Came in at 5:15 PM and waited almost 20 minutes to receive luke warm burger and fries ( made wrong, but ate it anyway at that point) Not sure how many employees were working but about 20 soon to be employees were studying for their test in dining room along with the manager. The good: The drive thru moved reasonably quickly The bad: The fries were way over cooked, The drinks both had chocolate and/or soda residue all over the sides, And the burger was made with toast pieces instead of a bun, which we were not informed of. My review is directed specifically at the morning crew (0500-ish). Something needs to be done about the incompetence of this place prior to 6 am on any given day of the week. I have given this place more than one chance to make right. This morning was the absolute last time. When I pull in at 5:15am on a sunday and the dining room and drive thru are empty and the employee is outside the door smoking, the last thing I expect is that I'm going to have to wait 10 minutes for a rock hard plain biscuit (when I ordered jalapeno cheddar), sausage (when I ordered bacon), cold hash browns, and the completely wrong drink. I literally sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone decided to come over and take my payment, give me my wrong drink, or hand me my cold hard biscuit. I hope the management is reading this, your store sucks, your employees are beyond incompetent, and this location is an absolute joke! Also, is it your policy to not give napkins in the drive thru? The drive thru is insanely slow,rude, and can never get an order right. I quit going 3 months ago and thought I would give them a second chance. Today was the pinnacle of ridiculousness. We were asked to move into the parking lot and not move up in the line. They pushed 6 cars through that had been there after us. Then they sent the manager out to bring our food. Tried to go to Whataburger at 6am this morning. They had one person sitting by the window in the drive thru, and I sat at the ordering screen for 5 minutes before leaving. During this time, not once did someone say anything at all such as "give us a moment". I tried multiple times to get a response by saying "hello", but nothing. I went to Sonic instead where I was immediately greeted and had my food within 3 minutes of arriving. The food from Sonic was fresh and tasted amazing. The young man who answered at the speaker was RUDE, he sounded so uninterested at taking the order it was unreal. Like OK you know maybe he's having a bad night. If you're going to be rude and have people wait half of their break to get a simple cheeseburger the very least you can do is hand out The right bag. I don't eat fries and I'm allergic to onions so I basically wasted my money and time just to be barked at at the speaker and ignored at the window. This was the worst service I've ever got from this place. I usually don't even mind the wait because by the time I get to the window whoever's there is nice. But if you're going to blare music and act like you don't care about customer service and then hand out the wrong order this is not the right job for you. From efficient placing of our large order, to bringing a tray of extras sauces by our table to making us another hamburger on the spot when we discovered we had ordered the wrong item. Me and my friends com here every Sunday. And every Sunday I order a large order of fries at the drive through. And every Sunday we are ether charged for the large fries and never get them or they aren't on the order at all despite making them the first thing we order at the menu. And every Sunday We ether have to park for me to go inside and stand in line with the receipt, or just leave. Terrible work. read more
