I have had several services here and all have been great! My latest treatment has been a series of peels called the BioRePeel and they have worked wonders for my skin! It has helped my dark spots fade and my pores smaller and overall my skin looks so much smoother. The nice thing about this peel is that it does all this without any downtime like you get with other peels. Jessica is the one who I had my appts with and she is excellent! This business is poorly run and has incompetent people working at the front desk. The stars people wrote here are the ones that have had a few positive experiences. Looks like people that visit place over a period of time start to see the poor service and poor communication on prices and services. The manager works remotely and when it's time to talk to someone to fix the problems no one is available, because they don't care about the business and will continue to lose and gain customers. Rio is unskilled and unprofessional and so is that lame receptionist that doesn't know how to talk to people. I'm filing a complaint with better business bureau. I went in with my friend to try out the "skinny shot" last week and loved WeVitalize. I was so impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful decor, clean rooms and the entire vibe. I ended up getting the vitamin d shot, b12 shot and the skinny shot. The nurse was so quick and gentle and I even felt great right afterwards (and I usually have a hard time with shots.) I will definitely be back for more and I will be back for infrared sauna sessions and to get some IV's as well. There was even a sweet grandma getting an IV treatment done while we were there and she loved it. It was so nice to feel pampered, especially after the last year. I have doing Botox for many years at DermFx and other clinics (including internationally) but since I needed something for the same day and excited by the good reviews, I went for this clinic near my house. I was sold a special and paid $310 for something that I thought I was buying 40 units (otherwise it's overpriced for only 30). In fact she tried to upsell me even more, but I never needed this amount of units, since I am barely turning 40 years old. I woke up the next morning with my left eye smaller than the other and it's been two weeks and the results are far from fair. I returned today for a follow up and I was told that I used 30 units instead of the 40 that I purchased, and since 30 units is a a half dosage, she couldn't do anything for me. I don't think she realized that I wasn't asking for free product. I just wanted to have that bump removed from my forehead since I didn't have it until two weeks ago. Not to mention that I was very scared when I saw my eyelid falling the other day. I am giving two stars because although they would treat you with kindness, she refused to address the problem and I had to hear that it was my foreheads problem instead. read more
