My yard needed some SIGNIFICANT weeding intervention and I had a few trees that looked like they hadn't been trimmed since Clinton was in office...I had a couple companies come out and quote the project and Eric was the most upfront and honest about what it would take. Eric was very responsive to my inquiries, provided a reasonable estimate, and worked with my park's management to clear getting the landscape project approved for my home. They came out sooner than expected. They also suggested and installed a new drip hose. After they were done, I had to spend some time covering some areas of the hose that they left uncovered. Furthermore, one dripper was missing and then another apparently popped out. Getting Eric to come out to fix those took way too much time. Each time I contacted him, he would say he would come out the next working day but didn't show. This happened every week for four weeks, always saying they were busy. After sending an annoyed message, he finally sent a worker to fix it. So it took over a month for me to be able to use the new drip system. In summary, great start but lousy follow-up. read more

I gave them three stars because that is just about the kind of job they did. They did the barest minimum, and not to completion. Eric was very personable in the beginning, but when the crew wrapped and left after little more than half-a day's work (he had estimated two days for this job, which is about right) he became very defensive and argumentative. A few days later he finally agreed to bring a helper and take care of a little bit that had be left undone, but the hour or two they spent still wasn't enough to complete what he agreed to do. He did not seem to know what "remove" meant; while he did cut ALL of the trees that he said he would "remove", they are all still here. Lots of excuses, but not a complete job. The number of crew seemed to fluctuate, so we don't know how many people were here the whole time, but if you divide the total bill by 6 hours, it comes out to over $800/per hour. Unlike their other reviews, they left trash all over, both from tree trimmings and from their lunches, etc. Our dog even discovered human feces in a plastic nursery pot hidden under one of our oak trees. I grew tired trying to discuss things with him, and decided this might be the best way to get a few of the things completed that he and his crew failed to do. read more

He came out to take a look and give me an estimate the day after I reached out. The price was very competitive (I got estimates from 4 or 5 different businesses). The work was done in something like 90 minutes, and the team cleaned everything up very thoroughly. I notified my neighbors about the upcoming work over the weekend and didn't hear any complaints from them.
