I took my 2021 Hyundai Elantra in for a transmission fluid change and following the change it started sporadically completely loosing power. I'd also received a notice from Hyundai that there was a service bulletin for a system update that Hyundai issued but the service team stated that there wasn't and that I'd have to pay for a diagnostic to have it brought back in. I brought it to Pearson Hyundai and they completed the update and said it was indeed the issue. It's hard not to feel like the West Broad Hyundai Service Department was just trying to squeeze me for money instead of completing the service bulletin....I will be filling a formal complaint with Hyundai's National team read more

I sent an electronic inquiry about a specific car on their website and within minutes was contacted by 3 different people. First person texted and we were setting up a specific date/time to test drive the car and see my trade-in. Second person texted and thanked me for working with the first when I told her someone had already contacted me. Third person emailed and called and told me the first person doesn't work there, and they don't have the model/trim package for me to test drive so no one could have been setting-up an appointment to see it. I contacted the first person and told her I was told she doesn't work there and they don't have the car on the lot. She acknowledged they don't have the car but said she understood my needs and wanted to let me test something else. So I believe she works there but I don't think I can trust them. I am fed up with West Broad Hyundai. I have been leaving vm msgs on the service reps extension and NO call backs. I called Parts dept to try and get Service Mgr and person who answered (Ms Ellis) then hung up so we are calling and trying EVERY single extension option... NO HUMAN picks up. my engine suddenly stopped and the core was replaced 2 weeks later under the Hyundai extended warranty given for some defective engines. After getting it back it now runs rough on cold starts. we are very very disapointed in with the lack of human help or follow ups to msgs left . read more

I bought my Santa Fe from this dealership and they have failed me on every level. From not informing me of recalls until they passed. $1800 mistake. To making an appointment online 3 months in advance to change a part, and when I went in for the appointment, they never ordered the part. They stated they don't actually read what the appointment is for. I had to call 2 months later to see if the part came. Their customer service sucks!! They only want to deal with you if you are buying a new car. I seriously would avoid any dealer in Richmond because they are all owned by the same person. read more

Horrible customer service in the service department. Had a problem with corrosion inside a rim causing a slow tire leak. My car only had 27,000 miles on it and this should have been covered under warranty. They told me corrosion on a rim is not covered under warranty. They wouldn't even listen to me or look at my car! I called the 800 Hyundai number and they said there is nothing in the warranty saying corrision is not covered. Took my car to another Hyundai dealer and they inspected and said it's covered under warranty. I'll never go to West Broad Hyundai again. I complained to Hyundai too. The people here are very nice, and the pricing is fair. The only problem is the service department. If you need an appointment be prepared to wait a month; if you have an emergency...be prepared to wait a month. I understand that skilled mechanics are in short supply, but that excuse only goes so far. If you can't properly staff your service department, or you don't have enough service bays, or whatever the problem is...fix it. My wife wanted a new Genesis SUV but now refused to even consider one after seeing the difficulty that I have had just trying to get an appointment. It really is a shame because I love my car and was considering upgrading to a PHEV Santa Fe, but I am going to have to look at other options instead. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I just spoke with whoever the receptionist is on June 7 at 2:45 PM, I was trying to explain to her that I got a second letter from Hyundai saying that there is a remedy for a safety recall. I will go ahead and take a picture of the letter, in which it clearly says that the Hyundai dealer is supposed to replace my current ABS multi fuse with a revised one and that the procedure will be performed at no charge to me. The woman at the front desk argued with me, talked over me, told me that I was wrong, that she had "worked there for two years" so she knew more than me, and when I told her that I had this effing letter, and that if she could please take five minutes to listen to me, she hung up on me. I have never gotten so heated so fast by someone's phone demeanor. Zero active listening skills and just downright rude. Absolutely awful. UPDATE: I called Pearson Hyundai and the receptionist there was amazing. She knew about the recall and the remedy and I had someone from service call me back within the hour. Moral of the story is I'll be going to Pearson now for all my car needs. read more

