They ruined an expensive shirt and told me it was the manufacturer fault. Did not even have the shirt there for me see. Said it wasn't their fault. Couldn't get ahold of the owner. The lady working there could have cared less that it was ruined. Horrible service read more

For a few years I have been taking my comforter to Martinizing, but it was in Nampa. I moved back to Boise and started to go to the one on Park center. I'm not sure, but it seems like they are not really interested in much business. I took a blanket with a couple of dog beds. They said they could not clean the dog beds because they could not take the covers off. Fine, that's understandable so they clean the blanket. They said it would take a couple of days, but it took a couple of weeks. This time I brought my comforter; never had an issue before. It's a big comforter and I had to carry it in while it was raining cats and dogs. She didn't seem interested in my business. First she said cleaning it would be between $30 to $70. I was about to leave, but after I told her it was a queen she said it was $35. I agreed, but more hesitation came from her, "we might not be able to clean this because of the material." Fine, I'll take my business elsewhere. No, I'm not going with this company again. I went to Baird's and was treated better. read more

I have used Westco Martinizing for years off and on for years and have watch the this company go down hill. In service, their cleaning and only the price has increased !! Today was the last time I will ever us their services!! Customer service was horrible!! For the second time no one called me with a quote on price and I went to pick up my comforter that needed to be washed, I asked if the comforter was washed or dry cleaned, she won't answer me and finally said I'm sure they did what the tag said on the comforter . I paid $30.00 to have it washed and had no idea if it was, so I opened the bag and it wasn't cleaned at all !!! It still had dog hair on the cotton fabric!! This is the second time this has happened!! I would not recommend their service to anyone I don't even want to give one star but have to so I can leave my comment. read more

Fast, friendly, efficient. Considering the ginormous amount of shirts they clean for us, it's a marvel how they almost never make a mistake. On the rare occasion we've been sent home with the wrong item, our own shirts were quickly located for us. Definately recommend. read more

I had a suit jacket cleaned recently and it was ruined beyond repair. The cleaners took no responsibility for ruining the jacket and wanted us to pay for the cleaning cost. My husband had to ask to have charge removed removed. They told me "we followed the instructions, so it is not our fault" and that I should return the suit to the store I bought it from. I asked for the phone number of the manager who was not on site. About one month ago, I left two messages a week apart with no return call. I tried calling numerous times again over the next two weeks and there is never an answer. The call went to voice mail but I could not leave a message as the mailbox was always full. I contacted the main corporate office via their website. They responded 10 days ago with a note that someone would contact me. I still have not received a call. I would not recommend this dry cleaner and will never use them again. read more

I took 4 suits into the Overland/5 mile location together with a Groupon. The sign advertised same day service. Instead the gal told me I could pick up the suits Monday (it was Thursday). I objected and she relented to the same day (It was 7:AM at the time I dropped the suits off). I asked what it would cost to have the suits cleaned. The lady at the counter said she couldn't tell me until I picked up the suits (that should have been a clue). I got back and owed them $41.00 for the 4 suit cleanings. HOLY COW! Even with a $40 Groupon I owed them money. You know, the $2.00 dry cleaners do as good a job for less than half the money. No more business with these guys. No way. read more

I'm an out of town bride who called ahead to see if my wedding dress could be steamed within 48 hours from dropping it off- Jen the manager approves and assures they could do this for me. I go to pick it up and for 10+ minutes he CANNOT find my dress. Finally, the only guy working finds it crumpled up on the floor. And asks me if that's my dress. Yes. Yes, that is my two thousand dollar dress you have balled up in your hand. He then sets it BACK DOWN ON THE GROUND and goes to search for the shirt I dropped off to also be pressed. I grab my dress and hang it up MYSELF while he searches for 10 more minutes to find the shirt. Then proceeds to ring me up to make me pay for the shirt that was pressed, while on the phone with the manager who I asked to speak to and she told her employee "no" - that I couldn't talk to her. Honestly the most awful experience that all started with awful management. Please don't waste your time or money at any of their locations. I took several pieces of clothing to Westco Martinizing Dry Cleaning and they lost two expensive men's shirts. They found one of the shirts after looking for two weeks and asked me to provide a purchase receipt for the missing shirt. I did so and when I returned to fill out a claim form they denied losing the shirt. I was informed that "They do not lose clothing". The fact that they returned one of the missing items indicates that they indeed misplace items. They refuse to pay for the missing shirt and I feel robbed. If you want to keep your clothing, don't take it here! I was quite upset when I left the establishment and the manager yelled after me,"Have a nice day". This was uttered in a mean way when she knew that there was nothing I could do to receive compensation for their incompetency. read more

I get my dry cleaning done here every week, they provide pleasant, dependable service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Be sure to take your coupons in when you drop your clothes off. This dry cleaner will not honor coupons at the time of payment and pickup. I know it sounds silly but it is true-they want the coupon at the time of drop off. read more

We just moved here, and this place is the closest dry cleaners to us so we chose it for convenience, but we I will be looking elsewhere. They have great customer service but one order of shirts for my husband came back extremely wrinkled with a nice ironed shirt in front of the them so we didn't see them. They did take them back and re did them for free. I don't understand why they fold the sleeves in front of the shirt and they don't button the shirt all the way down. This causes the bottom of the shirts to fold open and get wrinkled and the sleeves are usually always wrinkled. I end up ironing his shirts after bringing them home. read more

We have a fairly costly down-cushioned chair that our dog jumped on after a romp in the water--mud, algae, goose poop, mildew, it was all there. Had Certified Cleaners pick up the chair to clean it and although they "did what they could" it was still stained. So I flipped the cushion over to display a still pristine side; sure, enough, although not wet this time, Chloe jumped on the chair again. Having a visitor today, so I just took the seat cushion and ran it into Westco, asking to have it back in a couple of hours. In less than one, Jen spot-cleaned the new stain and even took out some of the earlier stains. Price--$10. Friendly, courteous, competent service in an amazingly short time and at a ridiculously low price; it doesn't get any better. read more
