Gave them a shot after Dr Bradley left. Used to be a great practice. Will find another vet.

    Metrowest Mobile Vet

I need to praise Dr Lori Kriedburg of Metrowest Mobile Vets. In a word, she is AWESOME…read more I found her when a local animal hospital suggested that I take my business - and my cat, whom they INSISTED on sedating every time they would see him - elsewhere. Shadowcat simply hated vets' offices. Well, they suggested Dr Lori, which was the BEST thing they ever did for my cat! Dr Lori makes house calls! She comes to visit your pet in the safety of your own home, so if your critter doesn't travel well or hates the vet's office, this is ideal. She's very caring and you can see this in her manner. She talks to the animal and tries to make sure it's comfortable with her while she's examining it, and you can tell from her manner she truly loves the animals she treats. The most amazing thing about her is how she says goodbye - if she's had to give the animal a shot, or draw blood, the critter will usually go and hide after she's done. Well, after she does up her bill and just before she leaves, she asks to go see your pet so that the last memory the pet has of her is her saying goodbye and petting him (or her) and NOT of getting a shot. And she TALKS to the critter! Not like some vets where the animal is just a piece of meat the vet is examining. Nope, she cares for your pet like it was her own. And - this is a hard part to write - if your pet is getting old and sick, she's the first to work with you to try and heal the pet (cause let's face it, you need to give the home care after she leaves)... and if it's just time for your pet to go find his Door Into Summer, she's very compassionate about it. She understands that we love our pets and she respects that. She helped my Shadowcat find his Door Into Summer this week after helping us keep Shadow alive until he was almost 17... and though I don't have a cat now, I will again... and Dr. Lori will be the one I trust it's health to. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She's just the best.

Dr. Lori Kriedberg is the BEST. She's been coming to our home to take care of our 2 cats for 11…read moreyears, since we first got them as feral kittens. They were too traumatized to ever get into the carrier, much less visit the vet, so having her come to the house was pretty much the only way to get even routine vaccinations and examinations for them. Over the years they have become much more socialized, and are completely comfortable with her. She's very knowledgeable, has a wonderful manner with the animals, and with their humans as well. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Betsy is technically skillful but also extraordinarily compassionate, understanding, soft spoken and gentle toward both our beloved dogs and the family members present for our dogs' final moments, one on a familiar couch and one on the grass in the yard he so enjoyed. She clearly understands and feels the trauma we were feeling and made our pet' s passing as easy as possible. She assisted at every step, and stayed to help until all was done. We are very grateful to her for making these difficult steps less painful. We were so very lucky to find her. She is the best.

I was absolutely devastated…read morehaving to say goodbye to my beloved pet, and instead of compassion, I was met with coldness and dismissal. My dog was 15 miles away and when I asked if there was any way she could help us say goodbye, the vet snapped and said, "That's way out of my way." No empathy. No care. Just a complete lack of humanity in one of the most painful moments of my life. I wasn't asking for a favor--I was trying to give my pet of many years a peaceful, loving goodbye. The response I got made an already heartbreaking situation even worse. She was recommended by a local vet too!!! Horrible.
