The job I hired WESTSIDE services for was to fix a hole in my wall. He was on time and finished very quickly. He took so much pride in his work it was humbling. I decided to have him do my corking in the bathroom, the last contractor messed up perfection, he installed LED mirror, hung wall paper, and most importantly he sanded my floor for a reasonable price and installed my new wooden floor, again perfection. Ramel takes pride in his work. If he makes a mistake he is not afraid to own up and do it again. I am a woman alone renovating my home and he was so helpful and supportive I could not ask for better and without him I would have not been able to get through it all. Rome helped my cabinet maker install a custom utility cabinet and shelves in the Master and Guest Bathrooms. This was a very difficult installation - the perfect alignment seen in these photos is a testament to Rome's excellent and careful work. The shelves were particularly challenging - the back width was shorter than the front width, and the front width varied at different heights with the result that there were noticeably large and uneven spaces on the sides when the shelving unit was inserted into the space. My cabinet maker came up with a solution that Rome implemented. Rome did a splendid job - see the photos! He also cleaned up the area really well and touched up the baseboards so that these shelves and cabinet look like they have always been there. First, let me state what a great guy Rome is. Very respectful and hard working. Rome has done 2 jobs for me so far. The first was the refinishing of our kitchen cabinets. He meticulously prepped, sanded and helped paint them. Excellent job, we are very pleased with the outcome. The second job involved removing the tile flooring and cement backerboards in 3 rooms. He did the prep work for the flooring crew. Great job. With both projects he kept the mess and dust to a minimum, as much as he could. He works very clean and organized. I was so lucky to find Rome in short notice after some other contractor literally left in the middle of a job. I was a little nervous because I have had bad luck finding people online but I went for it. He simplified the process, asked all the right questions to give me a close estimate and finished the job in ONE DAY. He and his brother showed up clean (smelling good), on-time and left the place in better condition than he found it. He is smart, super efficient and HONEST. He exudes goodness. I called Rome for help with my A/C and I was anxious about it. He came to fix it promptly and in 15 minutes he changed out capacitor on the blower and it was running cold again.
