I just recently did an online order at the Whataburger website, started to create an account so that i could bring the line. Especially during this quarantine. But after my first time doing this online ordering for fast food it will probably be my last. Just wanted a basic burger with grilled onions and that was too much to ask. This was a less than appealing visit to Whataburger! I drove up and was promptly greeted, I was unsure what I wanted so took a minute to look over the drive thru menu. I swear, every ten seconds, the lady would gruffly get on the speaker asking if "I was about ready." I ordered a simple #1 Whataburger Meal with No lettuce or dressing-I am very sure I said it just like that because I had to repeat myself a total of FOUR TIMES. I drove to the window, with no greeting, no customer service just a, " Wha you orr-dur drank 'gain?" and "here!" I drove home to only find my burger had lettuce and mustard... With no cheese. I came here late at night, the second time I had ever been to Whataburger. Last time I went, it was in ABQ, New Mexico. Last time I was VERY disappointed. Having grown up in California and Nevada, I had been told my entire life that Whataburger was better then In-N-Out by my Southwest brethren. Well, after my last visit in ABQ, I thought they were fools. But now that I live in OKC, I decided to give it another shot. Tried it and was blown away. They took a risk with the way they salted the fries, but it was seasoned just to the right level. A mustard based burger was an interesting choice, but it gave it just the right amount of tanginess to make it a GOOD burger. A Honey Chicken Biscuit while hungover always hits the spot! read more

Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. This used to be one of my favorite late night snack stops. Most of the time when I visit they have really good burgers and fries. Unfortunately, this time around... I was not that impressed. The burgers just didn't taste all that good. Maybe sitting out too long... I don't know. Watch you reciepts if you order anything with cheese! I ordered a double meat whataburger jr with cheese which is on the drive thru menu for $3.69. They charged me $3.29 for the burger then charged $0.80 for two slices of cheese. This has been an ongoing issue i have had at this location for 2 years now. I have had 2 different managers argue with me. I have put a call into there corporate office and filed a complaint on this location. Now tonight when i ordered the same burger they charged me the price on the menu. I was shocked. Took no arguing over price. Get home happy and in a great mood. Take the first bite of my burger. NO CHEESE!!! I have never had more problems anywhere. I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly urge to avoid it. Drive a little farther to another location. Oh boy was that orgasmic. This was my first time eating at whataburger and let me tell you this!!! I WILL 100% be coming back. The fries were some of the most perfectly fried French Fries I have ever eaten. Crispy on the outside. Nice and potato-like on the inside. I actually was believing it was made from a real potato.