Let me start by saying the service advisors are just the front men of service, the face, not the ones fully responsible for your vehicle. Having said that, they had my stage 4 cancerous riddled mothers warranty covered vehicle for 3 months. After weeks of disputes they we're finally able to cover a brand new (I'm told brand new) engine. A rental car was not offered during this time so she missed several chemo treatment sessions. After finally getting the vehicle back the vehicle was boggy and kept stalling. I was told she needed a new throttle body. After having it towed back for a second time and $847 later. While making it barely down the road I had the same issues with her car. After a third tow back I was told they didn't clip the electrical portion of the throttle body in all the way. It's been a few days now and the car does seem fine, but after closer inspection I realized several things. The clip that houses the hood prop is gone, the wheel Well plastic pieces are all chipped and not connected anymore, AND they hit my car and tried to cover it up with touch up paint. This is a complete disaster and how they are still in business I'll never know. I have a good mind to contact NBC12 and have them run a story on how they took a cancer patient to the cleaners. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TO ANDREW G's response... You came to my job for FREE? Buddy your guys didn't put the fuses in all the way and you let my mothers car leave the shop with NO headlights, blinkers, or hazard lights so don't act like you didn't anyone any favors on that one. As far as the rentals go, I was told the day before the car was "ready" the first time that insurance would pay $35 a day for the rental. Maybe not completely your fault on that one but as a former service consultant myself that's something you should've looked into. And free labor on a throttle body? It's four bolts, two hoses and an electrical clip. It's a $96 OEM part so don't act like you didn't mark up the price 800% to make up for it. Anyone could've installed that.... Oh wait your mechanics clearly couldn't even put the clip in. What a joke dude. Seriously. Go through all of your reviews and try to justify how poorly you run that shop. And you're right, we bought it at Pearson. I guess Hyundai corporate doesn't allow other dealers to work on Hyundai's? So if someone buys a car from you they're not allowed to move ? Shout out to Chad, the salesman who took care of me over the weekend. I sold my beloved Honda Civic to another dealership, as I finally decided enough was enough with two young kids in that vehicle and it was time to buy a new one. I had never considered Hyundai before, but couldn't ignore excellent reviews of the Santa Fe. My dad met me here and we had a great father daughter day test driving a few of their used cars. I went originally wanting a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and they had a fully loaded Limited Ultimate on the lot. The photos online showed a dent in the front left side, so I almost did not go check it out but I'm so glad that I did, because it was clean as a whistle when I arrived and no dent to be found. They'd obviously fixed it up. I test drove that one and liked it a lot. It was spacious for the smaller sport version and had so many bells and whistles. But, I needed time to think. Just as we were about to leave, my dad asked if they had any newer versions on the lot and it turns out they did! A 2017 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate was sitting right there, all shined up and just recently traded in not even 24 hours before. We test drove that one and I quickly realized that it was the one. We called Chad the next day and had a painless experience purchasing the car. It was about 1.5 hours from the time we arrived until the time we left. No snafus, no drama, nothing. Now, because of the current car shortage, they did not budge on price at all. They did, however, give the car a really nice detail, removed the roof racks as requested, and filled her up with a full tank of gas. She was ready to be driven when we got there to purchase. The finance department gave me an amazing rate and there wasn't much drama there either. They tried to sell me the extended warranty, which I declined. He wasn't pushy about it, which I appreciated. Overall a wonderful experience for something I had put off for so long because of how much I dislike the car buying process. I would 100% work with Chad again and I love my new (to me) car, Skye!! read more

