I rented a dumpster for a week and it really helped. For the new garage door, I thought from start to finish it would be three days. I have waited longer at the Costco food court-but we we're really surprised when he was done after about 3 hours. Very systematically done. The price was great, the second biggest surprise was the quiet opening and closing. Before, it sounded like the jaws of life ripping open the tin man, who's chewing on tin foil barbed wire and his unclipped tin nails were dragging on a chalkboard. All animals fled in terror each time I simply pushed the remote. Now, it sounds like a canoe, on a peaceful glassy lake, with fish jumping in the distance-quiet, practical, simple, beautiful. Seeing and hearing his assessment I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and his solution. When he returned in a couple of days with the parts, he quickly implemented his solution, and thoroughly tested his fix to the extent where I felt very comfortable. This included identifying existing remote gate controllers that were coded incorrectly. And he held true to his verbal cost estimate from the other day.
