The taste is great and staff are amazing I just think the price is kind of high, but the customer would pay for service and taste so thumbs up fire vine grill and bar keep it up

Super nice staff; no seating at the bar or grill; only take away. Got a burger medium rare with pepper Jack & side salad. Burger was too salty, overcooked and had Swiss cheese. The salad was lettuce and chopped zucchini (so odd). The quesadilla was just unseasoned chicken and shredded cheddar. Food was 1/5. Customer service was 4/5.

We had to drop our daughter off at the Hilton for rehearsal before her college graduation at the hotel so we decided to get some lunch in the hotel restaurant . Initially the ambience was nice and peaceful so we could eat our lunch and not rush. We ordered the fried calamari and steamed asparagus and cheesesteak sandwich. Service was good but the prices for lunch are a bit high but that is to be expected in a hotel restaurant. As we were enjoying our meal, a group of youth sports team members were eating bagels and cheese on the other side of our booth and were pretty loud so Dude had a hard time enjoying his meal. Other than that, for the convenience and location (because our daughter's graduation was going to be at the hotel) this place is it.

    Really good coleslaw

When the ahi tuna sandwich tastes as plain as a rice cracker, that's a bad sign, especially when that sandwich is $20. It always confuses me when restaurants can't make decent basic things. Thankfully, my buddy and I split the sandwich and the ribs platter. But since he seemed to like the plain dry ahi more, I gave him my sandwich and ate his ribs. Tastes like Costco ribs but for twice the price. The only reason this review isn't 2 stars is because for some odd treason their coleslaw was really good.

Fire Vine Grill & Bar is a restaurant and bar located inside of the Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront hotel - a few minutes from SFO. I stopped in here one evening for a couple of brews - Pale 31 Pale Ale (Firestone-Walker Brewing Co., Paso Robles, CA) and some food. Ordered a cup of the San Francisco clam chowder and an order of the crab cakes. The chowder came out first. I requested black pepper and hot sauce. What I got was a standard pepper shaker and Tabasco sauce - which is disappointing. I'm not sure what is so hard about keeping a pepper mill around for freshly cracked black pepper - and I'd love to start seeing restaurants offer some more interesting hot sauce options - other than Tabasco and Cholulu sauces. Boring. The clam chowder was delicious. Nice brininess to it and very creamy. The crab cakes were not bad, but they needed a larger side of Aioli - what I received was a rather pal Nice modern bar and restaurant. Lots of large, flat panel HD TVs. Bartender was professional and attentive. Nice to place to hang and drink.

    It's not a busy place.

I enjoy the service, food quality, happy hour prices and comfort of the lounge. This is my fourth visit. This restaurant has provided consistent high quality service, fresh ingredients, flavorful options. The 100% Angus Swiss mushroom burger is delectable. Prepared to desired temperature with added bacon and avocado for a couple dollars. The buffalo wings are simple and tasty. This place is a bit hidden inside the Hilton far away in Burlingame. It's a fun place to enjoy with friends. Wish the bacon would be thicker. Everything else is perfect.

    It's a bubble bar!

The garlic parm wings and clam chowder were excellent! I have pretty high standards on these items since I am from the east coast.

My friend ordered the root beer float with cold brew ice cubes. It was not super heavy, it mixed well, and somehow, the root beer tasted great with the subtle but noticeable coffee flavor. For my drink, I got two shots of espresso. I just needed a quick pick me up! For food, my friend got the chicken tortilla soup. It was absolutely delicious. The shredded chicken and the broth were wonderful, I do wish it had less tortilla strips because they soaked up all the broth if left there for too long. I got the California bagel, which was also delicious. It was a little too much egg for my liking, but the bagel was only $12 which I think is decent for what I got. The Strawberry croissant was TO DIE FOR. I have never enjoyed a croissant as much as this one. Fresh strawberry cream inside, super fluffy and crispy croissant overall. LOVE! Not to mention the cafe is very chic, we sat at a table where we could maximize our sunlight exposure. The servers and cashiers were nice, welcoming, and helpful. So glad we came here!

We walk into the dining room and there were several open tables. The space is pretty big with several people there working on their laptops I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and it was strong and delicious. For food I ordered a bacon cheddar quiche and a mushroom Gruyère toast. The quiche was flavored pretty well it was just a bit dry. And I wish it were served hotter. It came with a simple side salad that was tasty. The mushroom and Gruyère toast ended up being my favorite. The Gruyère got melty from the hot mushrooms and the balsamic drizzle on top was a perfect touch Overall we were very happy with our drinks and satisfied with the food we tried. Would come back to try some of their other menu offerings. The display case is really doing work in making you want to try everything

