I absolutely love Whataburger but, this location is consistently horrible. On numerous occasions, my order has been wrong or some of my items are missing. Most recently after two of my meals were missing from my order, the Mgr on Duty (Jaime) promised to make it right when we were ready to go back to this location. When I called to confirm this information with Jaime he said he doesn't remember having that conversation and he would not replace our order. One of the best Whataburgers I've been in. Walked in the door, " Hey welcome to Whataburger" wow wasn't expecting that. Girl at the counter was very attentive and ready to take my order instead of most places I go now where some kid at the counter is checking their Snapchat or Twitter. If only they knew of the days of Digg and Xanga Got my food very quick despite how busy this place was. Tables and floor were clean which is my biggest pet peeve. I did an online order that said our food would be ready by 7:45. When you pull into a curbside pickup spot, you check in on the app and they're supposed to bring your order out. The absolute worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life...and I've been alive 29 years. Our order was placed for pickup at 7:26pm--it's now 8:43pm and we're finally pulling out of the lot. We pulled into spot 2 and reflected accordingly in the app. 45 min go by of employees coming to our window with orders that aren't ours. We then proceed to get in line, (which we sat in for 20 more min since it was wrapped around the building) only to see two other cars come and go after parking in the spot we had been parked in for the 45min. My fiancé stayed in line as I walked into the facility very kindly inquiring where our food was given the situation at hand. They handed me our order which had been sitting on a counter top in the back as nearly 20 employees (several without hair nets) scrambled around the kitchen. "Here you go, ma'am". I stopped the employee and let her know we also had drinks that she wasn't including. "I'll bring them out to you". Never did. And of course the food was cold. NEVER was an apology offered. NEVER were any complimentary items offered. NEVER was an explanation offered. No one asked what the name on the order was to get it ready when we made our way through the drive thru. I'll be calling tomorrow to speak to the manager. And we will NEVER be back to this location. Whataburger is NOT GOOD ENOUGH to have to wait like this for. Absolutely inexcusable. read more

They always take an extra step to ensure you receive the correct order, repeating the entire contents of the bag to you before handing it over. While I appreciate the efficiency-motivated effort in having two lines for cars to wait in for their orders, it just stinks to have received your order yet stuck behind and between other patrons who are still waiting before you can continue on your way.
