One of my favorite places to get pizza even though they changed ownership it's still the same quality and service. Matthew came in with a clutch and great service with fast Pizza prep. Didn't hesitate to take my order over the phone and had it ready by the time I got to the shop within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend whether it's a slow day or a game night. These guys are on top of their pizza prep and orders. Shop is always maintain, clean and presentable for all customers and visitors. Environment is welcoming. The ambience is nice. It's a little neighborhood pizza to-go place. Parking is hard to find here. Pepperoni and cheese pizzas for $6. The pizza taste really good. They use a decent amount of cheese. They gave me burned wings so I came back to return them and they said they weren't burned the lady Lorena who's been there forever didn't even bother giving me a word and she know dam well they were burn and the guy was arguing with me that they weren't burned and decided to argue like a women. AFTER YELPING THEM While waiting for the wings to be replace employee hands over the phone to me and tells that the owner wanted to talk to me I answer and some guy name Dan tells me to remove the yelp or he was NOT going to replace the wings or give me the money back ... The food is delicious HOWEVER every time I order online and my husband goes picks it up they always give him a hard time with the order # and name . HE CLEARLY IS saying the name of the order that Was placed online ( yelp) they ask for order# he even provides the confirmation from yelp and they still want THE DAMN NAME after the name is given they want to see email confirmation ... weird how other customers don't get this type of service only him .. is it maybe cuz he's not Hispanic . I had to give four stars, 3 for the delicious pizza, and 1 for the HORRIBLE customer service. The tall cashier needs to ease up and fix her tone, body language, and just her whole persona when it comes to customer service. It also looks to me that maybe she's that way cause they're short staffed, maybe? Idk. But it's not the customers fault, so if you're the girl behind the counter today, I hope your day gets better. There's plenty of work in other places where you DONT have to deal with customers who will lose their appetite due to your bad body language. read more

Reasonable prices for pizza. I don't think it is better than Little Caesars though. The quality of the pizza was fine, and the wings were okay. If you do order breadsticks, you get a lot. However, they were kind of soggy. I don't think I would go out of my way to come here again, but if you are in the area, then check this place out. read more

This review is written solely upon the expertise service I received last night. I called at 7:30pm 2/10/18 Sunday evening for an advanced large pepperoni carry-out order ready by 8:30pm. I ran a little late due the rainfall and arrived at 8:55 (5 minutes before closing) hoping that they'd still keep my pizza on the warmer. As soon as I found a parking spot (parking is VERY LIMITED) I ran in and watched my large pepperoni pizza being given to the gentleman in-front of me. The cashier was surprised that I came thinking I wouldn't. She sincerely apologized with a smile and told me it'd be ready in 6 minutes. I didn't mind waiting at all because I can tell everyone in the kitchen was ready to pack up & go home. The floors were freshly mopped, chairs were already stacked high making the waiting area awkward standing there facing the kitchen. The cashier then comes out from her post and grabs the chair from the high pile and invited me to sit as she turns off the "open sign". I felt like I was at home... comfortable. Once the pizza was finished the lady chef was kind enough to ask if I'd like any napkins or condiments (all of this was said in Spanish) even though her shift was over. Trio has gained a loyal customer for as long as I'm still in the neighborhood. The seasoning and crust is always perfect + HOT! You've gained a special spot in my heart, trio! read more

The pizza is great I only gave a 4 because they don't take any Hawaiian or special orders after certain time. Don't get me wrong but aren't restaurants supposed to serve till they close.
