I understand it's a Mexican restaurant, but the drive‑thru position requires clear communication with customers. Having someone there who can't communicate in English makes it extremely difficult for English‑speaking customers to order and creates a frustrating experience. If you want to serve all customers effectively, it would help to have someone bilingual--English and Spanish--working the drive‑thru. This last visit, they tried to charge me for the guy behind me who is in the other lane because they stopped asking for names. Then they complain about not being able to hear customers--we can't hear them either--because they have some kind of equipment in back making a ton of noise at the drive-thru speakers. The second window where you pick up, your food is worse now too. They used to be all full of smiles, confirmed your food order, and handed it over with care. Now an arm just sticks out the window with a bag. I could probably suffer through the poor service if the food were good. But they've dropped the ball here, too. With today's order, my tacos were loaded in the bag upside down. So when I took my tacos from the bag, there was lettuce, tomato and cheese flying everywhere. Then when I unwrapped them, both tacos had been crushed, with taco shell everywhere. There's simply zero focus on customer experience here.
