Dr Jeremy and Dr Ken are amazing! They xray to make sure you're safe prior to adjustment, and they were gentle yet VERY effective. My back has never felt better! I also had a wonderful therapeutic massage with Dana, and loved every second of it. One of the most unexpected benefits I experienced was RELIEF from endometriosis! Ladies, the fact that I am now considering NOT getting the surgery I was approved for, and able to avoid a total hysterectomy is like a miracle to me. Excellent! I'm so glad I started coming here. Dr. Nick, Dr. J & Dr. Clayton are amazing!!! Dr. Nick did a thorough assessment on my first session. They always ask how you're feeling and what might be ailing you. They make you feel comfortable and your environment comfortable. My ankle was bothering me and Dr. Clayton was able to adjust that also. I had problems when I first started going here but I can already start feeling a good difference. I follow the stretches they provide which has also helped my hip pain. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Now luckily, I got in on the Groupon coupon which also provided a 60 Mom massage with Carlos who is amazing. I usually have women massage therapists so I was hesitant at first but Carlos made me feel comfortable. It was so relaxing. Although they are the last part of this review, they are definitely not least, the ladies of the office are all fantastic! They are always friendly and helpful. They have answered so many questions and helped checked to see if my healthcare insurance covered chiropractic services which luckily I do. Wow, This place is the best! Extremely friendly staff and easy process. We didn't use our insurance because I knew my insurance deductible was outrageous. Cost is cheap and a very flexible schedule. It was so easy to get in and get taking care of. Front desk Courtney is so wonderful. I came in because my daughter had fell from competitive cheer drill. She's a flyer so she fell to many times, she said was struggling walking. Took her to doctors and they recommended a chiropractor. She saw Dr.Jeremy who instantly aligned her properly. We reviewed X-rays and she felt a million times better. I told my husband he should come in since he constantly complaining about back pain due to dirt bike riding and construction work. Dr. Nick saw him review the x-rays and told him he had a rib out of place. He quickly aligned him and now my husband says he could breathe so much better and is a lot happier!!! read more

First off i want to say that the customer service was very nice and friendly. BUT I was very in happy with the " alignment" I was given. I went in with a horrible back pain and hip pain. I was told that I needed an alignment for my back but nothing was done about my hip. The "alignment" I got here I could have done myself and I was stupid enough to come back again for the benefit of the doubt! Needless to say its been a few weeks and I'm still in horrible pain! After looking online at other possible reasons for my pain i found it could be caused by my HIP rotating, NOT my back! I will be going to some one else to CORRECTLY get aligned. A few days later I couldn't take the pain any longer and went somewhere else. She immediately saw I had a rotated hip and popped it back in place and my pain was gone! read more

I was recommended to West Coast Chiropractic by a co-worker and man was I impressed. I have dealt with lower back pain almost my entire life. I thought it was because I fell out of a tree when I was young and landed on my tail bone. When I got there they took some xrays, then talked me through the treatment plan. My insurance didn't cover all of it so I was going to have to pay about $1,000 out of pocket. At first I was thinking "Scam" but when they showed me my xrays and that one of my legs was substantially shorter than the other, then explained how that was causing pain, i signed up for the plan. I'm so glad I did because after my treatment was finished over the next few months the pain in my lower back was gone and I mean completely gone and it has never come back. So that is to say they are competent in their skills. Secondly, they really care about their patients. I have not only talked chiropractic with these guys, but they have given me workout advice, and nutritional advice as well. They are there to treat the whole problem and encourage their patients to live a healthy life-style which is a huge key in continued freedom from back pain. I can't recommend them enough. read more

I personally am extremely scared to be adjusted, but I have massages by Carlos here. I saw him just today for a massage, and my poor weary muscles are so happy I did. Not only does he make your body stop hurting, but he teaches you muscle groups you can either work out or stretch to help improve the way you feel daily. He explains possible ways why you are having the pain and really cares that you feel better. I also was a bit nervous about having a male masseuse, but once I got there, I never felt uncomfortable once. Carlos is a Godsend. I have a career where I work on a computer anywhere from 6-14 hours each day. I've done this for 12 years. Prior to 3 months ago, I had developed a severe shoulder pain in my left shoulder and have battled migraine headaches regularly over those 12 years. In December of 2010 my migraines reached a peak, whereby I was having them 3 times each week - I was miserable. Although I had been getting massages on a regular basis, they would only help my symptoms for a couple days. Though very skeptical, I finally decided to try a chiropractor. I visited West Coast Chiropractic because my wife was very happy with her experience there. She currently sees Dr. Nick Schembri about once a month. When I was first screened, Dr. Nick share with me that a healthy spine has three natural curves in it. Due to my years of working at a computer, my screening revealed that my neck was missing that natural curve (my neck was completely straight), and in fact was the cause of my migraine headaches. I've worked with Dr. Nick for about three months now (dated May 3, 2011). My migraines have been reduced from multiple times each week to about once a month. The pain I'd had in my left shoulder for the last 5 years has completely disappeared. On top of that, my neck curvature has returned to normal. I feel that Dr. Nick really cares about my health. Most doctors of all types, in my experience, treat healthcare like a business more than actually wanting to heal people. Dr. Nick is the opposite. He has been there every step of the way through my healing process - from adjustments to recommended exercises and eating habits. Six years ago, my husband Googled "chiropractor" to find some relief from his achy back. He found the Schembris, and our lives have never been the same. Too dramatic? It's true! Dr Nick and Dr. J are very knowledgeable and approachable.. Staff is always friendly and and accomodating. I came in with severe shoulder pain an sciatic. The doctors were able to diagnose with me brachial plexus sciatica and upper and lower cross syndrome and I was on the verge of needed surgery to repair my old injury. I am about a third through treatment and my range of motion has improved.Hip pain is gone, only some tightness and my upper back and shoulder are improving gradually. Also their massage therapist (The male) is AMAZING. By far my best massages ever! They also go the extra mile to ask about you as a person and offer their suggestions, resources and caring attitudes.
