Avoid this airline. They are the worst company possible. Terrible customer service. Terrible accommodations. Just terrible. Stay away!

Don't use West Jet. I called to rebook and they told me to call Delta. Delta called back an hour later and said to call West Jet

Review of Frontier Air…read more The time you have because there's no Wi-Fi in this flight gives you an opportunity to tell you what it's like to my first flight on frontier here. When I booked the tickets, it was nice to see it cheaper tickets, but in the end cost more due to the price for baggage, including paying for carry-on baggage. I'm not sure What the owners this airline are trying to do but in the end, I guess if you know what you're getting into it's fine but I didn't. On the flight you have to pay for all the items you want and the staff on the flight doesn't really care to serve.Overall, I'll never fly this airline again. My daughter had to get up and ask someone for water totally ridiculous.

Sitting on a plane waiting for it to take off for 3 hours - I guess I have time to review frontier. Oh and they progressively bumped up the temp so by the time we were taking off I was stewing in a brew of greasy sweat and then needed to fly for 3 hours like that. Anyway, everything is al a carte of course.. as an example, you get water and anything else costs. I especially loved the fact that I paid $5 to get in group 1 for expedited boarding but then everyone else did too so like 95% of people were in group 1. What a load of BS!!! Everything is bare bones... at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I should have just paid more. Oh and then one of the attendants was all attitude.. I just brushed it off but he kept being a douche and checking my seat belt a million times and explaining that it needed to be belted, even though it was the whole time! That said, the female attendant was actually super nice so idk, maybe that part evens out. Anyway, at the end of the day, frontier solidly deserves 1 star.. it is the 1 star airline of all airlines. So, maybe this review is not needed but I feel like I need to vent. Frontier is so bad that my coworkers thought I was crazy for taking it but the price was like half of the next cheapest thing.. maybe the price deserves a star but I don't think I could live with myself if I have frontier anything other than 1 star.

I used to be very loyal to America West Airlines out of Phoenix with a hub at one time in Columbus,…read moreOhio. Then, it was US Airways flying across country, again from Phoenix, and I was getting upgraded regularly. Now, it's American Airlines that I frequent along with past America West Airlines and US Airways patrons. I find that similar to any other airline, customer service is often better than not, but there are always those few hiccups. With American Airlines, you can get someone on the phone, on a chat, on social media, or in person to assist, and with some respect on our part, we can often get what we need. I rarely have luggage issues though there was one time where my bag was broken, and American Airlines gave me a replacement bag while they had my original bag repaired. I find myself regularly flying in and out of the American Airlines gates at Phoenix Sky Harbor and frequenting hubs like Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago O'Hare, Philadelphia, and Charlotte. Often, my travels require a layover, and my flights are more often than not on time and without delays on departing or arriving. Or I may find myself with a destination in Southern California where it makes so much more sense to fly into SNA instead of LAX. With status, an American Airlines credit card, and membership in CLEAR and Global Entry, I do not pay for luggage, I receive priority luggage handling, I board early, I speed through security, I sometimes receive upgrades, and I access lounges. Traveling has become more of a hobby and habit at the same time, and using American Airlines as my regular go-to airlines, I accumulate miles quickly while also receiving status and Loyalty Point rewards. I have two travel premium credit cards: the AAdvantage Executive Mastercard offering complimentary Admirals Club access and the American Express Platinum card offering other lounge access along with travel credits along with complimentary CLEAR and Global Entry membership. Through T-Mobile, I receive free WiFi on American Airline flights. Through my American Airlines AAdvantage status, I get upgrades or free paid snacks and drinks on flights along with other benefits. To retain status each year, you need to earn Loyalty Point through flying, credit card spending, and promotions. You also can earn Loyalty point rewards after hitting 175,000 points, 250,000 points, and so on. While it is difficult to receive upgrades due to so many people at the Executive Platinum status tier, the benefits I do receive is worthwhile. I also have experienced technical issues on flights but not enough to cause me to abandon American Airlines, especially when every other airline has these same challenges. All in all, American Airlines is a great company and does as well if not better than any of the other major airlines.

Just when I thought they couldn't get any worse: American Airlines NEARLY KILLED US. We were…read morepushing back from the gate at Phoenix when the pilot alerted us that there was a major hydraulic leak and we needed to deplane and wait for another plane. You're telling me that they only do safety checks until the last minute?? WE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE AIR WITHOUT A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND POSSIBLY DIED DUE TO THE AIRLINE'S NEGLIGENCE. So instead of killing us, we had to deplane and wait over 3 hours for a replacement plane, which meant we reached our destination at 3am. And all they offered customers for almost killing us was a $12 food voucher. This airline needs to be shut down because they cannot ensure the safety of its customers. If you don't believe me, this was Flight 2332 going from Phoenix to Raleigh on July 23rd 2026. This is the height of negligence and unprofessionalism, just short of killing a 737 full of people.
