Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

I recently visited Whataburger, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As an emergency ice worker, I had an opportunity to witness some concerning issues that compelled me to share my feedback. Firstly, while I was pouring ice into the ice machine, I noticed the presence of mold. This discovery raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance practices in the establishment. The presence of mold in an ice machine is not only unhygienic but also poses a potential health risk to customers. Furthermore, an unfortunate incident occurred when I accidentally knocked off the cover of the ice cream machine, which resulted in a sudden influx of small roaches scattering around. This incident is deeply alarming, as it indicates a severe lapse in pest control measures within the restaurant. Such an infestation is completely unacceptable and poses a significant health hazard. What added to my disappointment was the reaction--or rather, the lack of reaction--from the manager and co-workers. Despite witnessing these unsanitary conditions firsthand, they seemed unfazed by the situation and carried on as if nothing was amiss. This level of indifference is concerning, as it suggests a lack of commitment to ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for customers. Based on these experiences, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Whataburger in the future. It is disheartening to see such a renowned establishment neglecting basic hygiene standards and displaying a lack of concern for customer well-being. As a professional in the emergency ice industry, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this restaurant to others. I hope that Whataburger takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate action to address these issues.
