Third day ever in Dallas and had to try! So, ordered the original and for a burger it's pretty big. We went inside and sat down, they bring food to you, it doesn't take long, they weren't busy. A young girl took the order and let us know we were too late for breakfast, so breakfast is not all day. What I like about the burger is it's not very salty at all. And minimal fat as it was not juicy either. The patties are very uniform so guess they come frozen. No big deal. They use mustard and ketchup no special sauce and the other basics tomatoes lettuce onion and pickle all fresh, all in all not bad. The bun is plain no sesame seeds. We also got the chicken strips, they were moist inside and deliciously crunchy outside, pretty good! We also ordered the cinnamon rolls which were average good, drenched in icing so very very sweet. It's not chewy but cake like, tried the strawberry hibiscus it was mega sweet, too sweet! The place was clean, all in all a good experience! read more

Count me as another that wishes they could give 0 stars. I picked up dinner from this location Sunday (10/8) and have been trying to get over food poisoning since then. I've missed 3 days of work. The food they served was contaminated which means this place is not sanitary which is also means this place is disgusting. I can't be the only person that has gotten sick from the food served here - but probably the only person that will report it. Judging from the other negative reviews this location has received, I doubt anything will be done. Stay away from this place! read more

We were actually quite disappointed by our visit here. We're from out of state, and several people told us we had to visit Whataburger. When we went in, we told the employees that it was our first time and asked what they recommended. There was a guy who was being trained, and a girl training him... they were both young and not very professional, possibly even flirting with each other a bit. They seemed to disagree on what to recommend, but eventually it was concluded that we should get something on the all-time favorites board, so we ordered a bbq bacon bur6oger. We were expecting something a bit nicer quality...but honestly, it just looked like a slightly bigger McDonalds burger, and tasted similar. It had cost about $6.50, which is way more than I would usually spend on a burger, and the sign said it was more than 1000 calories, so I felt like I had wasted both money and calories at the end. When we left, we noticed that there was a burger called the Whataburger, and we realized we probably should have just had that for the proper experience. read more

Location, Location, Location This place has a fantastic location! It is just outside the racetrack, the minor league baseball stadium and near the Verizon Theater. All of those places have food for sale, but often high priced and some are not very tasty. I am a Texan who grew up eating lots of hamburgers and not fond of poor quality burgers. Whataburger turns out great burgers that are full of quality from the source all the way through the cooking and wrapping process. With that said, my last trip here was to get a quality meal before a concert at the Verizon. A few weeks earlier, I paid $41 for a poor quality meal for 2 at the theater. This trip, it was $15.50 for 2 burger meals of excellent quality from Whataburger. It was a very wise decision. Better value, better food and significantly better taste. This will be my first stop from now on when going to these other venues. read more

My husband and I ate at this Whataburger last Sunday and it was absolutely filthy....inside and out! Inside, there was trash on the floor including balls of hair. Outside, trash was all over the grounds. The only redeeming factor for me is that I found a $20 bill laying outside. Don't get me wrong....their meals are still great....my favorite is a Breakfast on a Bun. However....if their restaurant cleanliness is bad....how do I not know that their cleanliness around food any better??? don't know what happened to this restaurant....it is one of the newest in the area and at a pretty popular location!! The service and food were the worst at the Beltline and 30 store next to QT. We drove 5 miles to pickup our online order and when we drove home, there was a burger missing as well as one of ehe burgers was made wrong. When we called we were told we had to bring all the food back so they could inspect it. So off we go driving another 5 miles back to the store with all the food. They didn't even inspect the food they had us return and found the burger that was missing in the back. They returned all the cold food to us as well as the missing cold burger they found in the back that had been sitting there this whole time. They refused to provide us with remade hot food so we drove back another 5 miles to try and heat up the CRAP!!!!! You know what cold fries heated up in a microwave taste like, CRAP! The other burger was never made right so I had to fix that myself and also tasted like CRAP! Never again will eat at this Whataburger again. We have been eating at Whataburger for years but have never received bad food like this and the service was probably the worst we received. Never go to this place. I would have rather had a refund but they refused that also. I wish I could give this place zero stars but that is not available. At 9:10 I called them, was on the phone for about 4 minutes. A young girl answered and I asked about the status of my order. She asked me if it was for a "Jesse E." I said yes. A few seconds pass and she calls her coworker and the other coworker said my order wasn't received and I need to place the order. While waiting for our order, another group had to get new food because their order was cold. We never even got that chance because, after 20+ minutes of waiting, our food never came. Went to check and they forgot our order. The whole staff basically pretended like they'd never seen us before. Was able to get a refund from the manager but she refused to refund it back to my card saying it wasn't a thing that was possible. I repeat: it wasn't a thing that was possible. well we normally don't have too many issues with this location however this time did us in. I ordered a jalapeño and cheese burger and my boyfriend ordered a patty melt with no onions. we get our order and go home which is about a 15 minute drive so we know it'll be cold but don't mind. however when we get home we get out our sandwiches to see that we received two patty melts- both with grilled onion. So not only did i not receive my burger, my boyfriend didn't even get on sandwich without onions. the receipt even says our order correct and how we wanted it. so disappointed, we tried calling to let them know to keep an eye on packing their orders but they will not pick up. whataburger gets really bad past midnight- would not recommend. do better. read more

I love the location of the Whataburger, but their customer service through Drive-Thru is terrible. They usually take forever to greet you when you approach the drive-thru speaker to place your order. Then they do not actively listen or acknowledge what you just said. They truly need Customer Service 101. read more

What sets apart other Whataburgers is the level of Customer Service, and Quickness to get in and out, and I must say this place has it. They messed up my drink order, but they fixed it, and let me keep the other drinks without having Management put up a fight. This is why I give this place a great review. The one up the road on 161 needs to be shut down, so Customers can enjoy this Whataburger. read more
