The last time I had been to whataburger I was extremely disappointed, having bought a chicken sandwich meal only to go to work and find out it was raw on the inside, since then I was wary of eating from the fast food chain. Today right before work I try it again just once, it turns out whataburger hired a completely new staff? They were amazing, Ariana the cashier woman helped me with my order, she seemed in a rush so I made the order simple, a number two and an extra order of a large fry because I was sharing with someone else. As soon as I paid they handed me a cup which I loved, since last time I ordered they had waited until my food was prepared for me before they gave me a cup. The place was packed and seemed friendlier this time. My food was done within 7 minutes after I had ordered, and I left satisfied. Definitely better than my last visit and completely worth the drive for it being a such a cheap order. read more

Had a terrific experience! My first time at Whataburger, the manager was beyond accommodating and friendly! She made recommendations on how to customize the sandwich- I got the jalapeño cheese burger; customized with grilled onions and jalapeños ! She let us sample several of the sauces, creamy pepper, jalapeño ranch, honey BBQ, and even what-a-sauce, which we dipped of fresh hot fries in. The sweet tea was on point! ive gotten 3 different interviews from whataburger ALL 3 times i was told, "we would love to have you" and they would tell me things like, "i'll let you know when you can start." and also say things like, "we are Very short on people so we would definitely like you to be here" and ALL 3 times i called them and say, "we are maxed out on people at the moment." and Hang up. Drive thru Ms. Karman M was in a serious hurry. My boyfriend ordered and she told him the total before he started on what I wanted? No one was behind us? Why rush? Then we pay and she asks what sauce, he says regular ketchup. She hands us our drinks. She makes 6 other drinks. The food takes forever to come out (10mins), then she says "here y'all go" ....... where's the "sorry for the wait" and she forgot ketchup and napkins lol ok. Horrible experience! I ordered online at 11:24 am and was told between 11:36-11:38am they would bring it out curbside. I checked in and waited until 11:43am. I went inside and told them I had ordered online and she handed me my drinks that were ready and printed a long receipt and stated it would be a minute. I watched everyone after me place an order and receive it while I stood waiting. Finally a manager asked me my order number and when I told her the information she said oh sorry no one said you were here. I told her I checked in online and came inside and told them I was here. After 40 minutes from the time I placed my order, I finally received my two burgers and two fries and she said she was sorry. read more

I've been here at least 30 times, it the past it has been spot on. The last 3 times I've been has been at night and they have taken forever to give me an incomplete cold order. All 3 times I've gone back to get no "I'm sorry" but here you go ( the correction of the order and two cold nasty apple pies ) as if that makes up for me having to turn around and go back into the store. Came to this Whataburger driving from Dallas and it was a great lunch spot. We came a little bit after noon, but place was not too crowded and there was no line. The staff and manager were extremely nice and funny. The food only took a couple minutes and it was ready! They even came out with there condiment tray with a nice smile. I got the jalapeño and cheese burger and it was pretty delicious. The tea and fries were also pretty yummy. Defiantly worth the $7-8 that I paid for it. My coworkers also enjoyed their burgers. Will definitely stop by here more often when I travel between Dallas and Northwest Arkansas. read more

good food and everything but the person giving us our food started to give us the wrong order and gave us drinks but we just got the food, no drink. the person getting handed the food was in the back seat (the window in the front seat doesn't roll down) they didn't realize we didn't order drinks so they took them. after that they came back to give us the food but it was a different lady and she got an attitude with the person in the back (that was getting the items) it wasn't his fault, it was the workers in my opinion. just feel like they could have better attitudes when working with other people. read more

Do not go here after the bar lets out on Friday or Saturday night. We were behind 4 cars in the drive thru Saturday night (11-17-18). We were in line for 39 minutes. Once you get in the line you can not get out, because of the concrete curb. This was the worst experience ever. Tasty, onion rings were superb to burger kings. Chicken strips were finger lickin good. The tea was sippin fantastic. The strawberry Fanta was one in a million. Driving from Dallas to Tulsa, decided to stop at this Whataburger. What a mistake. #1-drive through was really slow, we sat there for about 8 minutes just for a number 1 meal and junior with cheese! #2-once in the road again we pulled out the fries that were only slightly warm, regular burger that was COLD. Bun, cheese, burger - all cold. Very weird for Whataburger! The junior bun was cold, not placed on the grill! At least the meat was WARM but not hot. Very disappointed Worst Whataburger ever. By far the best Whataburger I've ever been to. All staff were friendly and just put you in a good mood to be eating there. The manager was up working and even assisted a mom in getting a hi-chair for her daughter. The restaurant was very clean and the food was hot and great. If you are on a roadtrip like we were stop here for a quick lunch. read more

Drive thru is on the slow side.. especially during breakfast and lunch. Be prepared to wait 10 plus minutes during these times.

Whataburger has good food and good service inside. Every person I've inquired at the drive thru had dirty hands (you can literally see) and those that work very late/early 2am drive thru are not well composed an need to be drug tested. read more
