This is why I give it 3 stars, to be fair. The negative is they lack good customer service if the product is suppose to be there. One employee told me where to find it. He just said they will receive it. I looked on line and it said it was in stock. So I went there again and was told it was in, but needed to be unpacked, give them a week. I did just that. Then on my return, they told me the truck was delayed. That wasn't true, because I went back several days later, which makes it 4 times. I was actually there 5 times when my husband he said he'd like that product. Next time I'll just go to Ace Hardware or Home Depot which has great customer service.

Jason and the team at Dunn Edwards in Tracy are not just amazing people but their customer service is bar none top notch and their product skills are truly masterful. When my wife and I bought our house we only had 1 quart of interior paint and along the way that quart got a crack, air got inside and the paint solidified. We started out with the original product code and that didn't match up right probably due to as we've come to understand, changes in mixes and recipes over time. The team at Tracy gave us multiple samples to try with mixing variances but after five attempts we could only get close but not a match. Jason suggested we bring down a wall sample so I cut a small piece of board from the inside of a closet where it could be easily patched or replaced and brought it down to the shop. The result was a 99% plus match when we picked up the new gallon of paint. They brought ease to the stressful situation we were in not being able to fix scuffs and the like by helping us work through this and getting us to the finish line with an exact match of our paint that we needed. To Jason and the team at Dunn Edwards in Tracy; you have a customer for life. We will never go anywhere else when we need paint.

He happen to have a frame that match my size hanging on the wall. He said I cannot find a new one for you, but I can build you a nice bike and he did. Soon after I rode out on a beautifully rebuilt Pinarello road bike. All of his employees through the years have matched Brian's help and care. And now with this bike shop downtown, it is especially great during farmers markets. They have live music, a great assortment of beer, wine and coffee and even popcorn and avocado toast.
