Leo called to confirm the appointment time before arriving and he and his assistant respectfully took their shoes off at the door. What happened next was impressive! Leo was able to diagnose ALL of the sources of the various issues by asking questions, examining and exploring behind walls, climbing the attic and by testing his theories.
