I love JSX! The convenience alone deserves 5 stars. I sometimes show up 20 minutes before my flight and there are no lines, no chaos, no airport stress. I dont remember if this location has valet option.. the one in Burbank does. Flying to Vegas feels effortless and like youre hoping into a car rather than dealing with a typical flight. Its pricier than a regular flight but so worth the convenience.

    So happy to be here

This is the BEST way to fly and it's so easy and seamless. You just walk in and they help you with everything. Check in is a breeze and the employees love being of service! The plane is cozy and spacious! Waiting to take off is always fun and she's taking my order for club soda

While it's convenient, the waiting lounge is not very pleasant. Have to check-in bring carryon, have to take out laptop from the carryon with made it even less convenient than commercial airlines. Seats are not much better than a commuter plane. Drink selection ands snack options are better than commercial. Seat B is roomier but I got seat A.

Ever since I discovered JSX as an option for my domestic flights to Vegas I never went back The flights are so fast and easy I simply have zero complaints Prices are double that of standard ticket prices but if I can bypass the TSA check in nonsense I'm all in They occupy a small air bunker conveniently off John Wayne Airport. The checkin process requires nothing more than your drivers license and a quick 2 minutes check in process. They have a waiting area that has plenty of snacks Starbucks coffee and restrooms. Charging plugs galore and wait times are usually minimal There are delays which are out of their control due to weather but with that said the convenience far outweighs the canceled flights and delays that do unfortunately happen from time to time. They offer complimentary cocktails on the flight and snacks, as well. It's about 45min or less to Vegas and the flight is seemless! I highly recommend JSX if you're planning your next trip to Vegas or any of their other convenient destinations. You won't have to put up with the obnoxious traffic or tedious TSA checkin craziness ever again and that imo makes their flights priceless!

I love JSX and try not to fly anything else if I can help it. The prices are more than other airlines, but the convenience is worth it to me. You just show up 30 minutes before your flight; show your ID to the check-in agent and check your bag. There is no horrendous line or wait at JSX. They have a decent sized waiting lounge in OC with a couple of offshoot rooms for overflow and while you wait you can make yourself a nice cup of coffee from their machine that makes everything (lattes, cappuccino, hot chocolate, decaf, espresso, etc). I only wish they had adult beverages available like at a regular airport. My vacation starts when I arrive at the airport, but I just wait until I get on the plane to start cocktail hour. The planes are always really clean and flight staff super friendly and helpful. The jet gets to Vegas in less time than a big plane and seats 30 passengers. A big plus is Starlink which is free WiFi during the flight and has great connectivity. I would highly recommend that everyone try JSX at least once. Maybe splurge for your bday and let JSX ruin you forever where you will never fly regular again. Cheers!

Our primary reason for flying JSX is that it completely eliminates the "hassle" of regular commercial air travel. No having to get there one, two, three hours ahead of time and having to sit around in a crowded, noisy, smelly terminal in uncomfortable seats for all that time. No interminable check-in lines. No long lines for annoying, intrusive security screenings. Instead you just show up something like 30 minutes ahead of your flight time and usually within five minutes (10 maybe if folks ahead of you) you're checked in and have had your items initially security screened. You do still have to run your carry-ons through an x-ray machine prior to boarding but it's pretty quick and straightforward. Over the course of numerous flights originating out of Orange County airport we have experienced none of the delays, employee attitude, poor equipment, or other issues some of the poor reviews have talked about. Our experience has been that the employees have been universally gracious, welcoming, courteous, and professional. The waiting room at OC airport is certainly not comparable to a first class lounge experience, but it is absolutely comfortable and serviceable. (See photo). The waiting room at Reno on our return flight is less so TBH. Borrowed/shared space it seems and not much of it. Single stall bathrooms for each gender, so lines develop. This definitely could use some improvement. The aircraft and equipment on our flight were clean, functioned properly, and felt 100% safe throughout. The stewardesses on our flights were friendly and very capable and efficient. Overall a great, albeit fairly expensive experience. Highly recommended.

I was expecting this airline was going to be Epic from what I've heard from a ton of people! Wrong, the waiting room at John Wayne was very small and not much to speak about but this didn't bother me much. The airplane itself was scary, the arm rest was broken so my arm kept getting inside the area the tray table is kept..;not comfortable or nice. We had to put our carry on in this bin at the front of the plane. The stewardess was NO HELP what so ever! Maybe she just assumes everyone has taken this airline before, NOT. Also there was a little step up to the seat which was pretty dangerous and I almost fell,..The stewardess was suffering from "pretty privilege" since she was absolutely not helpful to me at all! When the plane landed I thought it was gonna fall apart, talk about rickety... After arriving at their terminal which all by itself on Rock Ave. I had to call a cab since there weren't any waiting and Uber didn't service this area... What a miserable experience!

