Original review update: I've now canceled my Uber One subscription after Uber Eats refused to refund me for missing and incorrect items--despite me being a paying member. I ordered a Whatameal with grilled jalapeños (got regular), and paid extra for a large side of onion rings that never arrived. The food was cold, and support gave me the runaround, asking for photo proof I couldn't provide (how do you photograph something that isn't there?!). I responded multiple times with receipts, details, and patience. They ignored everything and said the delivery "matched" the order. It didn't. They lost a customer over a $6 mistake and their refusal to accept responsibility. The malt I ordered? The only good part-- Do better, or don't expect loyalty. How did I miss reviewing this! I like this place a lot. Need food? They are always opened Fast? No way. They do not start cooking until you order it. It's always fresh. You can customize everything. I love the patty melt, until I found out how many calories Lol! But a business who succeeds and isn't owned by a huge group. How nice. I'm all for the little guy. Good values and good food. Had a messed up order. I when back and they still messed it up. If you want Whataburger better try the other location. The manager was very nice but the order that was supposedly fixed still had missing items. They didn't even give me an option to get a refund they just remarked the food. Last 2 times I have been to this place the food has been nasty. Once was during lunch time and the burgers were cold and they forgot straws for our drinks, we played it off as being busy. Tonight however the food tasted sour, my son and I had paddy melts and my wife had a pico burger. ALL three were bad! We had to throw all of them away. I don't know what Is going on but I hate spending hard earned money on crappy food I feel like I threw money in the trash, please clean up. I like going there but have felt really let down. I went into this Whataburger for some breakfast. I thought it was good because the line was long but as I ordered and got to the window I was told to pull around and park. WTF???!!! This kind of ridiculous action at a drive-through needs to stop. It took over eight minutes to get to the window from the time I ordered and that should been ample time to complete my breakfast order. I would suggest going somewhere else that doesn't require you to go park and wait for your order Wai have a drive-through. How a drive-through works is you should order and by the time you get to the window your order is ready not pull around it have to park. I would tell everybody go somewhere else if you're going to a drive-through to get your order when you're in the drive-through in order in line like it should be. read more

Currently in the drive thru, We come late nights to eat..and every time it's a 20+ minute wait. This location is sooooo SLOW at night.

This is definitely no Five Guys. Seems on the low quality side but it's ok. Especially for around the same price as 5 guys ! $9 for a 2 meat burger . If someone asked about whataburger that's what I would tell them "it's ok" . They don't let you get your own ketchup and only gave two packets when dined in so that's a problem. read more

Whataburger is one of our favorite restaurants/ Fast food places to eat. We are from Texas and absolutely love it, however the restaurant in 6702 NW Cache Rd Lawton, OK 73505 United States Had absolutely awful service, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers and both came without cheese, how do you mess that up? No clue, regardless we circled back around to the drive thru to ask if they would fix it, the manager told us you must specifically ask for cheese, on a cheese burger... I know at this point you are probably also confused. After several times of us asking to fix it he told us we were harassing and refusing to leave the property, and proceeded to threaten to call the cops. So obviously we just left, awful service and would not recommend at all, y'all just come to Texas. read more

2nd time to do curbside pickup and 2nd time to wait more than 30 min. My wife is lucky I love her because she loves whattaburger. I recommend driving a little bit further to eat at a faster whattaburger...unless you like hanging out in parking lots. read more

Wasn't happy with my visit. Lots of flys buzzing around - not just 10 or so, like 30+. The women's bathroom door was missing and there was a sketchy man standing outside watching women use the restroom. Our order was messed up, significantly. Not like a 'they gave me ketchup when I asked for no ketchup' kind of screwup, more like a "I'm allergic to onions, told them no onions and confirmed it 3 times and the receipt said no onions but still got onions" kind on screwup. First time having this. Really good burgers. Kind of pricey- around Wendy's meal prices, but absolutely worth it.

I haven't tried every fast food chain out there, but of the ones I have tried Whataburger is my favorite. I do not know exactly what they do to their burgers that makes me enjoy them more than other places, but I do. As for this particular Whataburger, the food tastes the same as any other, so no complaints there. The people at this Whatburger are not nearly as happy and people oriented as the other location in Lawton. It seems a little dirty in there, but not enough to detract from eating there however i cannot think of a single time where i didn't feel like the interior was dirty. I only go to this Whataburger if I am near it and really hungry. Any other time I will go to the other one at Cache and Sheridan. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE this Whatsburger!! We just moved here from Miami and I went for my first time to this location. I ordered the chicken tenders with buffalo sauce. They said they didn't really carry it because no one got it. The next time I went, BOOOM they remembered me and let me know they had ordered the sauce, so now, I go as often as I can... They did order alllll that sauce for me, someone's gotta eat it AWESOME customer service. They're alway so nice and patient. They always seem happy! read more

The morning staff at this location is top notch. I have made this my place to have breakfast each morning and find that the staff here are very professional and great with their customers. They know most of them by name and I think that is great. The manager is a great guy as well. He walks the lobby and talks to the customers. I love Whataburger, but this was by far the slowest I've ever waited for both service and food. An employee was on break and eating, and was yelling at workers in the back. The chicken bites were decent but the rest of our group were dissatisfied with the burgers and the placement of ingredients was sloppy, with one burger missing a bottom bun. read more

I'm not even normally a fan of red meat and this place is the devil for getting me hooked and wishing calories didn't exsist! Do it. Ive never had such a great drive thru experience before. I usually dread going to whataburger because its slow lol. There was 1 person ahead of me. It was about 10pm. I think the order takers name was vickie? But I could be wrong. She was very friendly and helpful and actually seemed to care about her job and the customers. As a life-long citizen of Lawton, OK I have always enjoyed Whataburger. Tonight, however, I was very disappointed with their service. I sat in line for about 10 minutes and then they finally tell me to pull up to the front door because they were waiting on the pancakes of which I ordered. I then waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes waiting before I finally went inside to get my food, and all they said was they were sorry for my wait. When I returned to my house, everything I ordered was cold. Not one bit of it was warm as it is expected to be. It will be quite a while before I go back. read more
