Wow where do I start??? We order rib tips and a 3 meat dinner the rib tips where good. Now to the 3 meats plate Ribs where good the link not so tasty like it has been boiled. Now the brisket was the worst I ever had to much fat and was really tuff to chew had to throw it away bbq sauce is too sweet. I won't be back. This was my first time trying this place. I was expecting some really good food I ordered rib tips with greens and potato salad they had no greens he offered the green beans which I didn't want so I end up getting rib tips with potato salad and the so-called baked beans beans were too sweet out of a can the potato salad was okay to me the barbecue sauce is very sweet which I really don't care for okay back to the sides now what kind of barbecue spot has no greens ? This was my second time getting food from there what I don't like is they give you one baby size napkins the utensils for eating we're so flimsy the weight of the food on the spoon bit the utensil very flimsy one slice of bread and no desserts come home I understand business the idea is to make money but don't skimp on the things that people really use like the utensils and napkins. One other thing that I really didn't care for my order came to $17 which I was cool with but I gave them a 20 and they said they didn't have any change so I end up getting bottles of water for the $3 how do you open up and don't have a change or cash drawer ready? Very late review, I tried this spot last Sunday. I ordered the bbq chicken plate which came with 2 sides. I ended up adding an extra side, I got the Mac n cheese which was very good and as we're the potato salad, and bbq baked beans. The portion size was very big especially considering the very reasonable price. The chicken had a really good flavor. This is a small black owned business operated out of his house or his mobile bbq grill. He has very good customer service and I look forward to going back again. read more

Finally ordered from Kevin......I didn't think we'd ever find BBQ like this around here and we've lived here 11 yrs. Yesterday we ordered full rack of baby back ribs, potato salad and baked beans. Usually one dish is hopefully good and the rest just ok. Not HERE! You won't find better ribs, potato salad or beans ANYWHERE unless you have a friend or family member who has mastered the fine art of smoking, BBQ and knows how.to crack a great potato salad and make the beans just right, flavorful and good portion. His lemon light as a feather cake was unexpected and a real delight! The RIBS...really meaty...he must get the best quality. You can taste the smokiness in the meat! His sauce is similar to K C Masterpiece but he adds his own recipe. So flavorful ..wish we had ordered additional sauce. . although he cooks with plenty and will brush with some after its cooked if you ask. Really surprised how meaty they were. The potato salad is old fashioned..mayo, probably a bit of sweet vinegar, boiled eggs, green onions..just the right seasonong...dressed with a little paprika on top! We ordered 32 oz size. Same with baked beans...great bbq sauce flavored but nothing is over salty or les than perfect! I never write reviews like this...since food hopefully is good enough. Treat yourself.....you deserve it! He works from his home and will deliver if that's what you need. He also caters for events. But get your orders in..he's really busy. I called him the day before just to make sure we'd have some for last night. He's closed Mondays through Thursdays....so prepare to eat the best ribs and food .
