After realizing the burgers did not come with fries, I went to the front of the restaurant to ask if I could order some. The employee told me yes, but explained that orders had to be placed at the counter in the back. I immediately went to the back counter and waited. Both employees saw me standing there, but neither acknowledged me or offered to help. One employee was delivering an order while the other was simply standing there. After waiting about five minutes without anyone taking my order or even speaking to me, I finally left without ordering the fries or sauces. It was frustrating and made me feel completely unwelcome. Overall, I did not feel welcome, did not enjoy the experience, and would not return.
