My feet were killing me and felt like I had no support. I went to a small business sneaker place instead, and they explained that the sneakers I was paired with weren't great for my feet, didn't support how I walk, and are meant for runners who do little to no walking during their runs. Thankful to have found another place that was knowledgeable and paired me with sneakers that actually work for me. My Dick's Sporting Goods experience was still full of friendly staff and a clean and organized store. This location is clean and organized, full of friendly and helpful staff, and has a wide variety of options to choose from. I recently went to buy a pair of sneakers and Branden so kindly helped me find the pair that was best for me. He was very educated on the different types of sneakers and where other products in the store were located.

I called North Face corporate to see what hoops I have to jump through for the so called life time warranty. They told me just bring it to the North Face Store and they will ship it back to get repaired free if it's a defect from normal wear and tear. I go the store I was warmly and sympathetically greeted. They helped me fill out the return sheet and I was done. They will have it shipped to my home in 6-8 weeks just in time . Just before the harsh New England winter. It's refreshing to see a company stand behind their products. No they are not the cheapest and I don't want a cheap product. I want a great product that the company has that much faith in that they stand behind it.

When we entered the store we were warmly greeted by the employees who told us about the current sales as well as their new merchandise. The store was well stocked with items, and we appreciate the fact that their children's section was filled with clearance items. In the end we bought a sweater and the price was reasonable. Usually North Face items are expensive because of their durability, but the sales here made our purchase possible.
