    Ceviche

Dockside eatery in a busy marina with standout seafood rolls. Delicious! We had the Casa del Mar fish roll (fresh mahi), fish tacos, and ceviche. Every bite tasted fresh and succulent, which is not always the case. The cashier/food runner was very welcoming and made the experience even more enjoyable. Good, fresh food for a reasonable price.

We stopped in because we were in the mood for some fish tacos. There are some parking spots out front. There was a super friendly young guy who worked here, I wish I got his name, but he was sweet and really provided great customer service and cared about ensuring our meal was good. We ordered a ceviche and an order of fish tacos. Both came with some tortilla chips. The ceviche was the best thing we got for sure, really thick pieces of fresh fish, freshly cut onion, some crunchy texture from the peruvian corn. All in all, delicious. The tacos were pretty good too and we enjoyed dipping them in the sauce leftover from the ceviche.

Absolutely fantastic lobster roll, packed with flavor! Bread was well toasted. Service was incredible and very fast. The restaurant is just off the highway and easy to access.

Crab roll and Cape Cod chips

Stopped by this place based on the reviews. And it did not disappoint! Six of us each tried different rolls and devoured them. Only problem was it was extremely hot outside and there's no indoor dining. My suggestion would be to add some fans. The gentleman behind the service counter was friendly and informative. Keep up the good work, Guys.

This was by far the best ceviche I have ever had outside of PERU! Great team and extremely helpful when it comes to making decisions for those second guessing options. I recommend the Shrimp roll, but next time I go I definitely want to try the lobster roll.

Whenever I travel, I'm always looking to Yelp to find these tucked away hidden gem places. This was a great little spot, nothing fancy for sure but very comfortable setting on a sort of water canal ( so water and boats to look at). Extremely friendly owner turning out some really good food. We had a crab cake roll that was very good... and a Main lobster roll. The roll was right on point, a New England style roll that was perfect. I was reluctant to get Main Lobster while in the Keys, but I had already had Florida Lobster several times on this trip ... so I did it. I'm from FL so I'm just gonna say this .... Main lobster may be better

Did someone say yummo ?! That food was what the clutch I was so hungry and we went kayaking before this at the place right next to it. The guy with the cowboy hat at the counter was quite friendly and the food was delish. We both got the fresh catch of the day fish rolls and they were awesome. The shrimp roll looked good as well side note. Overall great dining experience, sea breeze was hitting and the tables were nice.

You don't want to leave the keys without checking this place out. If you're a first timer; Alex walks you through the menu like a breeze. Tells you what's what and what's the catch of the day. After ordering, Alex walks the dishes over. I had the Market fish entree and my boyfriend had the LobsterRoll, we shared the "Ceviche Del Mar". And we both agreed this was one of the best meals in FL. I'm VERY picky about Ceviche and this was so fresh and delicious. The ceviche alone could've been a meal. The market fish entree was cooked in olive oil and salt; appropriately seasoned for a fresh catch. And my boyfriend was just speechless on his lobster. He was in lobster bliss. These place is like a little shake shack, sitting inside a strip mall/dock area. I definitely recommend coming here before leaving FL.

    Best lunch in Florida keys

This was by far the best meal we had in the Florida Keys. Most of the other restaurants we tried were unfortunately underwhelming--the food just didn't live up to the hype on social media or influencer reviews. I'm so glad we found this spot, thanks to its glowing Yelp reviews and convenient location right next to Paddle! Florida Keys, where we did a mangrove eco tour. We ordered the lobster roll, ceviche, and a side of fried calamari: Lobster Roll (M.P. $30 on the day we visited) Served on warm, buttery bread and packed with juicy, flavorful lobster meat. Way better than the ones in Key West, which used small, dry, broken pieces ( and claimed to be one of the top of the world's lobster roll) Ceviche ($17) Made with the fresh catch of the day. Zesty and incredibly fresh. Fried Calamari, Small Side ($8) Crispy, tender, and clearly just made. They also offer a nice selection of craft beers and sparkling drinks, including prosecco. The food came out quickly and everything tasted freshly prepared. We loved sitting on the deck by the ocean, with boats nearby and tarpons swimming right beneath us.

