One thing we always heard about was whataburger but i gotta say whatadisappointment. First starting at the ordering window, we pull up and i tell the man at the window "hey give me one minute". As for the food it was average ighht, It really wasn't all that matter a fact my stomachs over here doing backflips right now as I'm typing this review the day after. Can you say Crap? Over priced pre made thin ass burgers that arent good at all! The only thing worth while is their shakes. The restaurant smells like a men's locker room, and my arm pits when I finish a hard day at work. Wish I could give this Whataburger restaurant 0 stars and still type a review. My experience yesterday was awful. I left my debit card at home, but I had the card information on my phone. I even had my id info as well. I asked the cashier if I could use my debit card picture on my phone and she told me that they are not aloud to do that which is quite understandable. I let it slide. I told the cashier that I will come back for my debit card. I pulled up to the drive thru and they threw my food in the trash while I went back to get my card. I simply told her I was coming back for my card and they think that I wasn't going to come back and so they threw away my order?? Everyone looked so stressed out when I came back. It's their fault they threw my food in the trash and had to make me another order. I will not be coming back to this Whataburger because you guys are unprofessional. read more

We were very happy to eat a Whataburger, fries and shake. Everything was just delicious. The bun was soft and fresh, the fries crispy, the burger tasty and the shake creamy. We don't get a chance very often to visit a Whataburger so it is always a treat. For fast food it's perfect. Everyone was friendly here, we had good service and the restaurant was very clean. I generally receive decent customer service from this location and the food is typically decent. However, they repeatedly forget the spicy ketchup (I do make sure to ask for some). The primary reason I go to whataburger is for spicy ketchup (otherwise I would go to other burger locations). I hope they make sure to not forget condiments for future customers. read more

Today's victim of my culinary ire is Whataburger Sunland. It more aptly should be called Mex-i-burger because the vast majority of the employees DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!! I thought I lived in the USA not Mexico. It is soooo frustrating to repeat my order many times and still DO NOT get what I ordered! !! I hope that they will hire Mex-i-bots that can speak AND understand basic english in the future !!! The food is good, but the inconvenience and frustration over incomplete and erroneous orders is far greater. Unfortunately I have not found an emoji that shows a caricature of myself rolling my eyes and pulling out what's left of my balding pate to post in this forum.