First is the car purchase experience back in 2015 & the second is their Service department: Purchase of the car experience (2 stars): I bought my 2016 Hyundai towards the end of 2015. I hate to say it, but I wish I had a different car salesman because he didn't talk much nor tell us additional information about the cars that we were test driving. I honestly got the feeling like he thought that we were not going to go forward with buying the car. Overall, my husband was the one who did the research and asked the guy if the car had specific features. Wish the guy that we ended up closing the deal with actual smiled or help us out with any additional info of the cars that we were asking about. Anyways, we ended up going with the car from here because of Hyundai's reputation on their warranty. Service Department (4 stars): The man to deal with from here is Jason. He's the man who has helped me with my vehicle whenever the service light engine came on (recently and numerous times). Bought my car back towards the end of 2015, 2016 model. I spoke with different people on the phone but was able to get an appointment set as soon as possible. Depending what the work it is, you may be better off waiting for it. I had to bring in my car 3 times because of the service engine light that kept popping up. The first time was the turbo sensory- I waited on the first appointment. They told me that it was under warranty and the part would come in towards the end of the week and that I would have to leave my car - so I planned on taking the shuttle and getting a ride back to the shuttle. (They do offer to pick up, but I work with one of my best friends and we help each other out when needed.) I dropped it off 7:30 AM and was called that same morning/early afternoon that my car was ready to be picked up. After picking it up in the afternoon, it was actually during my drive home that the service light came back on again. I noticed that the speed in my car was actually delayed or just not connecting (totally freaked me out on the interstate). Called in again and got a 7:30 AM appointment again for later that same week to again have my engine light checked. I waited again for this appointment and turns out that it was for a second turbo sensory to be replaced - luckily under warranty too! I had to wait until they called me to confirm that they have the part replacement. It turns out that I had to leave it for the day because they explained to me that they would not be able to work on it until after 2 hours for the turbo part of my car to cool off. (Really appreciate them telling me what they had to do with the car). It was close to 4 that afternoon that I had received a call from Jason explaining that the part that came did not fit into my car and to leave the car overnight. I requested for a rental because I had a few errands to run during my lunch break during the week - Jason was fantastic in helping me out with that process when I came by after work. I'm super glad that I requested for the rental because it turned out that my car's engine light was still on after the second turbo sensory replacement. (I also requested them to test drive it after the service to avoid any repeated scary situation of the light coming back on while driving on the highway.) I ended up keeping the rental over the weekend. It wasn't until Monday afternoon that I heard from the awesome Jason again and with the great fantastic news that my car was FINALLY good to be picked up. Came by that afternoon and returned the rental and picked up my car. Thanks to the service department for helping me out and accommodating to my requests. They were very helpful and were great at explaining what was going on with my crazy engine light. My car is back to normal and I really appreciate the service department. (Thanks for the shuttle team too for getting me to work in the AM!) read more

This is the review I submitted to Customer Insights 10 minutes ago: My car overheated on the freeway last Saturday. Popped the hood & their is a month's worth of corrosion on the radiator. Had my vehicle towed to West Broad Hyundai. A service associate tells me he'll call me Monday with a quote. Monday arrived & I get the call. For 3 hoses, an aftermarket radiator, system flush & temperature gauge...$1,200. Just do it. Wait!! 2 minutes later, I call back & tell him to stop work. I can find a better price. The power of google, ASSociate. The parts & labor is nowhere near there. I call Gateway Hyundai & ask for a quote for 3 hoses, an aftermarket radiator, system flush & temp gauge. $500. I was a customer at WB for a year for oil changes & this is how they treat me? I call a towing company to pick up my vehicle from WB & delivery to Gateway Hyundai. In order to arrange transport, I need to settle my bill. I call ASSociate & he tells me that I need to wait for them to finish the paperwork. I tell him if he doesn't call me in 10 minutes, I'll call back. ASSociate calls me back in 10 minutes & my bill is $145. Those ASSociateholes did an oil change AFTER I TOLD THEM TO STOP WORK. I should have made it clearer: he lied to me. He knew my car was in for an oil change, AFTER I SAID TO STOP WORK. When he called me back and quoted $145 for the diagnostic and oil change, I was not happy. I asked, "You did the oil change after I said to stop work?" He did not apologize, he just said yes. At this point, I was done. Challenge accepted. Email me with when we can do a line by line comparison. That still won't make this right. Your service associate quoted me exactly what I mentioned here. What would be a good start is a $40 refund WB Hyundai charged me for the oil change I didn't authorize. And the $100 I spent towing my vehicle off the lot. What would you call someone who has done you a huge disservice, all the while with a smile? If a business quotes one price then another, is that not crooked? I was so fed up the day this happened that I did not desire a response from West Broad Hyundai. If I could leave zero stars I would! Without a doubt the worse service department I have ever dealt with! Long story short made an appointment three weeks in advance to have some things fixed ( back up camera, dash lights, wiper fluid reservoir, inspection, and a few other minor things) never received a phone call on the progress and when we could get my car back. Left messages all day the first day, no return phone calls, second day continued calling, finally talking with service department at 3:30 only to find out the had done nothing to the car that the appointment we made three weeks earlier! Went to pick up the car at 6:00 and there was a rejection sticker on it, said it needed front brakes! Common sense should have told them that if we were going to drop approximately $3000 on the other things that we certainly would have had brakes put on the car! Yet they are so unprofessional they didn't bother to let us know. This is the third time I have have issue's with them, as much as I love my Hyundai I will never own another one! They are very condescending, and disrespectful, my car has been taken to a local shop fixed in one day at half the price and great customer service! read more