    Jsx pilots were awesome..

Amazing experience. Took a flight from SNA to Scottsdale a few times. Dog friendly. Highly recommend vs flying commercial.

I didn't get her name, unfortunately, but she made the reservation for us, explained how to find the property since it's somewhat hidden, and got us checked in quickly when we arrived. We stayed in a two-bedroom room, which worked out really well for our family. After a long day of traveling, having the extra space made it much easier for everyone to relax and get a good night's sleep. The property does show some signs of age, and we noticed that the second bedroom was missing the TV remote, but everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff member also let us know that free breakfast was offered, but we slept so well that we ended up missing it! Despite a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the friendly and helpful service.

I used to be very loyal to America West Airlines out of Phoenix with a hub at one time in Columbus,…read moreOhio. Then, it was US Airways flying across country, again from Phoenix, and I was getting upgraded regularly. Now, it's American Airlines that I frequent along with past America West Airlines and US Airways patrons. I find that similar to any other airline, customer service is often better than not, but there are always those few hiccups. With American Airlines, you can get someone on the phone, on a chat, on social media, or in person to assist, and with some respect on our part, we can often get what we need. I rarely have luggage issues though there was one time where my bag was broken, and American Airlines gave me a replacement bag while they had my original bag repaired. I find myself regularly flying in and out of the American Airlines gates at Phoenix Sky Harbor and frequenting hubs like Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago O'Hare, Philadelphia, and Charlotte. Often, my travels require a layover, and my flights are more often than not on time and without delays on departing or arriving. Or I may find myself with a destination in Southern California where it makes so much more sense to fly into SNA instead of LAX. With status, an American Airlines credit card, and membership in CLEAR and Global Entry, I do not pay for luggage, I receive priority luggage handling, I board early, I speed through security, I sometimes receive upgrades, and I access lounges. Traveling has become more of a hobby and habit at the same time, and using American Airlines as my regular go-to airlines, I accumulate miles quickly while also receiving status and Loyalty Point rewards. I have two travel premium credit cards: the AAdvantage Executive Mastercard offering complimentary Admirals Club access and the American Express Platinum card offering other lounge access along with travel credits along with complimentary CLEAR and Global Entry membership. Through T-Mobile, I receive free WiFi on American Airline flights. Through my American Airlines AAdvantage status, I get upgrades or free paid snacks and drinks on flights along with other benefits. To retain status each year, you need to earn Loyalty Point through flying, credit card spending, and promotions. You also can earn Loyalty point rewards after hitting 175,000 points, 250,000 points, and so on. While it is difficult to receive upgrades due to so many people at the Executive Platinum status tier, the benefits I do receive is worthwhile. I also have experienced technical issues on flights but not enough to cause me to abandon American Airlines, especially when every other airline has these same challenges. All in all, American Airlines is a great company and does as well if not better than any of the other major airlines.

You're telling me that they only do safety checks until the last minute?? WE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE AIR WITHOUT A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND POSSIBLY DIED DUE TO THE AIRLINE'S NEGLIGENCE. So instead of killing us, we had to deplane and wait over 3 hours for a replacement plane, which meant we reached our destination at 3am. And all they offered customers for almost killing us was a $12 food voucher. This airline needs to be shut down because they cannot ensure the safety of its customers. If you don't believe me, this was Flight 2332 going from Phoenix to Raleigh on July 23rd 2026. This is the height of negligence and unprofessionalism, just short of killing a 737 full of people.

When I booked the tickets, it was nice to see it cheaper tickets, but in the end cost more due to the price for baggage, including paying for carry-on baggage. Sitting on a plane waiting for it to take off for 3 hours - I guess I have time to review frontier. Oh and they progressively bumped up the temp so by the time we were taking off I was stewing in a brew of greasy sweat and then needed to fly for 3 hours like that. Anyway, everything is al a carte of course.. as an example, you get water and anything else costs. I especially loved the fact that I paid $5 to get in group 1 for expedited boarding but then everyone else did too so like 95% of people were in group 1. What a load of BS!!! Everything is bare bones... at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I should have just paid more. Oh and then one of the attendants was all attitude.. I just brushed it off but he kept being a douche and checking my seat belt a million times and explaining that it needed to be belted, even though it was the whole time! That said, the female attendant was actually super nice so idk, maybe that part evens out. Anyway, at the end of the day, frontier solidly deserves 1 star.. it is the 1 star airline of all airlines. So, maybe this review is not needed but I feel like I need to vent. Frontier is so bad that my coworkers thought I was crazy for taking it but the price was like half of the next cheapest thing.. maybe the price deserves a star but I don't think I could live with myself if I have frontier anything other than 1 star.
