The food is like any other Whataburger, but every time I come here it takes forever to get my food. And I mean really long. I once waited nearly 35 minutes while dining in. Nearly 15 minutes in the drive-thru. read more

I used to frequent this location a lot but I've gradually gotten away from it. After this morning, I'm done. I love the food, especially the jalapeño biscuits. The problem is the drive through is extremely slow and I don't recall one time of ever having my order right. I ask for no egg, I get egg. Asked for a sausage biscuit, just got a biscuit. Not just one or two occasions, numerous times. Unless you go in and have time to spare, I'd stay away from this location. read more

I recently spent 25 minutes in the drive thru after I ordered. Two lanes and I chose the outside lane. Eight, count them 1,,2,3,4,5,6,7,8!!!!! Vehicles in the inside lane had their orders processed and left before I got my order. The young lady taking care of the outside lane was taking one card at a time and then bringing back one order at a time. The management here is Piti- ful.... I tried Whataburger for the first time, and I wasn't impressed.. I paid $5.50 for a single cheeseburger the size of McDonald's 89 cent burger, a small fry the size of McDonald's small fry, and a small drink. It took every bit of ten minutes if not fifteen to get my tiny burger and fries, and the place was barely busy. It was almost 2pm when I visited. The taste of the food was fine. It wasn't delicious or anything though. I could've gotten a better tasting burger and fries from somewhere else for that price. I won't bother with Whataburger in the future. Now I know. read more

Love the burgers, but watching a slob handle my burger, veg, etc without any gloves on is just gross. Watching him sneeze over the line is even worse. The manager I complained to (before leaving my food and walking out) seemed more concerned with getting back to the line rather than the issue of general food safety. If I had been a health inspector you would have been breaking down the line for a complete cleaning for the sloppy mess your employees were creating and then everybody would have been waiting for food. I feel kind of sorry for the 10-15 burgers I watched being mauled by the employees bare hands, all the tomatoes and lettuce he pawed around, between ever sandwich wiping his bare hands on the back of his pants. It is also the most disorganized kitchen I've ever seen. Way too many people back there for how long it takes to actually push food out. 15+ minutes for a burger and fries is just silly. I know it's made to order, but it only takes about 3-4 minutes to grill a burger that thin, another 1-2 minutes to assemble. Maybe if you didn't have 8-10 people back there tripping over each other plus a manager or two standing around looking confused you might get some food out. I was thrilled to have a Whataburger right down the road, it was a decent option for a quick burger. Not any more, you guys need serious help on all fronts, starting with managers that can pretend to know what's going on. read more

Like others, I don't understand what the hype is about this place. Maybe it's better in other locations? I wanted to try the place once, but after waiting nearly 30 minutes for my "fast food," I was then disappointed in the quality. The hamburgers had little flavor, and the fries were so-so. The best thing about the meal was the spicy ketchup. I might try again sometime in another location, but I'm hesitant. I'd much rather have a burger at Burger King, Braum's, McDonald's, Hardee's, Sonic--anywhere, really. read more

first time & we'll definitely be back! first thing i noticed was the cleanliness of the entire restaurant: from the parking lot to the inside. no trash ANYWHERE! tables & chairs all clean.. a young man by the name of TREVOR helped us. friendly kid, ALWAYS wore a smile. answered every question about all the food we asked about. took our order, gave us our table number & had us take a seat. 5mins, our food came out & it was AMAZING! hot & fresh. the burgers looked EXACTLY like the pictures! my entire family, ALL 8 OF US, enjoyed all our food! it was just AWESOME! i know its a burger place, but this place was AWESOME!! i will recommend this place to ANYONE & EVERYONE! what really impressed me was the christian music playing! I was very disappointed with the young girl that took my order. I don't expect to be treated like a king But dam this girl was very rude, argent and acted entitled . The best part was the end when I got my order togo. It was wrong and the arrogant girl said ,O I for got . Her only job was taking orders and there was maybe 5 our 6 people in the store eating . Just went to Whataburger and left my food! When I went back, they made it fresh for me! Sweet and spicy is delish, as was the guacamole burger! Got a plain with cheese for the dog! All were hot and fresh, great customer service! read more

Service was excellent, food was good. Both the burgers and the grilled chicken. I was able to change out fries for onion rings and a shake for the drink with a small up charge. We also enjoy'd the choice of music that was playing. Pricing was reasonable. read more

Terribly slow service. Took 20+ minutes to get my order and only one customer was in front of me. By the time I left, there were 11 customers in the lobby waiting for food. The packed double drive thru seemed to be overwhelming the kitchen so that walk in customers got bad service. Also, staff couldn't keep the dining room properly bussed. One lady brought her trash to the cashier for disposal because the trash can was over flowing. After the extremely long wait, my order wasn't correct. Won't be my first choice for a burger in Springdale in the future. read more

I have been reluctant to post a review based on a single experience. I have been to this Whataburger 4 separate times (times and days have varied) since May of 2017. Every time it is either an above average wait time or a messed up order. My first expeirence I was given the wrong order, the manager was very accommodating and apologized profusely. The next time I had waited for 15 minutes in the drive through, I was one of three cars. The third time after a long wait in an almost empty resaurant, they brought me a completely wrong order. They corrected it but this only extended my wait time. Finally just today I ordered a meal and the Coke was flat. No big deal, this happens. I informed them and they brought me a new Coke, which was equally as flat. I left as I did not have anymore time to wait. The food has never once been bad it is the sub par service on multiple occasions that has led me to write a review. read more