I am still sitting here in the lobby wondering what i just got myself in to. First, this is my first experience here. When i drove up, i parked in the closest parking spot to the garage and walked in then to the first desk where a man greeted me saying "picking up"? I said "no, i have a 2:00pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation". He then stared at me like he didnt hear me and then shot his head toward the garage door and looked back at me, without saying anything. I said "was i supposed to drive in"? He said "did you expect ME to drive it in"? I said "im sorry, this is my first time here". I did not know that I was supposed to drive into the bay not to mention the bay doors were SHUT. He went out to get my santa fe and when he got back to his desk he asked me "your name?" I said "Emily". Again, he just stared at me extremely akwardly until i said it again "Emily". He said "i dont understand why you millennials dont say your name when asked". I said "Well, Emily is my name but if you need my last name that is Partin but not for long." He said "you getting married" I said "yes". He shook his head. How disrespectful can someone be? Now I'm home contemplating that experience. After that I had to wait 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair. Grand total of 130 bucks. At this point, you can have the best service department in town and i wouldn't return if you paid me. I will continue doing these services at my home and friendly local mechanic. UPDATE: It is now January 14, 2020 and I have received no response regarding my experience. A two that should have been a five. I really dislike writing poor reviews, often trying to trace it back to someone having a bad day, etc, trying to look for the silver lining or keep a positive attitude. Unfortunately I could not find any of these with my recent dealings with this dealership. First, we used the main Hyundai shopper assurance to select and find our car (Palisade limited) which showed in stock and ready for sale. After submitting and finding the dealer the communication with the salesman was good, stating they had the car in stock etc. We returned the messages and told them we would be down as early as they were open (9am) since there was a no hold policy in effect due to demand for the vehicle. We communicated we would not be doing a walk around or test drive - just to purchase a vehicle. The response was nothing short of "we can definitely support that." We conducted online financing etc to be in and out to support our end of the proposition. Note: we live 90 miles north of the dealer/ 2 hr drive. The following morning I was greeted by an attentive and friendly employee who asked what salesperson I dealt with if any and what car. I stated both and he promptly walked me to the salesman. From this point on, the service went down hill. *You ever get a feeling in your stomach that you should leave and not waste your time? This was it.* The salesman, although at opening, was unaware of any communications, appointment, etc which required me to show him the voicemail and call log from the previous day (less than 15hrs earlier). With the plan laid out: utilize Hyundai financing, trade in (2010 Tucson-title in hand), etc he asked again which car. The salesman left for 15 minutes and then unapologetically stated that the car was not for sale since the owner's spouse wanted to drive it. ??What?? It shows online, you stated it was for sale less than 15 hours ago, it is sitting right there....I restated the previous day's communication, the two hour drive, trade in, financing pre approved, etc but got nothing. I then asked to talk with the manager stating that this experience was BS and unprofessional to which the response was, and I can understand, it's the owners call and I cannot do anything. This communication was taken by me as an inconvenience to the manager rather than trying to retain me as a customer and getting to yes ( a great book that all should read). A preferable recommendation would have been to request a refundable down payment and hold the car for me until the owner's spouse was done driving it.... I asked for the main customer service number for Hyundai and stated I would relay my experience there and in online areas such as this. So in conclusion, I called Massey Hyundai in Hagerstown, MD, drove the three hours to this dealer and had nothing short of an excellent buying experience. Short of the greeter out front, I can find no redeemable qualities of this dealership (West Broad Hyundai) based upon my experience. read more