What we ordered: Prosciutto Di Parma Arugula Pizza (+ burrata) = 100000/10 FOOD: 9/10 Served hot, fresh, and made to order, this pizza truly hit the spot. The crust had those delicious wood-fired charred bits and was the perfect thickness, not too thin, not too thick. The burrata (worth the extra charge!) was rich and creamy, while the arugula added the perfect fresh, crunchy bite. Every ingredient worked so well together. I'm literally salivating as I type this! Paired with some good wine? Chef's kiss! SERVICE: 9/10 Every staff member we interacted with struck the perfect balance of being friendly and laid-back. We sat at the bar, where the bartender also served as our waiter. He was personable, kept up a great conversation, and was attentive without ever making us feel rushed, all while mixing drinks and taking care of other guests. AMBIANCE: 9/10 Spacious, clean, and incredibly inviting. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and all the train station-inspired decor throughout the restaurant. The large windows let in so much natural light that it's an even better place to sit back and enjoy a meal. I'd happily come back the next time I'm in the area.

I had been looking forward to trying the Brussels sprouts and the burrata, melon and prosciutto plate, and they definitely lived up to the hype. We also shared the Double Pepperoni and Carne pizzas, which were a great size for the table and perfect for sharing. The food hit the spot, and all of my lunch cravings were definitely satisfied. The only downside was the seating and service. We were placed in a corner at an oddly shaped table that made it a little uncomfortable for everyone to sit. Our waitress was friendly, but the service felt a bit over-attentive. I appreciate staff checking in, but I would have preferred a more relaxed approach...five check-ins would have been plenty instead of ten. Giving guests a little more space to enjoy their meal would make the experience feel even more comfortable. This was my first visit, and despite that minor issue, I really enjoyed the food and had a good experience overall. I'll definitely be back.

What was the cherry on top for me was the sweet potato tots which lives rent free in my head! It's so crispy and has the nice natural sweetness to it that you don't even need ketchup! What was a second contender for my order was the chicken and waffle which looked so crispy and well presented... and definitely what I'm going to get next time! Our host was very attentive in managing the daunting looking long line in front of the restaurant, but no matter what, it only took about 15-18 minutes for us to get seated. Once seated, you'll enjoy a bright contemporary interior with the usual light wood accents and pretend ivy leaves along a wall or two. The seats are comfy with the wooden looking tables, but best of all, we enjoyed our selections to the fullest. Busy energetic vibe here! Even with a relatively full restaurant, it only took about 10 minutes after our orders for our entrees to appear before us. The WHITEOUT - Egg White Omelette with spinach, basil, mushrooms, little bits of red peppers, melted mozzarella on the inside with a healthy amount of feta cheese sprinkled on top. I wasn't expecting too much, but this was surprisingly good down to the last bite. For sides, I went with the default "rainbow" potatoes, which were basically diced fried red and white potatoes and the default mixed greens salad with a vinaigrette dressing. Both sides were the perfect contrast to the eggs and melted mozzarella and spinach. YUM. Easy 5/5! YUZU LEMONADE - enjoyable with a bit of mint leaf, maybe I'll ask for a little less ice. I wanted something a bit more Yuzu, but this was decent. (3.6/5) My dining compatriots enjoyed the Vegan Lover great tofu!), Thai Tea French Toast, Ube Pancakes and Chicken Croffle. No complaints from the gallery! =) Nice presentation throughout and caring cheery service! I'm looking forward to coming back here again soon to try out the Yaki Udon, which was my runner-up to my meal selection today!

We've had Tim a couple of times and a man named after the Wind. (That's what he told us his name meant but I dont remember his actual name). They know the menu, they're prompt and well dressed. When we've come on a birthday, we get a cute little cut of something sweet with a candle. Second, the food! Man oh man, the food!! They have an insane in-house charcuterie program with incredible imports and lovely accoutrements you dont usually get like tallow and compotes. The main dishes are innovative and flavorful. Plus they plate them on these lovely, hefty ceramics. The drinks are also very very tasty and are truly specialty both in flavor profiles and preparation. They're balanced and punchy. For starters, we shared the meat & cheese board which our waitress recommended the off menu combo plate (2 meats & 2 cheeses for ~$40). Solid and straightforward rather than elaborate. The breads and especially the lard were the more interesting part. For entrees, we shared the diavola pizza: Good flavor with the crust being the standout. Worth mentioning that it's a softer, fork-and-knife style pizza rather than a crispy slice. Paired with the pizza was the Red wine mezzi rigatoni. Probably the most interesting savory dish. The pork sausage ragù and crispy sage made it different from a standard rigatoni. Pasta + Pizza was a great shareable combo. Lastly to round off the meal, desserts. The Chocolate trifle was the disappointment. The amount of foam overwhelmed everything else and made it underwhelming. The bomboloni were much better, particularly with the peaches. Tobias Take: Great option for people who want wine, charcuterie/cheese and several dishes for the table to share. Their meat/cheese selection and wine list are major strengths. This place shines when you order several things for the table rather than everyone ordering an individual entrée.
