I was willing to pay $3.99 for a bottle of sauce because my kids like it and I wasn't going to have to go in. But I did. And they didn't have it. They were just going to give me packets and refund the charge of the bottle. Unfortunately the manager didn't know how to issue a refund on the app and had me waiting after I'd received my kids food. Finally I decided to leave to get my kids food home so they could eat it while it was at least warm. I told them I'd come back to get the refund. I go back hours later and they have found a bottle. Seriously people. They did not offer to give me a refund. So now I have this giant bottle of sauce that my kids won't eat because we rarely get take out from Freddy's. This all could have been avoided if I'd have just ordered through the drive through.