My family and I were making the drive to Virginia Beach from Rochester, NY. Unfortunately, we got into a car accident on the way. The car was not drivable and this could have completely ruined our trip, but Chris Hope at West Broad Hyundai turned things around for us! We called West Broad Hyundai and were told that they could not order the parts and fix the car in the short time frame. We spoke to Chris Hope, the service manager, and he made it happen for us! He ordered the parts and fixed the car for us in less than 1 week. We were able to drive the car home and we are extremely thankful to Chris. He deserves recognition for this excellent service. They make it easy to buy a car, but their service dept. Is the absolute worst! they never call you to give updates, and forget about trying to call in and getting to speak with a human being. I don't understand how a place that is run like this can stay open. Every time I wanted updates on my car, I had to call into the main number and start dialing every extension of all of the service advisors until someone answered. I have spent 2 hours trying to get through to someone only find out that my car was ready hours ago. Will never use them again, not even for recall work... We were looking to replace my wife's Santa Fe and started the chore of looking for a new car. Initially we were looking to simply test drive the Hyundai and Kia and then get price information to get the best deal that we could. After some looking and painful experience elsewhere (I hate spending hours at a dealership being pressured), we made an appointment with Scott to test drive a Tucson. When we arrived, he had 2 models out waiting for us. My wife got in and we were surprised when he said we could go by ourselves. My wife loved the drive and ride so I knew we would end up with a Hyundai. When we returned, I told Scott I had been pricing them in this area and showed him my spreadsheet with competitive pricing. Scott went to the sales manager and they worked with us to get the best deal possible. An hour later, we were out the door with a new car. First time I went here I was in love with everyone. Rall hooked me up with a ride to the airport so I could leave my car here for them to work on while I traveled, Bubba was super cool and attentive to all my questions, even the guy who took my information was decent enough. When I went back to pick up my car again they seemed less than happy to see me. I asked what the problem had been, "Don't worry. It was under warranty" and then they wouldn't explain exactly what the problem had been. I asked if I might take advantage of the courtesy shuttle again, "Well you know, last time we really had to pull a rabbit out of our hat to get you to the airport." "I know that and I appreciate it, I really do! I don't want to inconvenience you, I just know that you run a courtesy shuttle and I wanted to know if it would be possible to meet it somewhere or hitch in on a routine trip." He hmphed and asked me to call back later. It was so clear that he didn't want to talk to me or help me that I called my sister and asked her to take me in before she went to work. Whatever was wrong with the car was under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. I asked the same man I'd spoken to on the phone if he could explain it. He said that the technician who had worked on my car wasn't in and I "wouldn't want to" wait for him. I took my receipt and left. On my way out I saw the technician I'd spoken to when I dropped my car off, Bubba, in the garage. I smiled and waved. He said hello and called out, "Your car should be working great now! Fixed it up real good for you!" ....so um...Bubba wasn't around eh? Invisible technician? Everything else has been great here. There's definitely a bit of a wait when you drop a car off and sit in the waiting room (which is just like all other car service place waiting rooms) but the sales folk and the technicians have always been nice to me....the service coordinator guy, not so much. Last year when you could trade your old car in for mucho $$$$ towards a new more environmentally friendly vehicle, my husband and I decided to take our Old Faithful (aka our blue Jeep Cherokee, circa 1999) to trade in... We knew we couldnt afford much, so we did our research ahead of time and settled on a Hyundai Accent. We got some quotes through the online sales offices of various local dealerships... and since this one was the closest to our house, we decided to buy from this one. Though we had been speaking with a salesman online, when we went in he was out on vacation, so we were helped by several other individuals. Everyone was very nice, and they got us set up with a red Accent with all the options... they didn't really haggle with me and they were pleasant to deal with. However, once I got the car, that's when the unpleasant part started. 1. I had to have the radio replaced not once, but TWICE because the XM was broken. 2. When the car was transported, it was scratched so I had to wait to have that fixed. 3. I always get mailings from Hyundai advising me that I need a 16,000 mile check up, etc. But it never tells me how much that will be, or what exactly they will do! And in fact, when I took my car in for an oil change, one of the service reps came out to tell me I needed that check up, and when I declined he said "Ok, well good luck then." And frankly, even with an appointment, I still waited 45 mins for a simple oil change, in a small dingy waiting room. I get better customer service at the Jiffy Lube up the street, so even though I get buy-one-get-one-free oil changes at the dealership, I don't go there anymore. So in conclusion, the car buying experience was pleasant, but their service isn't so great... there are better dealerships in Richmond, so I doubt I'll be buying from this one again. read more

I'm still confused as to how a multipoint inspection doesn't include checking the tire pressure. I understand that it could be missed if you had to check every single tire individually, but if there's an orange warning light and big display that says low tire pressure you would think that would have come up in the "multipoint" inspection. I should also mention that my fiance went here two weeks prior and they basically ripped her off with their 15,000 miles service which consisted of a couple air filters, some injector cleaner and $150 worth of labor for $30 worth of parts. If only I hadn't have been in a meeting when she called about it. Short and simple - never going back! read more

