This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food location. I went there tonight the left line on average takes 5-10 minutes to get through meanwhile I was in the right lane for 40 minutes. I got home my food was cold and disgusting. How does it seem okay to leave the right lane sitting for that long. If you can't handle two lines then shut one down. Terrible, terrible service. Time and time again the drive through service is ridiculous. I've experienced three separate occasions where I've ordered my food, paid, received my drinks and then be told to pull forward as my food is not ready. You might think this is because the food is still being cooked, and that when it comes out it will be fresh and hot. You would be wrong. Ordered 45 mins in advance on the app and got there right on time. Was then told it won't be ready for another 30 minutes. Never been a good experience at this location. I would leave a 0 but they don't allow it! It was slow when I went through the drive thru, I ordered a number 1 meal, they forgot the fries. This location constantly has issues. Before it was trying to mimic ChickFilA and the two ordering system. Epic fail. Latest attempt was mid day - no line. Asked for a double meat, no onions and with cheese and add jalapeños Got charged for said jalapeños. Got no jalapeños. Growing issues still exist here. read more

slowest whatAburger ever. I waited in line for over 45 minutes for my food. Started the line around 9:45am, didn't leave the drive thru until 10:38. I saw three cars leave the line including someone in front of me because the line was so slow. There weren't even that many cars! Chick Fil a next door took care of dozens of cars in the time I got my order. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience here. If I had the option to rate zero stars I would, since the Wylie Whataburger had open I've been there 4 times the first time was perfect... the other 3 times not so much and this is the final strike. On the 2nd visit they had forgotten to give us our whatabite, 3rd visit we waited for 20 minutes and all our food was COLD and nasty the final visit they had forgotten our onions rings so I drove back around to be given what looks like onion rings that were placed in the fry and taken right out and the lady was laughing at idk what after coming to the window several times with a attitude! This might be the worst Whataburger I have ever visited! The staff has their own drinks hidden beside the drink station next to where you are trying to fill your cups. The guy preparing the food at the end station reached into the trash can then took my burger, with the same hand, and put it into the bag. Employees checking their phones touching their screens then handling your food. One of the dirtiest things you can touch is a phone screen! AVOID this location, it is TERRIBLE!!! read more

Every time I go to this Whata my foods cold because I will place a mobile order at 11 pm for breakfast because I love the BOB and Taquitos but this past time again. really ticked me off. I pull up every time and my foods over to the side getting cold. plus normally there's a long line so I get to the ordering place and I tell them I have a mobile order and they say okay go to window but there 5 cars ahead and now your waiting 20 extra mins just for my food then saying pull to lane B and we can bring out your order. every other Whata has no problem with doing that the wylie one just never right with anything every time I go there somethings always wrong but I think I won't ever go to this one again. they're just so lazy to me and they all seem to hate there job I don't know. its just every time I get my food it already cold and not worth going back. Absolutely the very worst Whataburger I've ever eaten ever since 1973. Poor poor poor, did I say poor service and food ever...Two tables of guest and we were one with 3 eating. There were 7-9 kids working in the kitchen and around the front. Took them 5 + minutes to take our order of 3 number 1's at about 8pm on Friday August 27, 2021. Still with only 2 tables taken and about 25 minutes later I asked one of the kids where our order was on the list to come out. She took my ticket bouncing around the kitchen for maybe 4-5 minutes and came out with my order. Well this is where the worst part came, the burger was cold, all the veggies were pilled up in the middle and none on around the rest of the bun. They were out of drink cup and had to use other huge...cups. The fries were cold and rubbery with some burnt! We asked for some sauce before we started eating and she said it would be .38 cents more. Really! After attempting to eat the garbage, The 3 of us looked at each other and just left with less than a 3rd eaten each...There is a huge management problem there and for us we will never ever go to that one again (and it's pretty new). It will be a long time if I choose to eat at Whataburger again and if I do it will not be this one.
