    Almond Butter Crunch
    Christine N.

Good service. The Asian man in the front is always moving and checking people in. Checking on tables and serving food. I would just say if you paid for free breakfast for two just confirm. They didn't have us on the list, so he had to call to confirm. Almond butter was ok. The sunrise entree was good. We liked the bacon, potatoes, and toasts.

12 oz Ribeye, cooked medium rare with mash potatoes and vegetables.

I ate here at 12 pm on a Sunday after I checked out of my hotel. I ordered a 12 oz ribeye cooked medium rare that came with garlic mash potatoes and vegetables. Good Things: -The steak was cooked well. -After seating, service was good. -Restaurant was clean and pretty, bad a nice ambiance. Bad Things: -No hostess or worker in site for the first 20 minutes. I stood outside the restaurant to be seated for a while. I had to question a passing hotel worker if the restaurant was even open right now. -The side dishes were pretty undercooked and the mash potatoes had chunks of really hard potatoes pieces in it. It also tasted like soap, lol. -Everything DESPERATELY needed seasoning, especially salt and pepper. The steak was so under seasoned and the vegetables had blacks flecks which I assumed was pepper but added no flavor. I actually paid for this meal with some food vouchers so I only had to pay a portion of what the vouchers didn't cover. I'd would have been pretty irritated if I paid the full $35 considering what I got on the plate.

I got hungry and didn't take photo of my perfect salmon... But I got you the Hazelnut Tartufo!!! Sweet ending to a meal!!

I don't know why this place has such a low rating. I had a phenomenal dinner here with a heaven-sent server named Jeff. +1 Star: friendly service and quick seating. +1 Star: delicious salmon cooked just to the right tenderness (and definitively to my liking) +1 Star: attentiveness and knowledge of the menu and wine list from my server Jeff. +1 Star: dessert to sweet up the night. I definitely recommend the. Hazelnut Tartufo. +1 Star: just because. Naw, the environment was good for crowd or singles (at the bar). Overall, if I'm in town, I'd come here again for dinner and all for Jeff!! He'll provide you not just a good service, but the best!! Now, I can sleep... BTW, A for Arcacia Chardonnay went well with the salmon!

Good restaurant at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Burlingame. Basic comfort food prepared quick and well. We had BBQ pork ribs, hot wings, garlic fries, and California club sandwich. The garlic fries were the best I ever had!

Warm bread- very soft and delicious

Service was good. Friendly waiter and hostess. The warm bread was indeed warm and very soft. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and garlic fries. The philly cheese steak was tasty but the garlic fries- omg. So much garlic they were not edible. I attempted several times tho- just to have my nose and sinus cavities burn like hell lol That's the reason I gave 4 stars.

I am staying here in the hotel and I decided to ordered room service! I ordered a chicken Caesar salad! Jess took my order she offered free bread rolls! When I declined a drink she made it a point to ask if I'd like a water and personally brought it to me! This was the best customer service I've gotten from a hotel! It got here in less than 25 min! And it was so delicious! I will def be coming back here JUST because of Jess! I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a high end hotel with reasonable prices!!! Thank you you so much!!!

We stayed at the hotel about a week ago. We wanted breakfast before we went to the airport so we went downstairs to eat. There were about six of us outside waiting for the restaurant to open. It was supposed to already be open at 6am but it wasn't. I went to the front desk clerk and asked what time they would be open and he appeared shocked that it wasn't. I walked back and someone appeared and started seating people. We decided to go with the buffet but when we went to fill our plates nothing was fresh so we sat back down and decided to order from the menu. It took quite a while to get our omelettes and pancakes. The omelets were just ok. They didn't have much inside of them and the pancakes were odd not at all fluffy just kind of rubbery. The coffee was good. Service was not great. I might try it here again if I am staying at the hotel. I am not sure what happened that day but it wasn't good.

I love coming to the Bay and pretending I don't know where to find good food. I can be such a tourist! West Bay Cafe was my most recent find. They're located at the renovated Crowne Plaza Hotel near SFO. They serve American food, they're open late, and have a fully stocked bar. I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is segmented with an area for the bar (situated right in front of 2 huge TVs), there's an area sectioned off for large group gatherings (which I believe they use for Corporate events, parties, or overflow), and then general seating surrounding the main entrance. It's spacious and modern and I believe it's one of the better hotel restaurants near SFO.

    Sheared Ahi Salad
    Sam M.

Wait staff is very nice. Happy hour is long...4-7pm, yay! Typical bar food for happy hour buffalo wings, calamari, BBQ pork (spider w/o the bun) potato skins. I tried the Sheared Ahi Salad. A little small and I was hoping for some mandarins or avocado. Tuna was cooked better than I could do... dressing has a little kick, I like the pickled ginger. There is a surprise of seaweed salad under the tuna. Dessert was a disappointment... way over cooked chocolate cake with salted caramel center... super gummy... skip dessert.

The massive screen on the wall is awesome!

