The speaker that you order from needs to be fixed at this location. Three consecutive visits to this restaurant and I've had to repeat myself several times because the worker speaking with me hears things completely differently. My entire wait time was an hour and 25 minutes through the drive thru, being late at night, and them being packed, I tried to be patient and understanding. I finally get my food, and was short a fry, the girl brought it right out, the employees were nice enough. I got back to my condo, and one order had 3 onion rings, 3, zero dipping sauces, just a bunch of dry a** overpriced food. Ordered the #3 and the burger and fries were great. The service was terrible though. I ordered at 1:23pm and didn't get my order until 1:50pm. The restaurant was clean with clean tables and I could barely hear radio speakers but the volume was way down. Never saw a manager but the person should have helped up front get the orders out to the customers. Had to basically speed to get back to a meeting I had to be in at 2:30p. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience! The staff at this location are super unprofessional and rude! I pull up to the drive through line and there are cones. They never close since it's 24 hrs. There were still ppl in line and no one was there to explain so I pulled up and waited. There was an employee walking around behind me after about 10 min moving cones around. I wait in line for over 30 MINUTES and when I pull up they said WE SAW YOU go past our cone we are not going to serve you or take your order. I've had Whataburger before when I was in Houston for work. My husband on the other hand haven't had it before. So when we were on the way back to the hotel we saw the restaurant and we gave it a go. I had the Whatachickn sammich which was actually pretty good,, we also shared the chicken fingers with the fries which wasnt bad at all. He had the whataburger which reminded him of the whopper, but preferred the whopper. So yea,, that's that. Nothing really wrong with the restaurant. The service was prompt. Employees were courteous and very friendly. We did the drive through so we never really saw the dining area. Anyways, the food is alright. Not really my cup of tea. You would probably love it. Lobby a little dirty but this place had 20 plus people inside at 2am and 11 cars at drive thru. They came out with flying colors in my view. Came here for a late lunch one day with a group of girls. We ordered at the counter at sat at a large table. They have a large selection of burgers and chicken meals. I got a burger and fries with a cherry soda. A girl came out and gave me my meal and offered a huge selection of condiments. They have regular and spicy ketchup. I got the spicy ketchup and it tasted the same just with a slight kick. Burger was pretty large for what it was and fries were skinny and and crispy. The whole staff made it really pleasant for us. They knew we weren't from the area and offered each of us a sticker as well as a paper hat lol. Bathrooms were also really clean too. I would definitely try this place again. read more

Burgers are pretty good and big for the money, but attention franchise owner and Whataburger corporate: Hire some people to make the wait time less than a steakhouse! This is the slowest drive thru I have been through in my life. In N Out and Chik Fil A serve 20x the customers these guys serve in the same amount of time. We had 4 customers in front of us in drive thru. 30 min+ wait just to order? What kind of fast food is this? What kind of terrible processes have been set in place by management. Has your team ever considered at least having patties constantly cook given you're a ..... wait for it.... BURGER JOINT. It's really not that complicated. Five Guys make burgers when you order them. Burger patties take about 5-6 min to grill. There is something wrong with your processes or staff -- or both. Should rename your restaurant to WhatAWaitBurger or WhatIfTheyServedItInATimelyFashionBurger. read more

Very slow drive thru service. In for over 50 minutes, two combo meals. Routed to outside line. When I got to front of line paid, then took additional 10 minutes to get food, while employee "cashed out" 2 other customers in line. No urgency to get product out. People behind us got their food before us. Food was cold when we got it. I ordered onion rings with my combo did not get them or fry's It seems the execution at this brand has declined as they have raised prices. We also felt they were laughing at us about it. read more

What a waste of time. DO NOT DO THE DRIVE-THRU! We visited on Sunday June 20th 2021. Missed the dining room hours by a couple minutes (3pm cutoff? seriously?) so got on the long drive through line. By the time we figured out the line was going SLOOOW we were stuck with no way to get out of the line. FORTY FIVE minutes to get to the order kiosk. Another FIFTEEN minutes from then to getting our order. Only five cars served in that time. Total time over an hour. For burgers with way too much salt on them. Shoulda looked at the reviews before trying out this Whataburger. Utterly ridiculous. Sad thing is this was our first ever chance to try Whataburger. I'm giving a two star because after the long wait(about 30 minutes plus) our food was fresh and hot. We are from Indiana and we tried this twice on our week long trip here to PCB. The first night we ate it was great, just had a long wait, but the ice machine was out of ice. The second time is where the 2 stars comes into play. We waited for our food and we decided to eat outside at the tables. As we're eating my SO notices a mouse under the table over eating a fry off the ground. We had to relocate to the car. The ice machine was not working and the manager announced to everyone in line that it hasn't worked in the last 2 days. The ambiance was just ok. The food was average. The burgers were decent but the fries tasted old and they should have been fresh considering how many people were in the drive thru and in the restaurant. The workers inside were very nice that were delivering food. The older lady taking the orders at the register seemed overwhelmed. One guy who worked there argued with a delivery guy about the ice problem, in quite a loud fashion. The restaurant then got eerily quiet.
