This is one of the worst Whataburgers. They are constantly messing up orders, forgetting items, not cooking the food well/giving cold food. Food is always fresh and tasty. If going through the drive thru, be prepared to pull up and wait a while for your order- regardless how big or small. Then again, that's what happens when they are making it fresh! The few times I have been in the dining area it has been clean and orderly. read more

This is the last time I will go to this location. I've had my ordered messed up numerous times, but this time did it. I ordered a meal for my girlfriend and I. Once to the window to pay and receive my food, I ask for ketchup. The employee rolled her eyes and said she already put it in the bag. We look and there is 2 ketchup packs. I ordered 2 meals and a breakfast sandwich. When she passed me the ketchup, she gave me another weird look and rolled her eyes again. Get home and my order is again messed up. No straws. Ordered and paid for lg, received small fries. Asked for cheese, received no cheese. I will drive the extra miles to go to a different whataburger in the future. read more

I waited in line for 15 minutes for a Whataburger junior cheese and mustard only, small fry and an apple pie. Had to call and see when the food was coming out after seeing all the cars coming and going after 10 min. Finally get the food and the burger is cold and salty and the fries where not cooked all the way and cold. Waiting that long I should have had fresh hot food. It's really sad that I live so close to this location. Because I love the convenience but omg I ordered a mobile order to pick up in drive thru. I had my elderly dog with me and we thought it would just be a quick trip to pick up the food. It took over 20 mins waiting in the line, my dog was getting upset and antsy. My family and I stopped here on our way out of town. They dining room was clean and the servers were very friendly. There was no unsweetened tea out so they offered to get me some from the back. My burger wasn't made correctly and they were very quick to fix it. The staff works very hard and are very attentive. I love this Whataburger location. read more

This may be the worst managed Whataburger I have ever been to. There was arguing between manager and employee, mass confusion with orders, and wrong orders all together. A soccer team with 7 people did just order, but it seemed very unorganized when they had all ordered. The food came out fine for me, but I saw lots of people getting the wrong order. Okay, the place is new and must still be learning and some one in the kitchen needs more training and so does the manage on duty at this time, 6pm, Saturday July 3rd 2016. Burnt onion rings, bitter taste, and greasy. Manage tried to do good on the order second time around, but I am sad to say, it was just as bad the second time.