Trying to get a table for lunch between breakfast and lunch setup is really annoying. First off, I see several servers walking around and no comes to direct me to seating. There is a sign that says, "wait to be seated" but there is ABSOLUTELY NO ONE AVAILABLE. WHAT KIND OF SENSE DOES THAT MAKE!!! So, I took it upon myself to walk into the restaurant and say to someone walking, "CAN WE SIT ANYWHERE OR JUST STAND AT THE COUNTER AND CONTINUE TO WAIT ON ONE OF YOUR CREW MEMBERS TO ASSIST ME BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A LONG WHILE". It was after delivering that very loud statement that the workers became very attentive and less oblivious to the waiting guests. Once seated I was able to order my food. The vibe was just uninviting here but the BIG TV was cool. The food was alright. The burger lead to me dropping a big deuce about an hour ago which is good because I stay regular like that. Anyway, the whole idea of getting food from here was very exciting initially and then regretful afterwards. I guess it depends on what day and time that you decided to stop by. Best of luck to those of you who may be attending this place for food. I think the drink service may actually be a bit better.

One of the things that happened when I visited this bar was I asked for a simple lemonade. The reason was because I had a soccer game the next day and I didn't want to drink alcohol and I wanted to get some electrolytes in me. It would have been very simple for the bartender to just say, "I'm sorry we don't serve lemonade." Instead what he did is say I worked here 20 years and he never served lemonade and then kept scoffing at me. He kept saying this three times, walking back and forth, up until the point the patron next to me even said, "Don't worry about him." After that without even me talking to him, he said, "Who orders lemonade at an Irish pub?" Then without me saying anything, he said, "No one orders lemonade at an Irish pub." I was honestly just trying to get a drink and he made me feel very dumb. Overall if a patron asks you for a drink, it's very easy just to say, "I'm sorry we can't do that," but he kept making me feel like an idiot. I was also surprised they did not serve lemonade; that's a very simple request. He didn't offer any alternatives except for 7-Up, which I didn't really want but paid for anyway. I ended up not drinking it even after I paid for it and leaving the bar. I guess the bartender got what he wanted. He gave me a drink that was other than lemonade; he made me pay for it and I just left the bar unhappy. I would highly recommend against visiting this establishment, especially with the grumpy bartender. He is an older white Irish guy. I understand they might have your own customers at the bar but I think it costs nothing to treat patrons with respect and not tell them that they're stupid for asking for a drink. Overall I would not recommend this place at all. Very enforced error. Sad!

She does an amazing job getting everyone's drinks with a smile! She makes amazing Irish coffees! Highly recommend this place. One of my favorite dive bars. They also have an Irish newspaper that tells you local events (The Irish Herald). Very handy. I went to Ireland this year and the vibes here are super fun here just like I experienced in pubs there.

We booked the reservation online, and since some of us had been to other TopGolf locations, we didn't have to pay the one-time membership fee again but for new players you will have to, I think it's like $6 a player or something like that. The most important thing to know is that your time starts exactly at the time you book, so be ready to go to maximize the time you booked for. We did a 90-minute session and it flew by really quick. We had enough time to do 4-rounds of 5 golf shots each and then less than half an hour to just hit balls. The amount of game options makes for an exciting competition between friends and family. For food we got the sampler that had chicken sliders, mac n cheese balls, chips and salsa, queso. The chips were kinda stale but the rest of the food was solid enough that it did what it needed to do. I was debating on whether or not to bring my clubs, which I ultimately did but it wasn't necessary at all. The range isn't very long so getting a ball to the back of the range was like a pitching wedge from the 2nd floor. The balls felt like they are limited flight and doesn't compress like normal golf balls. Bringing a couple of wedges if you just want to hit your own clubs would be the move. The clubs they provided were just fine. While we had a great time, I don't think TopGolf is necessarily for me. While it's good for families, friend get togethers and beginner golfers, I feel like there's an opportunity to attract avid golfers because the facilities are what an amped up driving range should be - Great vibe, solid food, drinks, etc.

I've been coming to Topgolf Burlingame 2-3 times a week for the past two years and have spent…read morethousands of dollars here. Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, I've noticed a significant decline in both the service and the overall condition of the facility. On multiple occasions, I've spent an hour at a bay without seeing a server once. No one stops by to check in, while employees can be seen standing around on their phones and seemingly ignoring customers. When you do need help, it can take 10 minutes just to flag someone down--which is especially frustrating when you're paying for the bay by the hour. The club situation has also gotten noticeably worse. Clubs are frequently missing or severely damaged, and it doesn't appear that anyone is inspecting or resetting the bays between guests. Again, you end up wasting paid time tracking down an employee just to get basic equipment. More recently, I've stopped in when both the first and second floors appeared nearly empty, only to be told there were zero bays available. When I asked about it, the manager was rude and dismissive rather than offering any explanation or assistance. At this point, these don't feel like isolated issues. The consistent lack of attention, poor service, employees disengaged from customers, and deteriorating equipment point to a management problem. It's disappointing because I've been a very regular customer and genuinely enjoyed coming here for a long time. And one issue that obviously isn't the staff's fault but is worth knowing before visiting: depending on the wind direction, the smell from the wastewater treatment facility next door can be overwhelming. I hope management takes some of this feedback seriously. This used to be a place I came to several times a week, but lately the experience has made it increasingly difficult to justify coming back.
