Had family here all week and they wanted to go here four times. We did breakfast twice and late night snacks/meals twice! Everything and everyone was friendly and orders were perfect. Food is made to order but arrived quickly snd lines weren't long at all. They had a sign to buy Spicy ketchup T-shirt's and I want one so bad! Pancakes are fresh to order and compete with Cracker Barrel or better! My go to is the potato cheese and egg taquitos dunked in spicy ketchup. This whataburger in Panama City Beach in front of Lowe's has got to be the slowest on record. Even the manager Omar was in slow motion, He really didn't even know what was going on with all of the 45 minute late orders with Uber and DoorDash. All that Omar kept saying was the orders are coming up. This is the poorest run business that I have ever seen, the hamburgers I seen was just laying in the back counter sitting for minutes with nobody in sight. Workers walking around doing nothing, all comes down to management and Omar has to be the worst manager that I have ever had to deal with in my 62 years. As a small business owner, I would have fired Omar and the entire staff on Sunday and start over with new people. The entire whataburger is a nightmare and I seen about 15 people turn around and leave as the place is dirty and there were cock roaches walking across the floor, entire place is nasty and will now be going to Culver's because they care about the customers and their food, nothing like this shitty ass whataburger and Omar as its store manager, what a joke. read more

Called me to offer a job and turned around and sent out a rejection letter after lying to me that I was hired. The recruiter should be terminated for falsifying information which is illegal! The GM was rude and unprofessional so I have let corporate know about this and considering a discrimination complaint. Now I can see why the driv-thru is very slow and under-performing because they make the hiring process derogatory and inappropriate. The food here sucks. The hamburger is a cheap version of a Burger King whomper. The chicken sandwich was so gross I could not eat anymore. The chicken strips, which a friend recommended, were the only decent thing here. I am only giving this place 2 stars because they customer service here was great. We had our food quickly and the staff was SUPER nice and helpful. Both the cashier and the gentleman who brought our food out for us and had to run and get ketchup for us. They did appear overwhelmed with customers; HOWEVER, they did not show it in food quality and service. They clearly were making the most out of what they had. I ordered and waited 25 minutes for my food. It never came. I got a refund and got out of there. I am giving 2 stars because when I requested a refund the staff flagged down the manager and apologized and promptly gave me my money back. They said they needed 15 more minutes but I didn't have 45 minutes to wait for fast food. I recommend checking out the Culver's down the street- I went there and they had my burger out to me in 6 minutes. read more

Burger here isnt anything extraordinary. They are just oversized and tastes like any other burger joints. Fries werent that good. Someone told me they tried to rival In N Out. They are nothing comparable to In N Out in my opinion. But their onion rings and milkshake was on point. Not bad for a beachtown burger joint. But i give them four stars since their employees were super nice, manager came around each table and ask if food was ok, and gave me a hat. :) Will visit again when im in panama city again. read more

We stopped in PCB and the drive-thru line was insane... I never thought I'd wait in line for a hour for fast food. Was it worth it the wait? No. Simply because it wasn't a four course meal but we had never tried it! The burger was amazing, I was caught off guard that we had to add cheese but I guess that's normal for Whataburger. The size of the burgers should be compared to other fast food burgers on their screen because I was not aware how big it was!!! It's at least 2 McDoubles combined (size wise) so the double whataburger was too much for me to eat. The fries were delicious and the chocolate malt was a must get again! I started to give WHATABURGER 4 stars but something happened and that amazing something was the Magic of Manager Ms. Jeri! We were on a roadtrip and my Texas born friend had to get WHATABURGER. I heard that it was one the best burger chains in America. I got the avocado burger. Points for avocado on the menu. It was on Texas toast which is also great. It was a little dry and I didn't get the extra cheese I paid for but overall I liked it. I was impressed with the sauces and choices and I'd be happy to go again. But I didn't fall in 5 star love. My friends a rowdy crew of comics felt the need to tell the manager when she was making her rounds and check in on customers. I thought that was very nice. She loved my friends enthusiasm and challenged my pending rating. She was fun and attentive yet still professional. She made our experience that much better. She even gave us some swag!! I've never had customer service that good and she was still solving employee and customer problems. That's to Ms. Jeri, I see why people love WHATABURGER. The food was good, fast and fresh. This location is ridiculously slow we waited an hour in the drive thru while the inside dining area was closed with maybe 10 cars in front of us. We were told to pull forward at the window to wait for sweet tea that we were told was going to be quick and watched 3 cars behind us get food and go to the point where there was no longer a line. Food was wrong and we were missing food. We ended up eating our entire meal in the drive thru while waiting on the rest of the food we ordered. Maybe this location needs new management because only having the drive thru open and still messing up orders is not good for business. I would not recommend you go to this location. read more

As a Missouri native with no Whataburger around, coming here is an absolute must when in the South! This Whataburger in particular had great service and was very clean. Employees were very nice, eager to help us, and always had a smile on their face. I ordered a Double Meat Whataburger Jr. and my son ordered a honeybutt chicken biscuit off the breakfast menu (he loves breakfast). The food came out fast and was delivered specially to our table, which made our party feel very well cared for! Whataburger food is better than fine dining and I hope that one day Whataburger will come to our place in the states! And gosh darn it don't skip out on the Spicy Ketchup (my son sometimes eats spicy ketchup as his meal)! 5 stars - Thanks Whataburger! read more
