I'm updating my review. We order from this location at least once a month if not more often, usually from DoorDash as they have the least fees. The pizzas are usually consistently good and are inexpensive. Their large can feed 3 people so it's not that big of a pizza. Today their pizza was off. We knew from the first bite it wasn't the same quality. I called and the manager made me another pizza and sent Jennifer to deliver it, even though they don't have a delivery person. It's World Cup and orders are so backed up and there 2 young ladies working their butts off. service is absolutely amazing and they are so nice constantly reminding customers for the late orders and making sure everything comes out as soon as possible. This is my go to pizza place. Javier, the manager is great and has always treated me well. The girls are always friendly and helpful too. However, last month I ordered my usual Supreme pizza. When I got home, the pizza was burned. I called back and Eric, the one in charge, said he would make a new one. I said cool, I'll be there in a few. Upon arriving, I showed the pizza to Eric. He said the pizza was "NOT BURNED". I said "it was" and that I've been coming to this place for years (when a large pepperoni pizza was $6.95). Pizza is my favorite food and I know when it's done right especially at this place. There were 2 more employees working there at the time and I asked the one wearing a beanie if this pizza was burned. He said "Yes, that's burned", then Eric got mad at him because he put the pizza box on the counter where they make the pizza and said it was unsanitary. As I was waiting, I noticed a lady picking up her order. I asked her to check her pizzas because mine was burned. Eric looked to be upset. The pizzas were how they normally come out and she thanked me. My pizza was done and Eric showed me the new pizza and it was done as it normally is. I said to him I didn't appreciate you telling me it was not burned to begin with. He got upset as there were a few more customers around and TOLD the other workers to help them. Eric told me "LEAVE". I told him Javier will hear about this. I didn't appreciate his attitude in the beginning and at the end. I was cool with getting a new pizza and I rarely complain but YOU lost a LONG TIME customer. I feel Eric should have not said anything but wanted to argue. I have included 2 pictures of the different pizzas with a time and date. I'm sure you can tell which one was burned. Javier, I hope you have a chance to review and coach Eric so that customers have a better experience. Highlight is the garlic cheese sticks, the sauce is amazing to dip-in, fresh and cool contrast to the hot bread, slightly sweet, the cheese glistens and is done well with garlic you can taste. Honestly these pizzas were super good. It was my first time ordering from them but it was the closest pizzeria next to my friends house so we took a risk. We got lucky cause they were bomb and especially the Hawaiian pizza I was shocked that it was that good. It satisfied my craving at the time so that's a plus. What a lotta whaa?! To be honest, I'm pretty burned out from all the same old pizza in the area so I was pretty stoked to find something new. The store is located in a small shopping plaza on Memory Lane and Bristol St., next door to Planet Fitness and has plenty of parking in the area. We ordered a large deluxe pizza ($15) for pick up and was ready in 20 mins. The pizza was pretty good. On par with Pizza Hut and a step up from Domino's in my opinion. Toppings were fresh, piled high and good cheese:sauce ratio. I think I'll get the pastrami pizza next since I've been hearing good things about it. I'm pretty impressed with Whata Lotta Pizza and looking forward to my next visit. I would definitely recommend to those who haven't them yet. read more
