I LOVE me some Whataburger and this location upholds my relationship with them as well or better than ANY location! My ratings: SERVICE: This location is always quick (for a Whataburger). Keep in mind, Everything is served fresh, meaning nothing is cooked until you order. This makes Whataburger appear to be slow, or at least slower than other fast food establishments, but trust me, it is worth the wait! Also in the service category is friendliness of the staff. These folks are 5-Star all the way in friendliness! CLEANLINESS: This is a biggie for me. This location is always clean. Food: Always fresh and hot and tasty! .y breakfast go-to is the Potato, Egg, and Cheese Taquito, and it is always really good here. Everytime I go to the Whataburger, the wait times are too long. This this visit, they got my 6 year old son's order wrong. I asked for a plain burger, meat, cheese, and bread only. When I finally Received the order, it had pickles on it. Because 6 year old tend to not eat something if they can taste ( or they see) anything different. He could have an allergy for all they know. I asked them to remake the sandwich. The worker took the pickles off, and rewrapped the sandwich in new paper. I opened it, and could see where the pickle was removed. It even smelled like pickles. I stop here about once a month on the way home from work. Just have to get that What-a-burger made My Way. Food is always greasy & delicious..friendly staff very helpful. Clean atmosphere and place to chill and enjoy a good meal. If you're hungry for a good burger your way, then plug this in the gps and get here fast as you can. Im so disappointed in these pancakes! I have been to many across Texas and Louisiana for the last 10 years and was looking forward to two large and thick pancakes. Instead I was given my mini McDonald like pancakes sideways and folded, and told to have a nice day. Too late. I'm so annoyed. When I enjoy something, I'm loyal to it. They are sloooooow. I got here 30 mins ago and made a GrubHub order. It's just 2 adult meals and 3 kids meal. Poor guy at the register struggled putting the order into the register. I asked Carmen, his manager, to help him. She tried to scurry off and finish her tasks at the drive thru. I had to make a fuss to encourage her to continue helping her junior employee. Let me begin by saying that I LOVE whataburger, I just don't care for this location. I was going to a doctors appointment and decided to grab something to eat as I knew I was going to be there for a while. My appointment was at 11:15 and it was 10:30, plenty of time I told myself - WRONG!!! I waited over 10 minutes just to get to the speaker and then when I went to place my order they kept repeating my order wrong so I already knew this wasn't good. I got up to the window and told the man I had a reward I wanted to use and gave him my phone and then my credit card. When I got my receipt back I saw that I was charged for my reward item. So I tell him this and he looks at me funny. The manager is called and the first thing he says is "did she tell you she had a reward?" Well of course he says "no" - so now they are standing there trying to figure out what to do. I tell him that my reward is about to expire so there was no use it another day and then they look all panicked. So the guy asked me "do you want your money back?" - yes, yes I do! So that's another ordeal. Finally get headed to my appointment (late) and when I open the taquito, it's WRONG!!! So needless to say all that drama for something I didn't even eat (which I would have been pissed off had I paid for it). The biscuit and gravy was salty, the hash brown sticks were greasy and soggy (like they had been sitting for awhile) and we won't even talk about customer service, accuracy or taste. We had to try this chain while in Texas. It was pretty good, huge sandwiches. Loved the onion rings wasn't oily and so crunchy. The milkshake was good I was surprised. You only get mustard on your burger so u have to ask for a sub like ketshup or mayo. They gave us extra sauces per request for the onion rings. read more

I just got back from there and 1. was told I couldn't add lettuce to a burger that i've had lettuce with before 2. asked what drink I wanted with my meal and then when I got to the window they didn't have it available (Coke) and I also asked for a large Dr. Pepper and didn't have Dr. Pepper neither. Saturday May 28th around 2:45 AM. I have to give this location and the workers a huge big up for their above and beyond effort. The drive through moved fast. The fries were PERFECT, none were burned (how often does that happen, seriously.) The patty melt was excellent (if you haven't had a Whataburger patty melt I'm sorry.) And the tea was fresh and delicious. Thank you all for your hard work, it really makes a huge amount of difference between just good and off the charts amazingly good when you have a perfect whataburger experience like this.
