I've been here multiple times, and unfortunately the interaction is unpleasant every single visit. I came here for a bagel with no expectations while I was in the area, but holy shizz!!! The bagels are AMAZING!!! I got a cinnamon raisin bagel and the texture was absolute perfection with a great ratio of raisins. It was also very big for a bagel so I even got to share some with my husband. I will certainly come here for a bagel any time I'm in the area because it was seriously so good!!! It's hard to find a bagel with both a perfect outside and inside, but they nailed it. They have to deal with online orders, DoorDash etc and a packed store. It could take 15-20 minutes. My friend took me to this place she told me they have phenomenal bagels. In the afternoon that we had went, I was not blown away by it. You go to the counter and you place your order. Then you pay. Sometimes they bring the food to you and sometimes they're really fast and they give it to you as your paying. Their service is friendly enough. My friend ordered a Flagel with cheese and a scrambled egg in it. I ordered a everything bagel with light cream cheese and Nova Scotia lox. She said hers was good but I was not that crazy about my bagel. Perhaps it's because I'm from Brooklyn and I feel they have great bagels. Then again, I have gone to some great bagel stores in NJ. Perhaps it's just the day that I went in and with my particular bagel. I will try once more but for now I stand by my three stars. As everyone says, "I really did try to love it." Kim and her team made beautiful shiva platters of Lox, Bagels, Cheese, Sliced Vegetables, Egg Salad, Tuna Salad and Whitefish Salad, Assorted Cream Cheese, and desserts. I've been going to this Bagelry for about 8 years and have never rated it. They are very friendly here for the most part. Some of the help seem inept in their duties. I am sure they are mostly part time... the high school/college variety types. ( no offense ) they just seem lackluster. There bagels are awesome and their coffee is delicious. Recently their prices went up but they are still commensurate with other bagel. There are tables to have breakfast/lunch but there is no waitress service. I believe most sales are of the takeout variety. They also have Flagels. They are a large flat bagel, good for having sandwiches, an alternative to a hard roll. I've Been going here for 30 years and I love the bagels but the omelettes are dry and burnt. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness or lack there of. Please please please it's the same paint job for 20 years. Paint it, update it, bring it to this century. Clean the bathroom make it pretty. The walls are screaming for paint . Not your normal bagel review - we stopped in here on a day that their oven broke, no bagels and no rolls. We decided to stick it out though as they could still make wraps, paninis, and platters. We went with the tuna melt panini and the Wild West panini which was buffalo chicken, cheese, celery and wing sauce. The tuna melt was pretty average, tuna wasn't bad but wasn't the best I've had either. I was pleasantly surprised by the buffalo panini though! Be prepared there is a ton of wing sauce on it though so makes it really messy to eat. Would definitely come again to try the bagels, but can't give more than 3 stars without having them. read more

The few times I do order are late in the afternoon when it's very slow and I haven't had an issue. I returned after several months of not going. I received TERRIBLE service. I've eaten here a couple of times so far. The food is decent and the prices are ok. The people working seem friendly except for the older women. I'm not certain if they are the owners. I was going to confront them about the experience today, but they didn't seem to want to be bothered. So either or, today, I went in with Lil one and ordered food to stay. Simple order, flagel with egg and cheese and an egg and cheese on white bread for Lil one. Also, a muffin. Lil one got chocolate milk in a bottle. I asked one of the older women for a paper cup for the milk because Lil one likes to make it like it's coffee. The lady said she couldn't because the cups were too expensive to just give out, so she gave me a clear plastic one. Lil one didn't like that but went with it. Either or, at the end of the meal, I went back up to get a container for the half eaten muffin to take home. The older woman, again with an attitude, told me there's wax paper on top of the garbage. I asked to have a small to go container. She walked over to the garbage , pulled out a sheet of wax paper , handed it to me , and then turned her back to complete an order at the window to the kitchen. Completely unprofessional behavior. The bagel hole or lack thereof produces a tiny navel which I believe makes a greater bagel in the first place. No annoying oozing cream cheese leakage bite after bite.
