Ordered a baked ziti lunch special. I got pasta with red sauce and meat sauce and a lot of mushrooms. Is it just me or are mushrooms in baked ziti really random? Also how is it called baked ziti if there is no cheese. And they didn't bake it. Just simply pasta and sauce with meat and mushroom. Extremely dissapointing. Did this place get sold as of late? I continuously check back to places I don't regularly frequent, but tonight was my FINAL order. Pizza: requested crispy, not burnt. Received extra soggy! Yum! Another fabulous experience with Westbrook pizza. After a certain I won't name restaurant in Peekskill claimed they didn't do yelp order fulfillment even though it's an obvious option on the app and desktop, Westbrook came through. Ordered a pizza and side of meatballs on the app and was pleasantly surprised when delivery showed up about half an hour early than expected. Placed an order of pizza and garlic bread. The pizza was just ok but the real issue was the garlic bread. It was soggy, mushy, nasty. Their pizza is delicious. Especially the margarita! Probably the best I've had! Their delivery is pretty quick. Never had a problem besides one little guy who can be quite rude. Well there was not hardly any BBQ sauce on the wings, the blue cheese dressing was yellow not white and didn't taste good and didn't get the sauce on the side. This place has gone down hill. My wife this evening ordered a Sicilian pie, plain grilled chicken (with nothing on it) and side of sauce. I picked up the order and brought it home. Now, the grilled chicken is for my little girl Roxie. She is a cute little Bichon. Well I get home and start unpacking the food and notice a smell coming from the chicken. I open it up and notice there were onions on it. NOT COOL. My wife when placing the order asked for plain grilled chicken, so I call and speak to the manager. He gets in the phone and I explain what I have on the chicken. He states he marinated the chicken with onions before grilling, he does that with all the chicken. So I mentioned the order stated plain nothing on it. He says that my wife did not say plain. So, I ask you, was I imaging my wife ordering plain chicken with nothing on it. I also asked him, what if I had a food allergy, he kind of shrugged it off. After getting the song and dance on the phone I ended up hanging up the phone and told them they lost a customer. What if I gave that to my little girl without looking at what was on it, she would have been really sick. We have placed numerous orders to Nonna's and other pizza places without this being an issue. I have never heard of a pizzeria marinating their chicken in onions and if they did, you figure they would notify the customer first. What if that customer had a food allergy but then again, my wife did say plain with nothing on it. Now I am sorry for my rant, but when you are taking an order, especially by phone. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION and NEVER ASSUME!!! read more

Meh, descent pizza. Definately not my go to. We only get from there when Fornos II is closed. Their sauce is different, kinda sweet. Average cheese. Kinda soggy. Their pasta dishes always taste very plain and flavorless. Calzones have too much ricotta and not enough motz or toppings. Motz sticks are kinda weird, weird breading.