My dad had issues with his car windows not going back up when he rolled them down. He tried to get help in Salem, but they could not help him. The service manager at West Broad Hyundai, Mark, stuck with us until the job was completely corrected. All four windows work perfectly as they should, and the cost was very fair. I came here in July knowing exactly what I wanted. The car salesman have me the keys for a test drive, but was rude when I told him I needed to work out the financing approval, but i would be purchasing a vehicle that day. He told me he leaves in a half hour and needed to know then if I would buy. I politely said I'll be back, and asked for the quote. He was offended I asked, put up a fight, and I ended up leaving. I came back and Scott Gregory set me up. He was pleasant, and provided excellent service. They couldn't detail the car so he said come back and they'll take care of it. Their finance guy dropped the ball in getting the state tags set up. I had to get two extensions. When i took the car in for the detail, I waited three hours to get a piss poor cleaning. They didn't do the carpets. Scott, however, gave me a full tank for the trouble. When I came to redeem a detail/oil change, I find myself sitting here five hours latter after making my scheduled appointment. All for oil and a detail. read more

I just bought my Elantra from West Broad Hyundai and can confidently say that this was the easiest buying experience I've ever had. Being a female, I worry that dealerships will not take me seriously and so I dealt with the internet sales team including LaVonda and Chester. Chester actually met me face to face the day I bought the car and he was great. He went so far as to assure me that when I asked about a specific option that I thought they had originally quoted me on, but didn't, that he was able to work it into the deal without adding anything to our previously agreed to quote. Brian in finance was stellar and he's the first finance officer that has not tried to pressure me into buying anything - he got that no meant no. I have yet to deal with their service staff, but would absolutely recommend them for the sales. They are the only dealership in two states that was not only willing to work with me, but did it in such a quick manner. Although I don't anticipate buying a car again anytime soon, my parents are already seriously considering a purchase from West Broad and I'll definitely be back when I'm back in the market. read more

You literally can't make this up. We agreed to purchase a vehicle from them, agreed on price and asked them to take deposit on an exact vehicle with a particular VIN and they proceeded to accept and take the deposit. So fast forward four days, another buyer comes in apparently and THEY SELL THE FULLY LOADED PALISADE TO WHICH I PUT MY DEPOSIT FROM UNDERNEATH US, AND THEN PROCEED TO INFORM US THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT IN CURRENT INVENTORY AND THEN KEEP THE DEPOSIT!!!!!!! Not making this up. I wrote 3 days ago telling them to return the deposit and said if I didn't get the deposit back in 24 hrs I would post a review. I kept my word. They called yesterday and said it was coming. It didn't. I've had enough. BEWARE OF ANY DEAL YOU MAKE WITH THESE GUYS. read more

On two different occasions we were treated in a discriminatory manner by the service managers. First, not given all the information to make an informative decision. Second, in the manner in which the first service manager spoke to my daughter and me. He was short, rude, abrupt, condescending and disrespectful. Third, I feel they service tampered with the brakes ($475.00) to gain more money. Fourth, I was charged $149.00 for a diagnostic check for a door handle that is known to brake off. The Sonata did not pass inspection because of the brakes. Fifth, had to return to fix the door handle. Sixth in essence, I paid $409.09 for a door handle and two service manager who were both rude, short, condescending and I feel discriminatory on several levels. All I wanted is to build a relationship with the dealership because I want to upgrade my daughter's Hyundai, get a state inspection and fix the door handle (3 have broken off since she had it). No recall on the door handles. Why not? And in the Richmond area, no Emissions. Very frustrated customer. Dates. March 22, 2023 and March 29, 2023. read more

I was so excited to buy the Hyundai Sante Fe. I had been lightly looking into this for 5 years and I thought I was seeing relatively good reviews. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I bought the car In Feb 2022 and for the first 6 months it seemed fantastic. Starting in August of 2022 the car needed to be jump started almost every day. The dealer has worked on it a few times and they said they can't figure it out. They really seem like they just don't care. I guess because they already sold me the car and any warranty work comes out of their pocket they figure they can just do nothing and maybe I will get so fed up I will simply sell the car which would be a win win for them. I really was hoping to love this car because I do like other things about it. This feedback is for anyone else on the fence like I was, please read this feedback, think about it and take a pass.
