It's been over four years since my last review. Since they recently had a remodel. I decided to update my review. So, without further do let's get started. I noticed the parking spots out front are mostly curbside pickup spots. Not cool for customers wanting to dine in. I did find a spot though. Whataburger had a promotion going on, a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and drink for $5.00. It was so good. The Chicken portion was fairly large and crispy. My Biscuit was fresh and warm with a good size drizzle of just the right amount of sweet Honey. Service was a bit slow. The Manager saw the line was busy and when her coworker asked to jump on the register she said no? I love the new modern furniture. It makes the place seem spacious. However, it seems like the Chairs and tables are too small. I love the Orange accent Chairs too. So,Check out the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. You"ll be saying, Whata Chicken Biscuit! Lol. Management NEEDS to come to this location ASAP. Their outside speakers work perfectly fine. Workers take forever to respond. They can easily say thank you for waiting, give us just a minute. But they don't. read more

I had to wait 25 minutes for a salad and an onion ring order. The tomatoes were warm. The chicken was cold The excuse I got was they had a problem with the tickets. This is the WORST Whataburger ever! The staff are VERY unprofessional. I sat in line for 20 mins waiting. Once I arrived at the window, three employees (one looked like a manager!!!) were standing there laughing, tapping on each others shoulders like children. Two of them had their cell phones in their hands laughing at whatever they were looking at.... And they couldn't care less about me sitting at the window watching them. And there weren't many cars in line!! So they had customers sitting there while they played like kids. The food: the food was absolutely horrible!!!! The French Fries were hard and cold. And the burger....all I can say is LOOK AT THE PICTURES. They need to fire all of the employees, including the manager. Or better yet, just close the location because it's the WORST. read more

What's the point of ordering Face to face if you can't get the order right this location is horrible they never get your order right they take forever to get your food out to you half the time the burgers are as dry as a Mojave desert in the middle of summer and even when they repeat the order back to u its correct then when u get home it's completely wrong it takes a special kind of person to mess up an order that's on a screen directly in front of you and all u have to do I follow the instructions wish I could give negative stars do better read more

Well it started at the line to place your order. We were in line to order and the girl outside told the people behind us to move to the other lane. We placed an order for a Whataburger with cheese and mustard and a triple with cheese and mayo no tomato. Well we got mayo on the single and the triple with mustard and tomato. What's the point of ordering ahead for curbside pickup when you still wait like 40 minutes for the wrong food? And the people who come after you leave before you as well like? This particular Whataburger location was very unorganized on the morning I arrived. Many customers were standing or sitting around waiting for their orders. It seemed to me that their focus was serving the drive thru customers rather than the customers inside. I ordered 2 Whataburgers and other customers who arrived after me were served before me even though they ordered burgers also. I like Whataburger rather than In and Out but this particular location sucked with very poor service. read more

Placed order and paid online but was still had to sit in drive thru line behind several cars that place multiple orders totaling more than $100. Instead of having those people to move forward so that others could get our food while it was still hot. We had to wait more than 30 minutes to get to window. I walk in while a man's order is being taken. After the girl finished taking his order, she turned and went to talk to someone, and then she finally decides to greet me and the guy that came in behind me, both of us are black and she's hispanic. I say that to say, she was immediately greeting and being friendly to the hispanic people but she seemed annoyed with dealing with me. She made me wait 10 minutes for no reason because my food ready. If you can't learn to treat everyone equal maybe don't work in customer service. read more

It was wonderful! I ordered online and picked up curbside. Everything was delicious and just what I ordered.

I'm here at this location, I was in the drive thru for 15mins before somebody came to the shaker, I placed my order and I was trying to ask for fresh fries and a fresh apple pie but the person was like yea yea ok I know and when I finally get to the window and asked them to make sure I have fresh fries and a fresh apple pie, they told me it would be 7mins and asked me to pull to the front. I let her know that I asked her fresh at the speaker before I was rudely rushed. I was told the fry person didn't drop the pie. First of all I place an online order for pick up almost 20 mins ago , came to pick up my order but couldn't go inside because they decided to wash the parking lot now I have to sit in the long ass drive thru line that hasn't moved in over 15 mins . And no one is at the speaker to take orders you have to drive to the window for that. We stopped to go thru the drive thru. This restaurant has a double drive thru and they were moderately busy it being a Friday night. There were two cars in front of us. The service was not good. Very slow. Having said that I have to say the food was excellent. We had burgers and fries and when we got home the food was hot and fresh. *Terrible Mannagement!!* Forest Hill firefighters were turned away during the power outages/snow storm at the door. Obviously could not drive the fire truck through drive thru, so they went to door to ask if they could get some food due to not having power to cook. Manager basically told them if you can't get through the drive thru we aren't serving you and locked the door. The same firefighters that were busting their asses all day and night serving their community in the negative temperatures with gear literally frozen solid. Good thing for Braums! I ordered the three piece chicken meal and they asked me if I'd like it customized and I asked if I could switch and get onion rings instead of french fries. The customer service person said yes and I paid and when I got back to work I had a little bitty bag of french fries and no onion rings. I probably should've checked it before I left but did not.
