Fine, but if you look at the receipt where I ordered a pound of brisket to go that clearly says lean, and it's a hell of a lot closer to fatty than lean. Look at my pictures below. But this time it seems as though they put garlic salt on the burger or some sort of garlic flavoring which overpowers their burger we've never had to specify no garlic before, but maybe something has changed that I'm not aware of.
