given a price increase over the phone as well! $40 for bathing a 6 pound dog that needs absolutely no hair or nail trim? $40 just to bathe and brush a dog with no matts? Lmao. Okay Not only was the woman I spoke to on the phone condescending and did not care at all about my concerns - but their prices are a little ridiculous and flaky. Why was I told it would be $25-$30 when I originally booked the appointment and then $40 when I called to confirm the reschedule? Completely unprofessional - get your prices together and maybe try to fake that you actually care about people that want to spend their money here. To boot, I don't even know why my mom comes here for her dogs. Whenever she gets her dog bathed and cut, he looks horrible. He is never properly cut for his breed and it's always a sloppy job. (sorry mom but you've even said it yourself!) Way to totally turn down a first time client that could have been regular. Grossly unprofessional. Guess I'll find someplace that actually has their business and prices together.

We would always book an extra large suite with patio access allowing the dogs to go in and out of a doggie door all day long and they had plenty of room within the suite and would have some yard/playtime, depending on their temperament. Every suite door has a paper with all the details about your animal and any special dietary restrictions or temperament issues so anybody dealing with your dog knows what's up before they even approach them. Our dogs were always happy when we picked them up.

And a place that can handle all his medications. After several failures, I was referred to this location through Shelton's adoption center, One Tail At A Time. He has never been so calm and chill, leaving boarding, too bad I missed a video opp! Typically he is all ball of anxiety, this is also the first time he's gone straight to sleep after arriving home!! Checking in, the staff said, "if you don't hear from us, that is a good thing." I was a bit skeptical, but that was a true statement! They called when something was right with his poop when there was extra medication in his bag and to inquire about his toys. I appreciated the ongoing communication, and judging by the report card, he loved the team. I was side-eying the $88 a day (with a private patio), but it is worth the price (esp if your pet is non-animal friendly). The basic suites are spacious for a short stay.

Now a week later with a $500 vet bill he still can't urinate fully although he was given a I.V and prescribed meds for inflammation & pain. He doesn't swing or lift his tail any more and it sits to the side nor is he drinking like normal. The doctor said his tail wasn't broken but I know it's damaged. My cat's personally has changed from bubbly to defeated, I wish he could talk and tell me about the trauma he suffered.
