Me and my fiance just wanted to grab a late night snack, we ordered 2 large fries, medium dr pepper, small dr pepper, and an order of hash browns with spicy ketchup, we finally got to the window and I paid and we went home. They asked us at the WINDOW what kind of ketchup we wanted and we said spicy and they gave us regular ketchup anyways, they didn't give us straws, and they gave me only 1 large fry and 3 random ass burgers that I didn't ask for, I haven't checked my receipt yet cause I better not have paid for those burgers or I'll give them hell to pay when I go back tomorrow read more

I order my food on the Whataburger app and was given a projected time when my order would be ready. 30 minutes after the deadline I go into the restaurant to see what is going on. An employee is extremely rude while the manager is cooking food. This Whataburger was already the worst one in the general area but now I will never go back. Even if you are understaffed, you can choose customer service and let people know it will be a long wait or at least not let an employee serve attitude. read more

i've only been here once. I've never been to any other whataburger and i wasn't sure what to expect. I've always heard that they were amazing and had awesome sauces ( thanks EITM!). So of course being my first time in texas i had to go. The food off the bat didn't look terribly appetizing. The burger looked kind of smooshed and everything took longer than i expected, but then i ate it and i was blown away. the fries reminded me of those early 90's mcdonald's fries but better, i inhaled them. Then i was nervous about my smoshed looking burger but the bun was awesome and everything was quite tasty. I spent the rest of my trip wanting to go back but knowing i needed to experience more food. Met my sister and brother here today to eat and visit. I stayed at the counter about 2 minutes before any of the employees that were running around acknowledged me. Ordered a salad. Finally received it after customers that came in after me received orders of burgers fries, etc. Made a visit to restroom. No paper towels, toilet paper on floor, commode nasty. Told employee about no paper towels. An hour later my sister visited restroom. Still no paper towels or cleaning done. Told employees again. Manager was behind counter but would not look at me even though I tried to get her attention. As we were leaving after another hour, visited restroom again. Still nasty restroom and no paper towels. So they were told numerous times about restroom, and nothing done. We were there for about 3 hours eating and visiting. read more

Whataburger hamburgers are good, this Whataburger is a hit or miss if they get your order right. I am not sure if it is big deal unless someone is lactose intolerant, but if you ask for no mustard or no mayo, you may want to check your order before leaving because it may be on your sandwich. The tables are usually not clean, I usually just try and find the "cleanest" one. The bathroom is shared with the gas station. read more

We waited in the SUPER SLOW drive-thru lane, which we felt was okay since there dining room is closed; however, we ordered 1 order of large fries. We were told to pull into the outside lane where our order would be brought to us. We waited for 20 minutes. Then I went to Google and got their phone number. It wouldn't ring through. I then went to Yelp and verified the number and called 3 times and it wouldn't go through. It had then been over 25 minutes when they sent out a young lady who asked us if we needed something because they didn't know why we were sitting there. Unbelievable! Didn't they wonder very early on who that lonely order of fries belonged to? To that young lady's credit, she went in and after 10 more minutes did bring out the fries and didn't charge us, but 35 minutes sitting and waiting for fries? I should have just left and gone to Chick-fil-A where they always run an expeditious line - in fact, they run 2 lines expeditiously! read more

Giving this Whataburger a great rating. Not sure I understand the other ratings. For over a year this store has been my husband's favorite lunch spot, and soon to be favorite of the families after we moved to Greenville. We have always had prompt service. There are two young men often working the drive thru and they are awesome! They are always polite, friendly and on top of it. It is a busy store! Inside the staff seems fine. The store has always been quite clean when we have been in. I would rather wait a minute or two and have great food, but I have never felt the wait was unusual, inside or drive thru! My family and I were passing through headed back home to Arkansas and wanted to get Whataburger. We don't have one where we live. I have to give this restaurant 5 stars. We decided to stay and eat. They were very accommodating. The food was hot, and the restaurant was clean. They came and checked on us more than once and the manager even walked the lobby and checked on everyone.
