Family decided to stop by here and treat my stepfather for breakfast on Father's Day 6/21/26. A party of six, we arrived early enough to avoid the big crowds that I was sure would be showing up soon. Everything was nice, the decor, ambience, seating and plenty of wait staff. We ordered a variety of breakfast items; all was nicely prepared and presented. My issue was the overcooked hashbrowns. One degree from being burnt. All of the egg plates had the same sorry over done hashbrowns. Noticed that other plate servings passing our table were the same. I just don't understand how the kitchen can let that be served. These breakfast dishes are now usually priced anywhere from $14 to $20 dollars. Depending on what one has ordered. I would expect some type of quality control to be done in the kitchen before this is put on someone's plate. Would I return, yes. But I will definitely caution my server that if I receive overcooked hashbrowns, I will return my order and reorder something else. And then, not return to that particular establishment again. Such a shame that something as simple as improperly cooked hash browns could ruin my breakfast experience. read more

When this place first opened, we came every weekend! The food was great! The place itself great! The people were great! Last few times we've been has been so disappointing. Today I went with my daughter and we got the steak skillet, it had no flavor, so bland! The pancake felt like we were eating plastic! This will be our last time going. Food 4/5: order the chicken and waffles and strawberry crêpe. The strawberry crêpe was pretty good. I thought the crêpes were a little bit too thick. It could've been thinner. The waffles were good. The chicken was nice and juicy The jalapeño syrup was pretty good. However, it was lacking a crunch. The bacon in addition to the waffle batter is very smart! However, I do think that the taste of the waffle should be altered. Just mildly in order to accommodate the flavors of the bacon. Like adding scallions and cheese into the waffle or adding less sugar to the batter. Service 5/5: service was quick and efficient. Servers were funny, and the hostess were awesome! I'm mind blown. The BEST breakfast experi-EGGS ence I have EVER had! First off, the entire staff is all gorgeous Latinos - sold. The ambiance is GORGEOUS. Very spacious with multiple tables, booths and outside patio. Located right in between Culvers and Binnys along Irving Park Rd, there is a parking lot behind the Main Street. The food was excellent. The music was awesome. I was definitely dancing in my booth between the two. Service was relatively attentive. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's a very extensive menu. Everything is delicious. I actually am a big fan of their breakfast sandwiches, especially the one with the chives and siracha. Food was mediocre at best. If it were served actually warm. Drinks were ok. Water was never refilled, until it was asked for. After the server letting the manager know of the food being cold, he took over 25 minutes to arrive. He was standing around most of the time. Didn't interact with tables or did any table touching as that's essential in hospitality. Service was bad. My rating is a 3.5 but ill just round up. So I've been to the Park Ridge location but was happy to hear there was a new location near my house. The overall presentation was beautiful but the flavor was really lacking. I had to add alot of salt and Cholula hot sauce to make my meal taste better. My boyfriend ordered a skillet and he agreed with me that the flavor was lacking. They did a very good job with the poached eggs! Tres leches french toast: I would give this dish a 2-3 to be honest. I was most excited to try this but was so disappointed. Even the waiters mentioned it's one of their popular dishes. When I think of tres leches, I was expecting the french toast to be moist. It was honestly pretty dry, I had to drench it in maple syrup. It's topped with fruits which made it somewhat refreshing. This place just opened so it has plenty of time to improve. Stopped into Eggsperience with my family for a Mother's Day brunch and it was surprisingly good. The place looks very modern and spacious with cool decor scattered around. This place has a really cool space and giant menu but they also had a ton of staffers not wearing masks when I was there. I'll definitely wait until after the pandemic ends before I go back. Most of the staff didn't have their masks on right, from the hostess who greeted us and the manager, plus others. One waitress was completely maskless our entire visit. I'm just now noticing other reviews that mention this but they're pretty buried in the default sort so I didn't see them initially. Food wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I had scrambled eggs that came out cold but the side of potatoes was hot and tasty. Had Chicken and waffles this morning not good, compared to previous times. During a previous occasion when I had them the chicken was tender and juicy with a small side of the jalapeño syrup. This the chicken was dry and hard and had a little bit of the jalapeño syrup on the bottom. It did come with many waffles and a lot of maple syrup on the side the previous time when the chicken was really good and tender I believe there was only one or two waffles, but there was a side of the jalapeño syrup that I did not get this time I did not want all of the waffles. Went on a Monday, street meter parking is available in the front. Upon walking up to the restaurant we noticed a window signed that stated free parking in the back. There is a patio on the back, which we would have loved to advantage of, but for some reason there were no chairs out(I didn't bother to ask why). We were seated immediately upon entering at a booth. I ordered the French Toast, and to my surprise it didn't come with any extras, so I just ordered ham off the bone as an addition. I really liked their strawberry-orange juice. My friend ordered a mimosa, said it was pretty strong. They were good with just one. Once this baby pops, I'll definitely be back to try some of their options. I love that is located not far from me.
