Came here for my first time, and probably my last. I can't believe this place has been "compared" to In & Out, because they're not even close to being on their level. Burgers were basic, and not much different than a typical fast food joint. The water tasted like dirt, which also made the fresh brewed iced tea taste bad. Slowest service for a drive through I've been in yet. Ordered our food at 4:45 pm, there were only two vehicles in front of us. We didn't get our food until 25 minutes later. I'm from IL so I tried Whataburger. What a waste of money. It tasted like cooked, unseasoned meat. The chocolate mint milkshake was terrible. Idk how you can ruin a milkshake but they found a way. You ever buy two Honey bbq chicken sandwiches for your girlfriend and not get the Texas toast. Then she goes crazy and breaks up with you all over food. Packs her shit and leaves then throws a sandwich at you and when you try to calm her down the neighbors call the police and you're just sitting here so confused and mad you wasted your money for a fight. In addition you had to wait about ten minutes while five people got their order before you and you thought they were making it fresh but then they were probably scrambling to find bread. about a year and a half ago i lived not far from this location, i never had issues or problems with my order. ever. no matter if i came at 2pm or 2am. here i am visiting this location, on vacation. multiple cars behind us have gotten their food before us and we order 2 of the most simple items on the menu. and still have yet to receive our food. i don't know what to is new management is, but hopefully everyone has had a better experience than us! read more

Horrible flies everywhere in the dining area. Cashier is horrible and rude. Horrible night crew. I ordered number 11. Once I got home the chicken was awful the presentation it self was disgusting, even though they gave me the wrong drink . The lettuce was old and dried out. This location is HORRIBLE. This should not be considered fast food. We did the drive through and post ordering (2 burgers and 2 fries) it took 15 minutes to get our food. There was only 1 person in front of us. When we finally got our food I asked the lady if it normally takes this long and her response was "Nope, it's my fault. That's why I brought your food." Their chicken is so good it makes my mouth water thinking about it! My family loves their burgers. Their wait times tend to be long but then again they are busy a lot. The employees are nice. Sometimes it doesn't seem like they have a very good system to push out orders super quickly and their parking lot gets packed and a little bit chaotic. First visit to this location (not first time), I witnessed staff mopping the floor, not putting a caution sign out, customer slipped and fell hard and manager did nothing. Did not check to see if customer was alright, offer free food, or coupons for future visit. This should have been a sign for me. Second visit my family and I were served burgers on burnt buns, but the food was cold, cheese was not melted. The same manager stood by and saw how the food was being prepared and served. I said, this is not my order and staff said "Yes it is". I think staff was laughing when our food was served. They knew what they were doing. We will NEVER eat at this location again and I warn anyone eating at this location to check your food carefully and get your money back right away or the manager may make an issue out of the situation. Very impressed, one of the cleanest locations and friendly staff, got the sweet and spicy Whataburger and it came out delicious, perfect melted cheese warm bun. Solid 3 stars. My Texas friends had been telling me about Whataburger for quite a few years. Imagine my surprise when we were driving back to Vegas from Tucson and ran into a Whataburger! Even though it was barely 10am we had to try a burger here. We got a double burger and found out it doesn't come with cheese! If you add cheese, they add $0.50 per patty, so for a double, it was and extra $1. But the total came out to $6.10 (with tax) so it was a $5.75 burger for a double with cheese. Closest I could compare it with is Farmer Boys if you're familiar. It was much more juicy and hotter than FB. Cannot compare it with In N Out since the price point is totally different. In reality, it was a Del Taco Double Del Burger on STEROIDS. The spicy ketchup gave it a bit of edge. Didn't get a chance to try their fries though, however, we asked for two cups of ice water (for our dogs for our long road trip) and they gave us two large size cups with ice cold agua. read more
