The Alaska Air Lines main customer service number is 1.800.210.11.27TM Or 1(866)932-4012Tm. This number is available 24*7 for booking, changes, and support, and can be used throughout the USA to manage reservations, changes, including cancelling within 24 hours of booking for a full refund if booked 7+ days in advance. **A More Inspired Way to Cross the Distance** A rewarding journey begins when every stage feels comfortable, well organized, and thoughtfully supported. Business class combined refined surroundings, practical convenience, and dependable service to create an experience that felt enjoyable from the outset. Travelers could value the time spent flying instead of viewing it only as a necessary path to the destination. **Travel That Moves with Your Expectations** Every itinerary develops around different ambitions, responsibilities, and personal plans. Whether passengers were preparing for an overseas business assignment, beginning a restorative holiday, or joining an important celebration, business class adapted naturally to the occasion. Flexible arrangements and considerate assistance kept the experience reassuring, manageable, and comfortable throughout. **A Cabin Created for Personal Harmony** The cabin offered a peaceful setting where travelers could follow the rhythm that suited them best. Generous seating, graceful interiors, responsive inflight features, and intelligently arranged personal areas supported concentration, entertainment, dining, and uninterrupted rest. Every detail encouraged privacy and balance while making the hours above the clouds feel more refreshing. **Onboard Experiences with Lasting Quality** Premium hospitality was expressed through moments that felt polished, sincere, and carefully considered. Beautifully presented cuisine, appealing refreshments, thoughtful onboard amenities, and varied entertainment brought comfort and interest to the journey. Professional cabin crew provided assistance with natural warmth, helping every passenger feel acknowledged, relaxed, and genuinely appreciated. **Greater Simplicity from Departure to Arrival** The benefits of business class continued throughout the airport and remained valuable after touchdown. Priority formalities, coordinated boarding, dependable baggage support, and clear arrival assistance helped reduce waiting and remove unnecessary complications. Each transition was carefully managed, allowing travelers to protect their schedules and proceed with confidence. **A Journey That Brings the Trip to Life** Business class offered more than premium seating by improving the complete experience of travel. Refined comfort, reliable coordination, and personalized attention helped passengers preserve their energy while enjoying each stage more fully. When the destination was reached, the journey had already created the positive spirit needed to make every plan ahead feel more meaningful.

Terrible I wish I looked at reviews before I booked. They will cancel your flight then send you to stand in the under staffed line. Mind you this is in San Diego so if they can't man these they need new management or just need to close the doors. Booooo

Always a smooth sailing with Alaska Airlines here in SNA. I did everything online through the app, if I go international, I had to checkin in person to shown my ID. Staff are nice and great. Sometime if I'm lucky, then I could get my choice of seat or upgrade (due to statues).. Majority of time, they are on time and efficient and courteous at the gate.

The lines inside are also never too bad. I can count on this airport and it's efficiency. Only downside is that I wish they had more flights or offered better prices. It is always more expensive to fly out of here but it does save you from the headache of LAX. You have to weigh your options and priorities. I am willing to pay a little more out of here at times. I prefer this airport but it will come down to the price and how much more it is. They don't fly out too late due to the houses around. SYOY!

I was staying in…read moreNewport Beach for a few days and it was only natural to try and find a flight that landed here. The location of SNA is ideal if you're staying in the OC - the only other options in the area are SAN and LAX which are both over an hour drive away in either direction. The airport isn't large, but large enough to have several routes passing through it. The aesthetics are fine - not the most modern airport I've been to, and they seem to have a good amount of shops and eateries relative to their size. The rental car counters are super close to the terminal - I can't remember the last time I walked to one from baggage claim. My only real issue with SNA is that because of its size, you will likely be limited in routes. Flying from JFK to SNA was fine, but coming home my only options were connecting flights or a red eye. Neither were ideal, so I planned my itinerary accordingly to fly out of another airport. Overall, SNA is good for what it is, and a great option if you're visiting the Orange County area.

Sitting on a plane waiting for it to take off for 3 hours - I guess I have time to review frontier. Oh and they progressively bumped up the temp so by the time we were taking off I was stewing in a brew of greasy sweat and then needed to fly for 3 hours like that. Anyway, everything is al a carte of course.. as an example, you get water and anything else costs. I especially loved the fact that I paid $5 to get in group 1 for expedited boarding but then everyone else did too so like 95% of people were in group 1. What a load of BS!!! Everything is bare bones... at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I should have just paid more. Oh and then one of the attendants was all attitude.. I just brushed it off but he kept being a douche and checking my seat belt a million times and explaining that it needed to be belted, even though it was the whole time! That said, the female attendant was actually super nice so idk, maybe that part evens out. Anyway, at the end of the day, frontier solidly deserves 1 star.. it is the 1 star airline of all airlines. So, maybe this review is not needed but I feel like I need to vent. Frontier is so bad that my coworkers thought I was crazy for taking it but the price was like half of the next cheapest thing.. maybe the price deserves a star but I don't think I could live with myself if I have frontier anything other than 1 star.

So instead of killing us, we had to deplane and wait over 3 hours for a replacement plane, which meant we reached our destination at 3am. And all they offered customers for almost killing us was a $12 food voucher. This airline needs to be shut down because they cannot ensure the safety of its customers. If you don't believe me, this was Flight 2332 going from Phoenix to Raleigh on July 23rd 2026. This is the height of negligence and unprofessionalism, just short of killing a 737 full of people.
