Cute neighborhood spot, clean and quick service. Maggie at the counter was sweet and attentive. Free WiFi so folks can get work done in peace or has a quick business meeting. I met a colleague for lunch and would certainly come back. Easy paid street parking available.sandwich and tea were okay nothing fancy.

This place is conveniently located right off the Jefferson Park blue line stop. I tried the Matcha Latte unsweetened and could really taste the earthiness of it (no grass flavor). If you like it sweetened, there are several options, including some seasonal syrups like lavender. They did not play music during the two hours I was there which I really appreciated. It seemed others did too as there were several people reading books. There is a code to the bathroom door, which you will need to ask the staff.

Good lattes, fun and lively staff, interesting art displayed on the walls and it's across the street from the transit center for convenience

The location is directly across the Blue Line Jefferson Park stop. It is rustic in nature and quiet for the most part. This take on a modern cafe in a suburban outskirts is well-played. There does need to be more of a vibe within the place with the music and ambiance in my opinion. I ordered a soy latte with cinnamon. It was light and the beans were good but standard. They use Metropolis. The latte was creamy and tasty but standard. There were no notes that stuck out. Overall, a good experience but expected more.

Weston's is directly across the street from the Jeff Park transit station. Pretty convenient location for sure. There's street parking available as well. They have free WiFi for guests. Bathroom is customers only, and there's a code to get into it. They have a variety of seating: A couple high-top tables; counter at the front window as well as along the kitchen/prep area; two-tops, three that are totally free standing with chairs in both sides and the other three that have a chair on one side and a shared bench along the wall. I noticed that in the high tops they have a purse/bag holder under the table so you can hang your bag, which is something I rarely see at restaurants for some reason. My bacon egg and cheese bagel was just ok. The bacon was barely cooked in my opinion; very fatty still and unappetizing. So I took it all off and that was probably the most expensive element of the sandwich. It's always a gamble ordering something with bacon and this time it did not pay off. They grill them with a panini press or something which isn't something I be come across for bagel sandwiches but works well. I also got a masala chai latte which was pretty good, and ordered a spiced maple latte for someone else and apparently that was really good. Their jalapeño pineapple margarita sounded good. I like that they have adult drinks as well as coffee and whatnot; seems like there should be more places that are coffee shops by day and wine bars by night. They take all forms of payment including ApplePay, Google wallet, etc.

Beer and coffee in the same place, and you can come in the morning and get both even. It just unfortunately has limited hours so get here at breakfast or at lunch. Weston's is located across from the Jefferson Park station. Good place for commuters or anyone. There's not many other good places around it in the morning so come fuel up with booze, caffeine, or each of these. After coming for both the beer and coffee I have to say it's one of my favorites around here. It's only open for breakfast and lunch. The drinks are the main thing but there's some eats though. Has only a few beers on tap, all local crafts. It's about $6 a pint. Coffee menu is a little bigger. The Chagaccino was the one specialty. It's $5, not bad for local coffee. This was cacao, chaga, cinnamon, monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla. Has a few non dairy milks including oat. The food menu includes Avocado Toast. It's $9 for a couple pieces. The toppings make up most of it though. Good flavor and filling. There's arugula, avocado, black pepper, olive oil, and sea salt. Simple yet awesome. The rest of the menu includes pastries and breads. Has a good menu and a good ambiance. It only has a few tables but it's not usually busy so there's mostly plenty of room. This place is located across from the Jefferson Park station, making it convenient to get a buzz on alcohol, caffeine, and whatever.

Great coffee, food, and atmosphere. Stayed nearby and came here every morning for a caffeine fix. Their summer specials are all amazing: Weston latte (mocha & hazelnut), Strawberry matcha Love their breakfast wraps and sandwiches. Im convinced there isn't a bad item on their menu.

Friendly staff in a great location right by the CTA. The inside is full of what looks like local art and there's a cool outdoor area with a pretty Jefferson Park mural and seating alongside the cafe. They serve Metropolis coffee. I got a vanilla cold brew with cream (perfectly sweet) and the veggie bagel sandwich which was light yet filling. And who doesn't love a side of chips?

