Look, they're known for their ice cream. If I was eating just the ice cream, it's 5 stars. Had a cookies and cream shake and it was amazing! Also got a chicken strips combo, it wasn't nearly as good. It was ok and I would order it again but it was just very basic, typical fast food chicken strips and the fries weren't crispy enough for my liking. The staff was fine. Not particularly giddy but not rude, they did their job. The restaurant wasn't super clean, floors a bit sticky, tables not cleaned very well but it wasn't disgusting. Just needed a quick wipe down which I handled with a couple napkins. Highly recommend the ice cream, food is take it or leave it, average fast food. read more

I had a whole made Burger for lunch and decided to have the Fries for dinner. Braum's has fresh cut Crinkled Fries. So, I headed there around 3ish. Braum's seemed to be pretty busy with a busy parking lot, drive thru and a few customers inside. It's very spacious inside. When, I walked in, I was greeted by a Red, who was very friendly. It reeked like eggs in there! I mentioned it to him and he gave some explanation. I then ordered a small Fry. My fries were out with no wait. My fries were hot and lightly salted. I did not receive Ketchup but, I helped myself to the dispenser. One mini cup is just enough for a small fry. The fries were like $1.99. $2.05 with tax. It's literally a handful of fries. As, I left. I heard the Red Head say, to another customer. Would you like some water while you wait? I thought, that was really nice of him. That's why I decided to yelp about it. Check out Braums sometime. My sandwich made me si, had volatile diarrhea and volatile vomiting. After eating my chicken club sandwich. I didn't even eat the whole sandwich. I only had a few bites. During the warmer months, I crave ice cream like a mad woman and because Braums is less than 5 minutes from my office, I decided to get a caramel sundae. I arrived and got prompt service through the drive through. I usually check my order before leaving but didn't. I returned to my office only to find ice cream covered in nuts. No caramel was in sight! I almost drove back but thought it to be ridiculous and an inconvenience. I eventually did find caramel but I had to squint to see it. First off the service was decent. Nothing to write home about but I can't complain. However! The food was not worth my nearly $9 dollars to pour poison into my system. I usually don't go to fast food restaurants since I have high blood pressure, but I broke my rule because I was thinking about years ago when I used to buy burgers from Braums--bad mistake. The fries were cold, stale, and salty. The burger bun was stale (whhhhyyy, you sell burger buns), but the meat didn't taste like ground beef, it was slightly warm, and salty. I couldn't eat it all. We drove through looking for some quick ice-cream on our way home. Person taking the order did not seem enthusiastic and was not helpful when taking our order note that I requested no nuts due to an allergy. Regardless I ordered my icecream, when we get to the window, they put nuts on it! Then when I asked for it a second time, they told me that they were out of cakes for the dessert. It is infuriating to wait nearly 15 minutes in a drive through to not get anything due to worker incompetence. Highly disappointed and one of the worst trained staffs I've ever seen. I am a regular at this establishment. Understanding that since the winter storm hit, I expected a few delays. However, as I stood in line I witnessed the most horrific service and cleaning practices. I saw an employee handling "something" that he cleaned in a bucket and then walk up to serve me, but wiped his hands on his jeans. I asked him to change his gloves and he washed his hands and then came to serve me. A cook then called him away to help HIM prepare burgers... that appeared to already be well staffed. I also saw 5 ladies preparing ice cream. One without gloves, who had her fingers in the cup as she prepared a shake. I was mortified. As I entered the store, a young lady at the register was rubbing her nose with her hands and then grabbed a cup of coffee. I stood for about 15 minutes after I initially walked in to be served, only to ask this young man to put on gloves. He was aggravated that I'd ask him to. He prepared my order sloppily and the way he wanted to. He had a HORRIBLE attitude and a smart mouth. Another young lady remade my order and he had the nerve to tell her that he wasn't worried about me. Whatever, apparently he doesn't like his job. I truly believed that there COULDN'T HAVE BEEN a manager present because of how this entire fiasco went down. Deeply disappointed. Everybody needs to be fired and start anew. read more

This is by far the absolute worst location I've been to. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes not moving. I thought if I went inside it would be faster, boy was I wrong!Stood in THAT line for another 8 minutes! Then when I got to the front, the worker completely passed over me & went straight to the guy behind me! At that point I was no longer going to waste any of my time there & left. The people were nice enough but it smelled vaguely of vomit. The front walkway & parking lot had something nasty on it someone had walked through and trailed everywhere. It was filthy out there and fairly dirty inside. Three tables hadn't been cleaned. Also, how does a store make Rocky Road have almost zero flavor? This post is delayed a few weeks but after visiting another Braums location and that location not having Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream either the review was warranted. This Braums is generally okay. Nothing great, nothing terrible. They really need to consider how they stock their inventory so they do not run out. I've only been to this location once, so I don't want to rate them too poorly in the case that it was just a bad day, but man...! Lol the drive-through line almost reached the street, so that was already a sign that maybe they don't have the staff to keep up with the orders. I decided to go inside where there was also a wait. Right before my turn to order, one of the two registers stopped working, which, of course, increased the wait. Once it was my turn to order, I was left with the "student employee," as his badge read. Bless his heart, but I had to explain my (basic) order as if I was the employee and he was the first time customer. The order right before mine, came out within a minute or so after I placed my order; but for some reason, my order then took over 10 min to come out. The icing on the cake was the customers lol. This place has been updated, so there is definitely no more dusty ceiling fans. For the amount of people that were in line we got out ice cream first and food in less then 4-5mins. The restrooms were clean for a fast food place, and the outside tables and trash were clean, no bees lingering around. This isn't my normal Braums so I can't rate it truly but I expected it to be a hole in the wall when I read all the review. I would DEFINITELY stop by again if I was in the area. read more

Just went here today service was horrible. When I got my double dip icecream and left I found that there was a bug in it. When I returned and showed them they laughed even though it was a serious issue to me. I will only come here for the $1.49 bags salad from now on. They stockpile fries so they are not cooked to order, skip them. When I asked for a cup for my double ice cream cone both cashiers said they couldn't leave the register. When some young Hispanic worker came out from the back the cashiers all begged him for a hug while I was in the middle of my order? When Luis asked for a chocolate and vanilla scoop of ice cream on one of our previous trips they acted like it was a special order? They had to go in the back for the vanilla ice cream. They never did come up with the chocolate so I encouraged him to select something else so that we could leave. They were not able to dip the praline ice cream so I told them lets try the birthday cake flavor instead. This worked, but I did not enjoy babysitting so I have X'd this Braum's location off my list. I strongly urge corporate to come down from Oklahoma and mystery shop this location or just close it! read more
