Worst Whataburger I can recall eating at. First off, when they brought my order to me, it was in a sack !! What?!? No trays for dine-in customers? Awkward. I had to rip the sack open to make my own "paper tray." Again, awkward. Hope the table was wiped down good. Then, the actual burger was the worst I've had. The meat wasn't cooked to death, but it still had no flavor. They must have been running low on their famous mustard because there was just a bare smattering of it. And the lettuce and tomato had no taste at all, either. Almost like they had walked across the parking lot to Wal-Mart fof their produce. And, the fries were like they had batch fried the entire day's supply at lunch and just let them sit under the heat lamp until 9 pm, hard, dry and xtale. But wait, there's is an aftertaste from the burger that is following me the rest of the night. I'm as big a fan of Whataburger as you'll find, but I'll never eat at this one again!! read more

This is the first Whataburger that I've been to that I've had a bad experience. I had a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was rancid. I called the manager and she didn't seem to be very concerned about the fact that anyone that had this got sick. read more

I'm not sure why this place has low reviews, I had an exextional experience here. Im from callifornia and everytime im in texas I HAVE to get a Whatabuger. The food is always fresh and amazing and thats most what I take away from the dine in, but the worker here (I believe his name was Jeremy) gave me such a nice conversation and experience. He constantely check in with us to see if we needed anything and how the food way. He is such a hard worker and it shows. The establishment is clean. He is constantely sweeping and changing the bags AND taking orders if he sees a customer walking in and someone is not at the front. He is the reason I will recommonder THIS whataburger over the others. And If it's with him then I am positive you'll get a 5-stars experience. (Disclaimer: im sure the other workers are just as great, i just only interacted with girl that brought the food out and jeremy and had to give that man credit) Cheers! read more

Where to even start. Ive been here 20+ times. Probably upwards of 50 and not once have I been in and out in under 30 minutes. Ive had to wait over an hour on several occasions. So, been on the road and saw this Whataburger so I decided to drop in. Let me say first that I am a Whataburger fanatic, but the bitter taste of service can't overpower my sense of nostalgia. I sat a the speak for about 5 minutes in one lane until I realized the other lane seemed to be the only one working. Of course when I switched lanes a car drives up to the one I was at and was helped immediately. The line moved slowly, I made it out of the drive through after 20 minutes. I spent no more time waiting in line for Whataburger from my food pay $33 for three milk for them not to give me my fries which I discovered once I got all the way across town at home. We love Wataburger, but this was the worst Wataburger Restaurant we have ever been to. Our grandsons ordered the Honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich without the honey barbecue (plain and dry). We waited a long time and a server came by and said they put the wrong thing in the fryer. Finally our order came and the chicken sandwiches both had honey barbecue on them! I took them back and told a server about the mistake and she said she would take care of it. We waited a long time and I finally got up to see why it was taking so long. Another server said I had to show my ticket. Now I am mad! Finally after another 10 minute wait they brought out the sandwiches and said " sorry "! Nothing else. BTW, my burger was cold because they waited to bring it out with the late sandwiches. While we were waiting another customer came in and complained that they messed up her drive through order. She had to wait almost ten minutes to speak to the manager. At the same time there was no one at the order station so about 4 customers got tired of waiting and left. Love Whataburger but on Monday the 26th of February I took my 30 minute lunch and stopped in. I ordered the Mushroom n Swiss. That was at 11:41. I got my drink and sat down. 10 minutes went by, I turned around and saw a line... thought they're busy. 20 minuets... still nothing. 12:13 I got up to check on the order. Turns out someone came in for an order that filled 15 HUGE bags! Everything that was being made was going directly into these bags. There was 6 people in line to get their money back and I was #7. No one in the restaurant had food in front of them. 12:24 they gave me a bag with my food in it and I left. Not a good experience! Bad management! read more

They said I couldn't sit down without a mask on but I could order and take it to go. So those 10 feet from the counter to the table can give everyone Covid but not when I'm sitting or ordering food. HORRIBLE service.... came in for a quick bite to eat and 45 mins later we still didn't have our food. Restaurant was dirty, all the tables haven't been cleaned, bathroom was a mess. We asked at 30 mins about how much longer it would have been and were told," we are just waiting on fries".... 45 mins came and were told, " well we have drive through to worry about too!" By the manager. Everyone inside had waited ATLEAST 30 mins and people coming in were leaving once they heard how long we waited. Needless to say we left and came to Dairy Queen who has great customer service, apologized right off that it may take a couple of mins bc they were going to make our food fresh for us. Don't get the grilled chicken sandwich here. It was so bad I had to take the chicken off and just eat the buns and vegetables. This made for an excellent lunch right before a customer visit. Manager emailed with what seemed to be a robotic response. I wasn't even offered a refund. The tea during lunchtime was stale. A manager walks to a trash can and try's to throw away his( He was doing a very poor job of it ) Spills his drink on the side of the trash can, Walks away and leaves a wet mess on the floor. We have been to this Whataburger multiple times, hoping that the next visit would be better. The last time I was feed up with the food quality so I called them and stated the problems we have had with food and service. The lady apologized and offered to make our order for us that we just need to put her name on the receipt and they would make it right. I accepted and today we decided to give it a chance. Well the parking lot was empty but drive thru was packed so I call to get order in to help stream line the order, the manager answered and I told her about the issue and the assistant manager told us to put her name on receipt she got very hateful and I got real mad and I told her of all the issues we have had and we would never give them another chance. I know it sounds like why did this idiot go back to the restaurant well in this town there are not a wide selection and with work we are here for 7 months so yes I gave them to many chance but I will never show them our money again. So maybe the manager needs to remember where the money comes from to pay her for the hatefulness she shows to customers.