    Small Christmas Cookie Cappuccino

Weston's is a cute spot on Milwaukee right across the street from the Jefferson Park transportation center. Their branding on their awning is honestly what caught my eye as I was driving by one day. I finally got in on my lunch break today for a drink. There were two very friendly staff, several tables of customers, and a few standing customers waiting to order or waiting for their order. The space isn't large but didn't seem crowded. I would definitely bring my laptop and work here any day. The staff were taking orders and making those orders and kept the line running smoothly. I ordered a small Christmas cookie cappuccino from the winter menu. The woman that rang me up and made my drink was so friendly and charismatic, I didn't catch her name but her hair was in braids on 12/13, and her customer service alone would bring me back here. Both staff seemed to know the regulars and engaged in conversation that was really welcoming. At drink hand off, my new favorite barista with the braids said she REALLY hoped I loved my drink, and it was the warmest wish I've ever been given and she seemed so happy to have made it. Notably, my cappuccino was delicious and I hope she knows I really DID love it. The espresso was smooth, not bitter, the cookie butter was perfectly decadent. Don't sleep on their winter menu items! I can't wait to become a regular at Weston's! Thank you for a great coffee break.

First time, won't be our last, really nice little local spot. Great toast variety to nibble on and they use Metropolis coffee which is nice. Friendly and cheerful staff which serves up your order fast and with a smile. Love it.

wonderful small cafe in jefferson park. swung by from some coffee before catching the blue line to the city. awesome place and extremely nice staff. clean and a great atmosphere. all you really want out of a small cafe. may be the go to spot when taking the metra inbound to chicago.

Wonderful coffeeshop I stumbled upon not too far outside downtown. The ambience was so great that I decided to stay for couple hours and get some work done rather than just grab my coffee to go as I'd initially planned. They use metropolis coffee beans- one of my favorite roasters in Chi. My latte was phenomenal with house made lavender syrup, honey, sea salt, and oat milk. The veggie sub was fine, just didn't stand out, but a good amount of food for the price. They have ample seating, free wi-fi, and a bar with a few solid beers on tap. I would definitely come back, maybe on a day to check out the Jefferson Park farmer's market and explore the neighborhood.

All the coffee drinks I ordered via Grubhub.

Une Annee is one of the reasons to go to this pretty boring looking suburb. Hit up the bar for some cold ones plus on site made food. The prices aren't bad for craft beers and kitchens. A pretty impressive looking building. It's big and can fit hundreds. This is like a massive garage with a bar and a kitchen. First though it's a brewery. It's about $6 a pint. The one I liked the most was the Twist Of Wit. It's a wheat beer with Cara Cara oranges, coriander, and Meyer lemon. Tasted fruity but not too much. Also we got some food, which was actually good for a brewery. Vegan options are limited but there's a few. It's $6 for the Veggie Chili. This is vegan without the sour cream sauce. Also there's barbecue. There's pork belly and that kind of stuff. Beers are the best things to get here. It also has food from an on site kitchen. There's meaty options like pork and there's chili for vegetarians.

We had been to Rabbits Bar and Grill (located on Foster near Elston) before with friends, and we were looking to revisit for lunch and a beer. We arrived around 1:30 PM to a practically deserted place, though a trickle of peeps eventually found their way there. Rabbits has an outdoor patio and indoor tables, but we chose to belly up to the bar. The woman behind the bar was a one-woman-band during our visit, serving our drinks and ice water, and taking care of our food orders. Our food took a few minutes to prepare on the grill, but it was worth the wait. I ordered the Texas Burger and it was enormous, messy and satisfying with bacon, cheese, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and BBQ sauce. The burger comes with fries or tots, and I went with tots that were perfectly crunchy. Many items on the menu come with fries or tots, or you can get either side for a measly $1 upcharge if you order a beef sandwich. Overall, the pricing of the food seems very reasonable, as the most expensive item is the Texas Burger ($10.45). My love enjoyed her mini fish sandwiches, an order of two cod sliders and a side of fries. Previously I have enjoyed the Joe's beef and onion, which is sort of like a Philly cheesesteak with grilled onions, sweet peppers and cheese on garlic bread. They have an extensive beer list with interesting craft beers. I tried The Claddagh Irish Stout by Phase Three Brewing, and if you are into trying a beer you've never heard of before, you might just be in luck here at Rabbits.