This restaurant was quaint outside dining right on the marina. The best lobster roll I have ever had $33. Fish tacos were amazing. Highly recommend this place. The owner was very informative. Great service.

Fresh mad ceviche, different seasoning from our usual and we loved it

Service was great (he even set expectations on the wait which was not long!) and gave good recommendations. We split a fish sandwich and the ceviche. We're light eaters, so this may not work for everyone! We sat outside on the water, drank a cold beer and enjoyed lunch.

Mangrove Snapper fish roll. Catch of the day
    Maria O.

Fresh local fish , never frozen. Fish was delicious. Had the catch of the day fish roll (Mangrove Snapper/ Gray Snapper) with potato chips. Service is good, you order at the counter, pay and they bring it to your table, then service is done. Tables out in the back on the water self seating. Tip to owner: you need to put a fan out there on the deck for a breeze and to keep the flies away.

In fact, if a boat goes by a little too fast, don't be surprised if you get a little splash--it just adds to the waterfront charm! I ordered the Ropa Vieja, and it was fantastic and a large portion. It was very flavorful, and tender. Overall, this was a great experience If you're looking for a cute spot for lunch or a casual dinner on the water with friendly service and delicious food, Restaurant on the Creek is definitely worth a visit.

We've tried quite a few dishes over the years, and my favorites are the loaded chicken wrap and the Cuban cheesesteak. Whatever you order, don't skip the fried plantains--they're the perfect side. I have tried the skirt steak before, and it just wasn't my favorite, but everything else we've ordered has been consistently good. You can choose to sit inside in the air conditioning or outside at one of the covered picnic tables. Since you're right on the dock, it's a great place to relax, watch the boats come and go, and enjoy the Keys atmosphere. I got sooo many recommendations to go here, I had to with my wife for our 24th Wedding Anniversary…read more I'm giving this place 5 stars overall even though I had 1 major disappointment-the miserable young woman hostess who made us feel like we were bothering her by wanting to go into the restaurant. No smile, No congeniality, Little eye contact, Did Not listen and I had to repeat myself. The reception we received would have made us turn around and go somewhere else, if I hadn't had so many recommendations. OK, now the reasons why I have given them 5 stars. We were quoted a 45 minute wait (about 7:30pm on Tuesday night) but luckily some bar stools opened up AS SOON as we walked in and so we sat at the bar (they offered their full menu), and Fernando, who was EXTREMELY busy, greeted us with a smile and very pleasant demeanor. He prepared our drinks, which were delicious. Right next to him and working the 'Service Bar' was the Manager on Duty: Lauren. She was very pleasant and engaged with us whenever she had the opportunity. She even helped us with menu suggestions, unfortunately, we spoke about one of their nightly specials, the Shrimp Piccata with Gnocchi, but they were sold out when we tried to order it with Fern. So we had a great experience at the bar, and here's the food review; -Fried Whole Yellowtail. Delicious! Presented like a picture and cooked perfectly! Loved the sauce, Pico, Jasmine Rice & Fried tostones. -Citrus/Beet Salad with Whipped Goat Cheese, Quinoa, Nuts, Arugula tossed in a light vinaigrette. All I can say: "Empty Plate Club"...DELICIOUS!! -Now the BEST plate: PEI Mussels. THIS WAS THE BEST PREPARATION OF MUSSELS-I HAVE EVER HAD! The mussels were fresh but the sauce was a "Mic Drop"!!! I split the mussel shell in half, and scooped the mussel shell into the AMAZING sauce and ate it like I was slurping a fresh oyster! After the mussels were finished I ate the rest of the sauce WITH A FORK!!! The sauce was delicious, thick, with garlic and hot spice. I attacked the plate and forgot to take a picture...sorry! We ended our meal with a tasty piece of delicious Key Lime Pie. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND RECOMMEND AND WILL COME BACK!!! Lauren, great job, the place ran clean, efficient and professional!
