You can customize your order without any problems, you can even get a wheat bun for your hamburger. If you think you're man (or woman) enough, try a triple meat, triple cheese Whataburger. my husband and I usually don't come to this location. but we did and we regretted it! the first issue was that when we got our food the fries tasted like they have been sitting out for awhile the onion rings we got were super burnt looked like the grease they were usually was dirty, so my husband took it back for them to get us some fresh ones... once the kid came back with our stuff he threw them on the table, the fries fells out of the box and so did the onion rings... immediately I looked up and I saw he had an attitude so I went to go talk to the manager about the employees attitude. the rest of the kids that worked there were talking a bunch a stuff with using ugly language not caring that customers are around. im not saying I will never come back but they just need to fix the attitude in that building read more

Dirty. Had soda spilled all over the floor and nobody cleaned it for almost 30 minutes they just put a sign up. No tables clean had to clean one myself. read more

Took 30 minutes to get my food in dive thru, gave me a soaking wet bag that was broken, didn't want to help fix the situation until I got out of my car, then the order was wrong AND COLD FOOD!!! Never again. RIP Whataburger. read more

Not much to say. For the price and being a fast food chain. It's a good burger. And the rumors are true. Their ketchup is addictive. I plan on eating there again when I bump into one during my travels. Edited down to 3 stars from 4. I did not know this was that large of a chain. (700+ locations) After finding this out I had to change it. I cannot bring myself to 4 or 5 star large chains unless it is truly extraordinary circumstances. read more

Messed up order 2 times in one weekend . Made us park and wait , asked us three times what the order was and STILL messed up the order .

Good burger. Not great. The hamburger patty was delicious! The bun needed to be warm- toasted would be even better. The French fries tasted a lot like McDonalds. Salted Caramel Shake was average. I actually prefer In n Out. read more

What can I say that you don't already know. We came to El Paso for a concert. Normally we don't eat chain restaurants however, we tired to eat at two different local shops (the pizza joint) and had the worst customer service. This whataburger is right down the street from our hotel. They were fast, friendly and efficient. The food was exactly the same as in ABQ so they are consistent which is always nice. I had the matty melt and I added green chilie, being from New Mexico it is always awesome when you can add green chilie to your burger. My spouse got the regular burger and also added green chilie. All in all we were just happy to have a meal such late at night. Thank you whataburger for feeding us. read more

IMy fav fast food burger joint. They had one with jalapeno sauce all over the top they were advertising a little bit ago. Now THAT was a good burger! I regretted it the next morning though. I'm kind of glad they don't show a picture of it on the board any more so I'm not tempted. Their new steak sauce burger is really good and satisfies the late night burger craving just fine. They don't have Whataburger in the Eastern US, so this was a nice thing to discover here. read more

The wheels fell off of this new bus quickly. Went in on Sunday afternoon, about 3pm. The dining room was crowded but there were a lot of people sitting around not eating. Got in line behind two others. First guy said he couldn't wait any longer and wanted his money back. Second guy said he never got some of his order and wanted his money back. That should have tipped me off. Placed my order and went to get tea. All of the dispensers were empty, so I had to ask one of the employees to get some from the back. Sat down and waited. And waited. About 35 minutes later, I got my food. The burger was terrible. The meat was dry, the bun was dry and had mustard smeared on the outside. All the veg was piled in the middle, not spread out. And the burger was cold. Everyone around me was having the same luck. I don't know what happened but if they were having a problem, the manager should have called for some help. Every Sunday morning my mom has to have her Whataburger. She enjoys it with jalapenos, extra tomatoes, cheese and with a little salt that she adds. I find these to be one of the best burgers to get if you come to El Paso, I would recommend having a burger here, if you don't like it, then that is your opinion, and we all have different tastes.
